Abstract
【解決手段】 排気ガス再循環パイプ18は、ターボスーパーチャージャーアセンブリー9、15のタービン15の下流側でメイン排気パイプ14から分岐して、コンプレッサ9の上流側でメインの吸気パイプ6に合流する。長いルート再循環パイプ18と組み合わせて、短いルートの再循環パイプをさらに設けることができる。当該再循環パイプは、タービン15の上流側でメイン排気パイプ14から分岐して、コンプレッサ9の下流側でメイン吸気パイプ6に合流する。あるいはその代わりに、エンジン内部に排気ガス再循環を直接得るために、エンジンの各シリンダの吸気バルブ及び排気バルブが同時に一時的に開くことを提供するエンジン・バルブのプログラムされた可変動作のシステムを構想することができる。

Description
吸気パイプ及び排気パイプをそれぞれ制御する少なくとも一つの吸気バルブ及び少なくとも一つの排気バルブを備えた少なくとも一つのシリンダと、
シリンダの吸気パイプに接続された、メインの吸気パイプにセットされたコンプレッサと、
シリンダの前述の排気パイプに接続された、メインの排気パイプにセットされた、コンプレッサを駆動するためのタービンと、
タービンの下流側でメインの排気パイプにセットされ、触媒コンバータ手段及び粒子濾過手段(それらは、両方の機能を実行する単一の要素に一体化されるか、例えばNOxトラップのようなまた他の要素が存在する可能性を除外せずに、二つの異なった要素によって構成される)を備える排気ガスの処理用デバイスと、
メインの排気パイプに流れる排気ガスの少なくとも一部分をメインの吸気パイプに戻すための、各排気ガス再循環バルブによって制御された排気ガス再循環パイプと、
を備えるタイプのターボチャージャー付きディーゼルエンジンに関する。

Claims (7)
- 吸気パイプ(3,4)及び排気パイプ(12)をそれぞれ制御する少なくとも一つの吸気バルブ(24)及び少なくとも一つの排気バルブ(25)を備えた少なくとも一つのシリンダ(2)と、
シリンダ(2)の吸気パイプ(3,4)に接続されたメインの吸気パイプ(6)の内部にセットされたコンプレッサ(9)と、
シリンダ(2)の排気パイプ(12)に接続されたメインの排気パイプ(14)の内部にセットされた、コンプレッサ(9)を駆動するための制御タービン(15)と、
タービン(15)の下流側でメインの排気パイプ(14)の内部にセットされ、触媒コンバータ手段(17a)及び微粒子フィルタ手段(17b)を備える排気ガス処理デバイス(17)と、
メインの排気パイプ(14)に流れる排気ガスの少なくとも一部をメインの吸気パイプ(6)に戻すための、各排気ガス再循環バルブ(19)によって制御された排気ガス再循環パイプ(18)と、を備え、
前記排気ガス再循環パイプ(18)が、タービン(15)の下流側のポイント(A)で及び排気ガス処理デバイス(17)の下流のポイント(A)で、メインの排気パイプ(14)から分岐しており、コンプレッサ(9)の上流側のポイント(21)でメインの吸気パイプ(6)に合流していることを特徴とするターボチャージャー付きディーゼルエンジン。 - 中間冷却器(20)が、排気ガス再循環パイプ(18)にセットされていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のエンジン。
- 排気ガス再循環バルブ(21)が、メインの吸気パイプ(6)と排気ガス再循環パイプ(18)との合流点にセットされていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のエンジン。
- スロットルバルブ(22)が、排気ガス再循環パイプ(18)の合流点(21)の上流側で、メインの吸気パイプ(6)の内部にセットされていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のエンジン。
- スロットルバルブ(21)が、排気ガス再循環パイプ(18)の分岐点(A)の下流側で、メインの排気パイプ(14)の内部にセットされていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のエンジン。
- シリンダ(2)の少なくとも吸気バルブ(24)は、エンジン内部に排気ガスの再循環を提供するために吸気バルブ(24)及び排気バルブ(25)が同時に開くことを可能にするために設けられた電子制御可変動作システムによって制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のエンジン。
- タービン(15)の上流側でメインの排気パイプ(14)から分岐して、コンプレッサ(9)の下流側でメインの吸気パイプ(6)に合流する排気ガス再循環パイプをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項1記載のエンジン。
