Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mist separation mechanism of an oil mist removing device.
An outline of the mist separation mechanism of this type of oil mist removing apparatus is as follows: a first oil reservoir (first oil reservoir) provided below the first and second processing parts provided in the oil mist remover; A second oil reservoir provided below the processing unit, first and second drain pipes provided in the first and second oil reservoirs, and an oil tank provided in the first and second drain pipes, respectively. The first hose is provided in a state of being submerged in an oil tank, and the second hose is provided in the oil tank. The structure that separates the connection between the first and second hoses and the oil tank leads to the oil mist reliably and efficiently from the outside air to the first and second processing sections, and the first and second processing sections. The oil mist fine particles separated in (1) are guided as smoothly as possible to the annular third processing part as much as possible, and the oil and cutting powder and / or the air or the oil and air are separated (separated). It has become. Therefore, the oil is separated from the cutting powder and / or the air mainly on the first and second processing parts, and the oil and air that has become fine particles is mainly separated on the third processing part. In principle, the separation is performed only on the first and second processing units and the third processing unit.
However, in this type of oil mist removing device, the separation capability is not sufficient, the frequency of replacement of filters is high and it is not economical, or the post-treatment of the filter to be discarded, and the secondary pollution caused by this post-treatment, etc. Problems to be improved remain such as the occurrence of
Although it is possible to achieve a separation capability by adopting a larger oil mist removing device, it is not realistic when considering the relationship with the processing machine or securing the installation location. Conceivable.

Therefore,
Hereinafter, a preferable example of the treatment of oil mist that can be employed in the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The suction fan is rotated by driving a motor provided in the casing, and the air containing the oil mist that has been used or treated (referred to as oil mist air) is introduced into the casing from the suction port by using this rotation. “→ 1”. The introduced oil mist air stops against a collision plate (main part of the first processing unit) provided in the vicinity of the suction port, and most of the oil mist air is diffused and guided along the surface of the collision plate. " The oil mist air guided to the collision plate is formed between the mist passage hole (mist hole) of the collision plate and / or between the bottom of the collision plate and the link (part of the first processing unit). After passing through the mist hole, the flow is substantially converged and flows through the path “→ 4” (part of the first processing unit) in the direction of the center of the link and the gap formed between the collision plate and the link. The flow branches to a flow that reaches the inner wall direction “→ 3” of the link. At this time, when the link has a semi-dough donut shape in cross section, the link flows following the semi-curved curved surface, and oil mist air can be diffused and / or aggregated (aggregated / separated) by the collision of “→ 3” and “→ 4”. The oil mist air processed in the first processing unit does not accumulate in the central portion, and the air flow shown in FIG. 5 is obtained, and the substantially uniform load on the first punching plate, efficient diffusion, and intake air amount Detouring (securing residence time), etc. The oil in the diffused oil mist air can be reduced in particle size (oil droplets “shown in words in the figure”) before reaching the second processing section. The oil droplets are collected in a first oil reservoir below the casing. In this impingement plate, sludges and processing debris with heavy specific gravity are substantially reliably separated and gather mainly in the first oil reservoir below the casing.
Thereafter, the air containing a small amount of oil mist processed by the first processing unit (referred to as low oil mist air) reaches the second processing unit. Then, the second processing unit contacts (stops) the first punching plate. The first punching plate can be formed in a normal form, but in this example, a burring is formed on the first punching plate. By forming this burring, the detour effect in the vicinity of the oil hole is utilized to make the oil droplets and increase the residence time. Effect) and reliable separation of dust. The separated oil reaches the first oil reservoir provided below the casing. Further, in the configuration in which the two first (front and rear) punching plates are provided, the positions of the holes provided in the second first punching plate are provided alternately (changing the phase), so that the oil Dropping, avoiding the flow of oil droplets into the hole, preventing scattering, etc. can be achieved, and the residence time can be extended. Further, the low oil mist air is filtered by a first porous member such as one or several filters disposed at a slight interval behind the two first punching plates. That is, foreign matters such as dust and cutting waste contained in the low oil mist air passing through the first porous member are reliably and efficiently captured by the first porous member, and oil droplets are promoted. Useful.
