Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a control device for a human intervention robot that performs an operation while an operator intervenes and cooperates with the robot.
Conventionally, there are many cases where materials and parts to be worked in a factory are transported to a predetermined position by a belt conveyor or the like for processing and assembly.
However, at the present time when consumer needs are diversifying, there is a change from mass production of small varieties to small production of many varieties, and jigs and sensors for each type are required, and the reduction of production costs has become an issue in production technology. It was. For this reason, cell production methods mainly based on human flexibility have been proposed.
On the other hand, even in outdoor work automation, there is a problem similar to the problem of high-mix low-volume production in the factory in that the work environment is very different, so a human intervention robot that also uses human flexibility Has been proposed.
In such a human intervention type robot, safety technology for preventing a collision with a human is important. In conventional industrial robots, safety is ensured by space separation by surrounding the robot's range of motion with a fence so that humans do not enter the operating range.
Furthermore, in order to prevent collisions between the robot and peripheral devices, combinations of robot postures and peripheral device states that may cause collisions are separately programmed as operation restriction conditions, and restrictions corresponding to each operation restriction condition There has been a method in which an operation range is defined, and when an operation restriction condition is satisfied, it is possible to avoid mutual interference such as a collision by operating within the corresponding restricted operation range (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ).

XL=100.00mm XH=260.00mm
AL(S−)=50° AH(S+)= 240°
The CPU determines whether or not the operation restriction condition is satisfied based on the signals input to the two input ports. When the operation restriction condition is satisfied, the CPU stores the operation restriction condition in advance in the RAM corresponding to the operation restriction condition. Switch to another position data and execute the operation within the limited operation range.
That is, the CPU inputs a high level signal (IN20 = ON AND IN21 = ON), for example, to the input ports P 20 and P 21 , and when it is determined that the operation restriction condition is satisfied, the restriction operation set in advance corresponding thereto is determined. The range, for example, the expansion / contraction area of the X axis (axis 114) is XL on the side (−) side toward the reference point, XH on the side (+) side away from the reference point, and one rotation of the S axis (horizontal axis 112) The range is limited within the operating range to the range of AH when the S-axis is S- (the
Examples of the limited operation range are shown below.
XL = 100.00mm XH = 260.00mm
AL (S −) = 50 ° AH (S +) = 240 °

However, since the method disclosed in

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

図4において、Step1(SetLimit)が動作制限設定インストラクションで、Step4(EndLimit)が動作制限解除インストラクションである。
FIG. 4 shows a work program 16 corresponding to the work of FIG. When the work is executed, the work program 16 is read from the storage means 7 and sent to the work program execution unit 9.
In FIG. 4, Step 1 (SetLimit) is an operation restriction setting instruction, and Step 4 (EndLimit) is an operation restriction release instruction. The work program 16 is displayed on the
The work program execution unit 9 first checks whether or not the operation restriction setting instruction and the operation restriction release instruction are described in the work program 16 as a pair, and if only one of them exists on the work program 16, an error and The determination is made to output the text “setting abnormality occurred” to the voice information generator 10 and the execution of the work program 16 is stopped. The voice information generation unit 10 synthesizes the input text “occurrence of setting abnormality” and utters it through the speaker 15.
When it is confirmed that the operation restriction setting instruction and the operation restriction release instruction are described as a pair, the work program execution unit 9 interprets and executes the work program 16 line by line.

図6では、L軸、U軸にそれぞれLED(QL1〜QL36、QU1〜QU36)が設置されている。

A specific example is shown in FIG. In FIG. 6, LEDs (QL1 to QL36, QU1 to QU36) are installed on the L axis and the U axis, respectively. Since 36 LEDs are arranged on each axis, a rough operation range can be displayed in units of 10 °. When the limited operation range is set in the work program 16 shown in FIG. 4, the LEDs of QL1 to QL6 emit light in the L axis part via the LED light emission control unit in the controller 6, and the LEDs of QU1 to QU4 emit light in the U axis part. Emits light. Thereby, the limited operation range can be easily confirmed visually.
The limited operation range display by the LED is performed not only when
As described above, safety can be confirmed by effectively presenting the restricted operation range, and the presence or absence of safety range setting on the work program can be easily confirmed, so human intervention in which robots and humans work together It can be widely used for control devices of type robots.
