Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、少なくとも内側層、外側層および補強層を含む多層エラストマーホースに関する。典型的な屈曲構造は維持しながらも、従来のエラストマーホースの耐負荷性を向上させるために、本発明においては、補強層が硫黄含有ポリマー材料を含むようにした。

Description
少なくとも内側層(1)、外側層(2)および補強層(3)を含む、多層エラストマーホース(hose)であって、補強層(3)が、硫黄含有ポリマー材料(4)を含むことを特徴とする多層エラストマーホース。
[(Ar1)n-X]m-[(Ar2)i-Y]j-[(Ar3)k-Z]l-[(Ar4)o-W]p- (1)
ここで、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3、Ar4およびW、X、YおよびZは、それぞれ互いに独立して、同一または異なっており、添字のn、m、i、j、k、l、oおよびpは互いに独立して、0または整数の1、2、3または4であり、ここでその合計が少なくとも2であり、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3およびAr4は、6〜18個のC原子を有するアリーレン単位であり、そして、W、X、YおよびZは、−SO2−、−S−、−SO−、−CO、−O−、−COO−、または1〜6個のC原子を有するアルキレンもしくはアルキリデン基から選択される2価の結合基を表し、結合基W、X、YまたはZのうち少なくとも1つは−S−を含む。このアリーレン単位のAr1、Ar2、Ar3およびAr4は、場合によっては、置換されていても、非置換であってもよい。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも内側層(1)、外側層(2)および補強層(3)を含む、多層エラストマーホース(hose)であって、補強層(3)が、硫黄含有ポリマー材料(4)を含むことを特徴とする多層エラストマーホース。
- 前記補強層(3)が、ポリアリーレンスルフィドを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の多層エラストマーホース。
- 前記ポリアリーレンスルフィドが、好ましくは50モルパーセントを超える、より好ましくは70モルパーセントを超えるアリーレンスルフィド単位を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の多層エラストマーホース。
- 前記ポリアリーレンスルフィドのアリーレン単位が、以下の基すなわち、フェニレン、ビフェニレン、ナフチレン、アントラセンまたはフェナントレン基の1種または複数から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項2および/または3に記載の多層エラストマーホース。
- 前記補強層(3)が、ポリフェニレンスルフィドを含むことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のすくなくとも1項に記載の多層エラストマーホース。
- 前記補強層(3)が、硫黄含有ポリマー材料と共に少なくとも1種の補強繊維または少なくとも1種の補強ヤーン(4)を含むことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のすくなくとも1項に記載の多層エラストマーホース。
- 前記補強層(3)が、硫黄含有ポリマー材料の少なくとも1種の補強繊維または少なくとも1種の補強ヤーン(4)を含むことを特徴とする、先行する請求項のすくなくとも1項に記載の多層エラストマーホース。
- 前記補強繊維または補強ヤーン(4)が、少なくとも部分的に互いに絡み合わせられていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のすくなくとも1項に記載の多層エラストマーホース。
- 前記補強層(3)が、内側層(1)と外側層(2)との間に、少なくとも断片的に、位置していることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のすくなくとも1項に記載の多層エラストマーホース。
- 補強繊維または補強ヤーン(4)が、少なくとも断片的に、渦巻き状に内側層(1)を巻いていることを特徴とする、先行する請求項のすくなくとも1項に記載の多層エラストマーホース。