The treated air that has passed through the first porous member and contains a small amount of oil mist (a trace amount of oil mist air) is a part of the second processing unit through suction by the suction fan and diffusion. It passes through the protruding passage “→ 5” at the center of the partition plate, and reaches the third processing section made up of the second and third punching plates (second and third collision links). This minute amount of oil mist air achieves the overall harmony between the achievement of diffusion and / or oil droplet formation by the second and third punching plates and the collision and / or avoidance of oil mist air from the impeller of the suction fan. It is ideal to perform efficient processing. In the present invention, the direction of the hole of the second and third punching plates is angled, and the angle of the wind flow through the hole is made acute with respect to the angle of the wind flow coming out of the impeller, without causing a collision. By reducing the probability of passing through the hole and increasing the residence time, the oil is converted into oil droplets or the dust separation effect is enhanced. In this example, in the configuration in which burring is provided in the hole and the direction of the hole is angled and / or the positions of the holes provided in the second and third punching plates are provided alternately (changing the phase), , Avoiding the flow of oil droplets into the hole, preventing scattering, etc., and extending the residence time.
The treated air that has passed through the holes of the second and third punching plates is filtered by a second porous member such as one or several filters. As shown in FIG. 7, the second second punching plate rectifies the flow of air (wind), and the air flows from the inner peripheral surface of the second punching plate (third punching plate) and / or the third. It is effective for stopping against the hole wall surface of the punching plate (second punching plate), allowing only air to pass (blocking passage of oil droplets), or promoting air passage. In addition, there are practical benefits such as being effective in preventing clogging and contamination of the second porous member provided in the peripheral portion, and being able to capture fine foreign matters such as fine dust and cutting powder.
The air clarified through the above-mentioned means passes through the third processing section and the passage “→ 6” on the inner wall surface of the casing to reach the fourth processing section. It is filtered and deodorized by one or several punching plates and a second porous member such as a filter impregnated with activated carbon, zeolite, a chemical agent, or a chemical provided in the fourth processing section (“→ 7 "). The filtered final mist (clarified mist) is diffused into the atmosphere through the outlet (indicated by “→ 8”). Note that the clarified mist can be bypassed to the discharge port, almost entirely discharged to the second oil reservoir, and guided to a mist discharger described later. This configuration has advantages that are useful for reducing the burden on the fourth processing unit and simplifying the structure. The oil reaches the second oil reservoir provided below the casing. Further, a configuration is adopted in which approximately 1/3 to 1/4 is shielded from the lower side of the second punching plate, and the diffusion of the suction fan is supplied to the second porous member from other portions of the second punching plate. In addition, it is intended to achieve wide-area diffusion, avoid clogging that tends to occur on the lower side of the second porous member, avoid oil dripping, or improve durability.
The oil stored in the first oil reservoir and the oil and / or air stored in the second oil reservoir are guided to the mist discharger via the first drain pipe and / or the second drain pipe. It is burned. This mist ejector has the example of FIGS. 9-11 and the example of FIGS. 12-14. First, in the example of FIGS. 9 to 11, the porous body in the container is used to separate air and oil, the air is discharged from the coolant liquid, exhausted to the outside of the coolant tank, and the oil is put into the coolant tank. It is a guiding structure, and the air and oil are separated to improve the purity of the oil. Next, in the examples of FIGS. 9 to 11, the adsorbent in the container is used to separate air and oil, the air is exhausted from the container to the outside air, and the oil dropped from the adsorbent is cooled with a hose. It is a structure that leads into the tank (FIGS. 12 and 13) or a structure that leads directly into the coolant tank (FIG. 14). Improve the purity.
In addition, the frequency of reuse of filters and the like is improved, and secondary pollution such as odor of exhausted air and irritating odor can be avoided. Although the mist discharger is basically provided in each of the first oil reservoir and the second oil reservoir, it may be provided at the same time. At this time, if necessary, the function, size, incidental equipment, etc. of each mist ejector may be changed.
Therefore, in the present invention, separation of oil and cutting powder and / or air is performed mainly on the first and second processing units, and separation of oil and air that has become fine particles is performed mainly on the third processing unit. After that, the structure is finally performed by a mist discharger, and has features that are useful for further improvement of separation and deodorization, effective use of substantially the entire oil, reduction of secondary pollution, and the like.
Hereinafter, an example of the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
Reference numeral 5 denotes a first processing section provided behind the
The second filter constituting the second porous member 22 can be variously handled, such as a configuration in which one or several filters are used and a configuration in which the hole diameter is changed.
