Description

The present invention relates to a curtain wall that forms an outer wall surface of a building.

As shown in FIG. 7, the curtain wall forming the outer wall surface of the building intersects a vertical beam 1 extending vertically and an invisible line 2 extending horizontally in the horizontal direction. It is set as the structure which incorporated the panel members 3, such as a glass plate and a decorative board, in the frame enclosed by.

FIG. 8 and FIG. 9 show typical examples of curtain walls using wooden materials as frame members such as vertical 1 and seamless 2, respectively, along the outdoor end faces of vertical 1 and seamless 2. A wooden support member 8A. 8B, and wooden cover members 4A and 4B covering the vertical 1 and the invisible 2 respectively on the end surfaces of the supporting members 8A and 8B are provided with the wooden screws 41 with the vertical 1 and the invisible 2 through the supporting members 8A and 8B. The outer periphery of the panel member (glass plate in the illustrated example) 3 is interposed between the vertical member 1 and the cover member 4A, and between the mesh 2 and the cover member 4B via the sealing member 33 and the backup member 32. It is structured to be sandwiched and fixed.

However, in this structure, the wooden cover members 4A and 4B are exposed to rain water or the like, so that the water is covered with the wooden cover members 4A. From 4B to the wooden support members 8A and 8B, the corrosion occurs with time, and there is a problem in durability.

Therefore, the wooden cover member 4A. Although it is conceivable to use a metal such as aluminum instead of 4B, there is a possibility that the cover members 4A, 4B and the support members 8A, 8B may be damaged due to thermal expansion / contraction difference with the wooden support members 8A, 8B. .

Therefore, it is made of a wooden material that is in harmony with indoor interior parts and furniture, is not apt to cause condensation in winter, and is made of a metal material that does not corrode as a member exposed to the outside air. A curtain wall structure has been proposed that absorbs thermal expansion and contraction between metal materials.

For example, in the structure described in Patent Document 1 below, a metal base material in which slits or elongated holes extending in the longitudinal direction are respectively fixed to wooden end faces and endless outdoor end faces, and the slits Or, the head of the metal bolt member can be moved to the elongated hole, and the metal fitting is connected to the bolt member and the metal outer pressing edge member (cover plate) is connected to the metal fixture via a heat insulating material. The panel member is sandwiched between the cover member and the inner pressing edge member attached to the metal fixture so as to face the cover member.

According to this structure, the metal fixture and the metal cover member connected to the metal base material fixed vertically and invisible can be moved via the bolt member. The thermal expansion and contraction of the tool and the metal cover member and the wooden vertical and invisible are absorbed, and the curtain wall constituent member due to the thermal expansion and contraction is prevented from being damaged.
Japanese Patent No. 2766221 (FIGS. 3 and 4).

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, a conventional curtain wall using wood as a covering member and a supporting member for supporting the covering, such as a vertical member and an invisible eye, is weak against corrosive rain water and easily corrodes. There are many requests to replace the old exterior parts of existing buildings with metal ones. In this case, the construction becomes large because it is necessary to have a structure that absorbs the thermal expansion / contraction difference between the metal exterior part and the vertical or invisible wood. To modify the conventional structure shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 to the structure of Patent Document 1, for example, the cover members 4A and 4B and the support members 8A and 8B fixed to the vertical 1 and the seamless 2 with the wood screw 41 are removed. A metal base material having a long hole or a slit in the longitudinal direction is fixed to the end faces of the vertical 1 and the seamless 2 and a bolt member is movably attached thereto, and a metal support member and a heat insulating material are attached to the bolt member. For example, it is not a practical renovation method because it requires a large amount of work, such as attaching a cover plate, to increase the cost.

In view of this, the present invention leaves the wooden wall or invisible eyeglasses of the existing conventional structure as it is, and the exterior part exposed to the outside air is made of metal with excellent weather resistance. An object of the present invention is to provide a curtain wall that can be repaired easily and at low cost in a structure that can absorb the thermal expansion and contraction difference between the eyes and the metal exterior.

