Abstract

Claims (11)
- a.ツールの軸を規定し、その軸の周囲に延在するように表面上に所定パターンで配置され、上記ツールを特定する複数のマーカーリングを有する長尺シャフトを含むツールと、b.上記マーカーリングからの信号を受信する装置と、c.上記マーカーリングからの信号を分析しかつ上記ツールの特定に関する情報を生成するデータプロセッサとを含む、外科機器システム。
- 上記マーカーリングは、このマーカーリングが配置されている上記シャフトの表面よりも反射性が高い、請求項1記載の外科機器システム。
- 少なくとも3つのマーカーリングが存在する、請求項1記載の外科機器システム。
- 第1のマーカーリングとこの第1のマーカーリングの近傍に位置する第2のマーカーリングとの距離は、上記第2のマーカーリングとこの第2のマーカーリングの近傍で上記第1のマーカーリングから離れた上記第2のマーカーリングの反対側に位置する第3のマーカーリングとの距離と同一である、請求項3記載の外科機器システム。
- 上記ツールに回転運動を伝えるドライブユニットを含む、請求項1記載の外科機器システム。
- 上記ツール上の上記マーカーリングからの立体映像信号を受信し間隔を置いて配置された2つの受信装置を含む、請求項1記載の外科機器システム。
- 各マーカーリングの軸方向に離れた両縁部によって規定された両平面は、互いに平行でありかつ上記シャフトの軸に対して直交するものである、請求項1記載の外科機器システム。
- 複数のマーカーリングは上記ツールの表面に嵌合されるスリーブ上に示されている、請求項1記載の外科機器システム。
- 上記ツールは切削ツールである、請求項1記載の外科機器システム。
- 上記データプロセッサは、a.上記マーカーリングの両縁部から等距離にある(上記シャフトの軸と平行な方向に延在する)線分に沿って概ね延在する上記シャフトの軸を位置決めするステップと、b.上記マーカーリングの両縁部から等距離にある(上記シャフトの軸に対して直交する方向に延在する)線分に対して交差する各マーカーリングの中央線を位置決めするステップとを実行するように設定されている、請求項1記載の外科機器システム。
- 上記データプロセッサは、a.上記シャフトを一方の側から見たときに上記シャフト上に上記マーカーリングを表す概ね3つの矩形領域を特定するステップと、b.上記ツールの軸と平行に調整された上記各矩形領域の中央を表す上記各矩形領域の線分の位置決めを決定するステップと、c.隣接する上記矩形領域の線分間の角度を決定するステップとを実行するように設定されている、請求項1記載の外科機器システム。
