次いで、上記にて得た粘着剤層を、30μm厚のポリエステル系ポリウレタンフィルム(ポリエチレンフィルム)の片面に転着して本発明の皮膚貼付材を得た。得られた粘着剤層のゲル分率は、アクリル系成分に対して8%であった。
得られた皮膚貼付材について、実施例1と同様の評価を行った。その結果を表1に示す。

Next, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer obtained above was transferred to one side of a 30 μm thick polyester polyurethane film (polyethylene film) to obtain the skin patch of the present invention. The gel fraction of the obtained adhesive layer was 8% with respect to the acrylic component.
The obtained skin patch was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1. The results are shown in Table 1.
(実施例3)
実施例2において用いたアクリル系ポリマーとオルガノシロキサン系ポリマーとを、固形分比率で50:50の割合で混合し、さらに、架橋剤としてポリイソシアネートを粘着剤固形分100部に対して0.1部配合した以外は、実施例2と同様にして、皮膚貼付用粘着剤組成物を作製した。また、実施例2と同様にして皮膚貼付材を作製した。ただし、粘着剤層のゲル分率は30%であった。
得られた皮膚貼付材について、実施例1と同様の評価を行った。その結果を表1に示す。

実施例2において用いたアクリル系ポリマーとオルガノシロキサン系ポリマーとを、固形分比率で25:75の割合で混合し、さらに、架橋剤としてポリイソシアネートを粘着剤固形分100部に対して0.2部配合した以外は、実施例2と同様にして、皮膚貼付用粘着剤組成物を作製した。また、実施例2と同様にして皮膚貼付材を作製した。ただし、粘着剤層のゲル分率は62%であった。
得られた皮膚貼付材について、実施例1と同様の評価を行った。その結果を表1に示す。

実施例2において用いたアクリル系ポリマーとオルガノシロキサン系ポリマーとを固形分比率で0:100の比率で、すなわち、アクリル系ポリマーのみからなる比率で、さらに、架橋剤としてポリイソシアネートを粘着剤固形分100部に対して0.2部配合した以外は、実施例2と同様にして、皮膚貼付用粘着剤組成物を作製した。また、実施例2と同様にして皮膚貼付材を作製した。ただし、粘着剤層のゲル分率は58%であった。
得られた皮膚貼付材について、実施例1と同様の評価を行った。その結果を表1に示す。

実施例2において、粘着剤層をオルガノシロキサン系ポリマーのみで形成し、さらに架橋剤としてポリイソシアネートを粘着剤固形分100部に対して0.2部配合した以外は、実施例2と同様にして比較用の皮膚貼付材用粘着剤組成物を作製した。また、実施例2と同様にして、比較用の皮膚貼付材を作製した。ただし粘着剤層のゲル分率は0%であった。
得られた皮膚貼付材について、実施例1と同様の評価を行った。その結果を表1に示す。

得られた皮膚貼付材について、実施例1と同様の評価を行った。その結果を表1に示す。

得られた皮膚貼付材について、実施例1と同様の評価を行った。その結果を表1に示す。

表1から明らかなように、実施例1〜5の皮膚貼付材は平均値が4.0以上の優れた皮膚接着性を示し、かつ、糊残りも認められなかった。
一方、比較例1〜3の皮膚貼付材は、皮膚接着性に劣っていた。また、比較例1,2は糊残りが生じた。
As is apparent from Table 1, the skin patches of Examples 1 to 5 showed excellent skin adhesion with an average value of 4.0 or more, and no adhesive residue was observed.
On the other hand, the skin patches of Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were inferior in skin adhesiveness. In Comparative Examples 1 and 2, adhesive residue was generated.