The curtain wall of the building according to the present invention intersects a wooden stand extending in the vertical direction with a wooden blank extending in the horizontal direction, and a glass plate or the like is surrounded by the stand and the blank. A curtain wall of a building that incorporates the panel member of the above, and is rotated by a screw member that is erected at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction on the end faces of the above-mentioned vertical and invisible outdoor sides. A clamp member made of synthetic resin that is pivotally supported, and a vertical end and a horizontal direction along the vertical and invisible directions, respectively, and an end on the indoor side is fitted to the clamp member, and the clamp member The metal-side fixture in which the end portion on the indoor side is engaged through the clamp member so as to absorb the difference in thermal expansion and contraction between them and the vertical and Up and down to cover the eyes And a metal cover plate that is disposed in a horizontal direction and is locked to an end portion on the outdoor side of the metal fixture, between the cover plate and the stand, and between the cover plate and the invisible The panel member having the outer peripheral portion sandwiched between them is provided (claim 1). In the structure described above, the thermal expansion / contraction difference between the wooden stand and the mesh and the metal cover plate and fixture is absorbed by the movement of the end of the fixture engaged with the clamp member relative to the clamp member. Is done. In addition, since the metal fixture is connected vertically and invisible via a heat insulating clamp member made of synthetic resin, even if condensation occurs on the metal cover plate or fixture in winter, the metal fixture is Condensation does not occur in the case of no eyes, and therefore, the vertical and invisible material deterioration due to the condensation is prevented. In addition, a conventional wooden curtain wall can be modified with good workability into a curtain wall using a metal material and having excellent weather resistance.

The metal fixture is an elongated body extending along the vertical and invisible, respectively, and has an indoor end formed into a square C-shaped section having a slit in the longitudinal direction, and the clamp member has a gap Each of which is formed by an integrally formed body comprising a plate-shaped clamping portion opposed to each other, a handle portion extending from one clamping portion, and a cylindrical bearing portion connecting the both clamping portions. The diameter is formed into a dimension that can be inserted into the slit of the metal fixture, the other sandwiching part facing the one sandwiching part is elongated, and the width is formed to be approximately the same as the outer diameter of the bearing part, A chamber of the metal fixture is formed by inserting a bearing portion of the clamp member that is pivotally supported by the screw member in a posture in which the other holding portion is in a direction along the vertical and seamless longitudinal directions. Fit the inner end to the clamp member, The lamp member is rotated by the handle portion, and the edge of the metal fixture on both sides of the slit is sandwiched between the both clamping portions, and the metal fixture is engaged with the clamp member. Item 2). The clamp member can be easily attached in a vertical and invisible manner, and the support member can be attached in a vertical and invisible manner with good workability via the clamp member.

The elongated holding part of the elongated shape of the clamp member is formed in a direction substantially orthogonal to the extending direction of the handle part. It is easy to operate the clamp member for engaging the metal fixture with the clamp member.

The said panel member is comprised with the glass plate of the double structure which opposes at intervals (Claim 3). ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the curtain wall of the conventional single glass plate can be renovated to the glass plate of the double structure where condensation does not occur easily.

According to the present invention, the metal member that covers and holds the panel member in a wooden vertical and invisible manner can be easily attached without requiring a large-scale construction. The wooden curtain wall can be modified to a curtain wall that is low in cost and excellent in weather resistance and that can absorb a difference in thermal expansion and contraction between the metal member and the wooden vertical and invisible.

The curtain wall according to the present invention is made of wood.
As shown in FIG. 7, the stand 1 is configured by connecting a plurality of stands in the vertical direction, and the mesh 2 is installed in the horizontal direction between the adjacent right and left stands 1. Hereinafter, the curtain wall of the present invention will be described in the order of construction.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, clamp members 6, which are paired on the left and right sides, are attached to the end face on the outdoor side of the stand 1 so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction at a predetermined interval (for example, at an interval of 50 cm). The clamp member 6 is an integrally formed body made of a synthetic resin having a low thermal conductivity, for example, vinyl chloride or polyamide. As shown in FIG. 3, the plate-like clamping portions 61 and 62 facing each other are formed by a cylindrical bearing portion 64. Are combined. A handle portion 63 extends from the clamping portion 61. The clamping part 61 is circular, the clamping part 62 is smaller and narrower than the clamping part 61, the length is slightly smaller than the diameter of the clamping part 61, and the width is substantially the same as the outer diameter of the bearing part 64. Same or slightly smaller. The holding part 62 is formed such that its length direction is substantially perpendicular to the extending direction of the handle part 63. The facing distance between the engagement pieces 61 and 62 is substantially the same as the plate thickness of the metal fixture 7 (FIG. 5) described later.

As shown in FIG. 4, the clamp member 6 inserts the screw member 60 into the bearing portion 64 from the holding portion 62 side, and screwes the screw member 1 into the end face of the stand 1 until the holding portion 61 comes into close contact with the end face. Installed by. The clamp member 6 is set in a posture in which the handle portion 63 is in the horizontal direction, that is, in a posture in which the clamping portion 62 is in a direction along the length direction of the stand 1.

Similarly, the clamp member 6 is pivotally supported by the screw member 60 at a predetermined interval so that the sandwiching portion 62 is along the length direction of the seamless 2 in the seamless 2.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a metal fixture 7 is attached to the vertical 1 (the same applies to the mesh 2) along the clamp member 6.

The fixture 7 is made of a metal plate, for example, an aluminum plate, extends in the vertical direction along the vertical 1, and a pair of parallel plates 71 arranged so that the plate surface is orthogonal to the end surface of the vertical 1, The engaging part 72 formed in one edge of the plate 71 facing the vertical 1 is integrally provided. The engaging portion 72 is formed of a pair of left and right engaging portions having a square C-shape and having a slit 73 in the longitudinal direction at the center. The groove width of the slit 73 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the bearing portion 64 of the clamp member 6. A fitting portion 74 having a U-shaped cross section for fitting the metal cover plate 5A (FIG. 1) is formed at the other end of the plate body 71.

The metal fixture 7 has a slit 73 inserted from above into a bearing portion 64 of the clamp member 6 that is pivotally supported on the vertical 1 at an interval in the vertical direction so that the clamping portion 62 extends along the vertical direction. To be fitted to the clamp member 6. Then, when the handle member 63 is turned downward by about 90 ° using a tool, the clamping portion 62 becomes horizontal as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, and the fixture 7 is held by the clamping portions 61 and 62. The panels on both sides of the slit 73 are clamped, and the fixture 7 is engaged with the clamp member 6 and positioned.

As the metal fixture 7, one having a length of about 3 m is generally used. When attaching the fixture 7, first, the clamp member 6 is provided in a vertical direction in a vertical range necessary to attach one fixture 7, and a plurality of upper and lower stages are provided in the vertical 1. Is inserted into the clamp member 6 by a handle operation, and then another one fixture 7 is provided in the same manner above, and thus the fixture 7 is provided over the entire length of the stand 1. .

As described above, the installation of the clamp member 6 and the fixture 7 on the vertical 1 has been described, but the clamp member 6 and the fixture 7 are sequentially installed in the longitudinal direction of the seamless 2 even in the seamless 2.

As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the glass plate 3 includes a glass holding member 11 made of wooden square material provided along the left and right edges of the end faces of the vertical 1 and the seamless 2, and the vertical 1 side and the seamless 2 side. The glass plate 3 is attached by sandwiching the outer periphery of the glass plate 3 between the vertical cover plate 5A and the horizontal cover plate 5B respectively attached to the end portions on the outdoor side. The glass plate 3 has a double structure in which two glass plates 3a and 3b are joined together via spacers 31 at their peripheral edges. The cover plates 5 </ b> A and 5 </ b> B are aluminum plates that cover the front of the vertical 1 and the seamless 2 and have substantially the same width as the vertical 1 and the seamless 2.

When the double-structured glass plate 3 is attached, a backup material, for example, a backup material 32 made of synthetic resin foam, is joined to the outer periphery of the inner surface of the indoor glass plate 3a and the outer surface of the outdoor glass plate 3b. 3 is arranged in a part surrounded by the fixture 7 attached to the vertical 1 and the seamless 2 and the cover plates 5A and 5B are attached to the outer ends of the fixture 7, and the cover 5A and the glass holder on the vertical 1 side are attached. It is sandwiched between the member 11 and between the cover plate 4B and the glass holding plate 11 on the second side through the backup material 32, and the gap between the glass plate 3a and the glass holding plate 11 and the cover plate 5A, The glass plate 3 is attached by filling a gap between the 5B and the glass plate 3b with a sealing material 33 such as silicon. The lower edge of the glass plate 3 is supported on the metal fixture 7 by a hard rubber support member 34.

In the curtain wall structure constructed according to the implementation of the present invention, the vertical and invisible appearances appearing in the room are wooden, so they have a warmer taste than metal and match well with the interior and furniture of the room. Since the cover plate exposed to the outside air and the member connected to the cover plate are made of an aluminum metal material, corrosion hardly occurs and the durability is excellent. In addition, even if the sealing material or backup material deteriorates over time and rainwater enters the metal fittings side and condensation forms on the fittings in the winter, insulation between the wooden stand and the invisible is between them. Since the water-resistant clamp member is interposed, the condensed water does not migrate to the vertical or invisible wood, and the vertical or invisible corrosion does not occur due to the dew condensation.

In addition, the difference in thermal expansion and contraction between the metal fixture that supports the metal cover plate and the wooden vertical and plain is that the end of the fixture sandwiched between the clamping portions of the clamp member slides against the clamping portion. Absorbed by moving.

In particular, the curtain wall structure of the present invention is effective when the existing wooden curtain wall shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 is remodeled into a durable curtain wall using a metal material. In the renovation, remove the wood screws of the existing wooden curtain wall, remove the cover plate and glass plate, etc., support the existing wooden vertical and invisible clamp members with screw members, and attach them to the metal fittings By engaging the glass plate and sandwiching the glass plate between the metal cover plate and the vertical and invisible, the workability can be facilitated. The structure is simple, and there is no need to process the existing stand or invisible, so that the construction does not become large and can be repaired at low cost.
