2. Description of the Related Art FIGS. 5 and 6 are explanatory views of a bearing lubricating oil device for a steam turbine. FIG. 5 is a system diagram of the bearing lubricating device, and FIG. 6 shows a lubricating oil mist sent to an oil tank. It is a principal part block diagram of the collection apparatus of the lubricating oil mist of the exhaust containing.
The bearing lubricating oil device for the bearings of the steam turbine and the generator, as in the turbine shown in FIG. 5, sends the lubricating oil in the oil tank 1 to the cooler 3 by the oil supply pump 2 to cool it, and then the oil supply pipe 4 Is supplied to the bearing 6 housed in the bearing box 5, the bearing 6 is lubricated and cooled, then discharged to the bearing box 5, and returned to the bearing box 5 via a return oil pipe 8 to communicate with the oil tank 1 It is configured to be sent to. In order to prevent the lubricating oil from leaking from the boundary surface between the bearing box 5 and the axle 7, the bearing box 5 has a space inside the return oil pipe 8 for sending the exhaust gas in the bearing box 5 to the lubricating oil. A suction fan 9 sucks the oil into the oil tank 1 to generate a negative pressure. The exhaust gas in the bearing box 5 including the outside air sucked from the boundary surface between the bearing box 5 and the axle 7 is exhausted to the outside through the exhaust pipe 10.

The exhaust gas in the bearing box 5 is composed of air containing mist-like lubricating oil mist (hereinafter referred to as oil mist) diffused by the rotation of the bearing 6, and the exhaust gas in the bearing box 5 is discharged. At this time, it is necessary to separate and collect this oil mist. This oil mist forms extremely fine particles, and a part of the oil mist is in the form of gas, and separation and collection thereof are difficult. As a method for collecting and separating the oil mist in the exhaust gas, a method of passing a filter consisting of a screen and paper and a method of applying an electric dust mist principle to electrically charge the oil mist are also implemented. Although the former is temporarily effective, the pressure drop when the filter is clogged may make stable and continuous operation difficult. In addition, the latter requires large-scale equipment,
There is a problem that maintenance and other costs are expensive.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the exhaust pipe including the oil mist sent from the oil tank 1 is exhausted through the exhaust pipe 10 as a device that does not require clogging of the collecting device or maintenance management. The method of separating and collecting the oil mist by the oil mist collecting device 11 connected to is practically used. The specific example is shown in FIG. 7, and the oil mist collecting device 11 a includes the exhaust pipe 10
A closed cylindrical sedation chamber 12 having a larger cross-sectional area than a and 10b
a, and an exhaust pipe 10a from the oil tank 1 is communicatively connected to a wall surface below the calming chamber 12a.
The flow velocity of the exhaust gas 13 containing the oil mist sent from a is dropped in the settling chamber 12a and brought into contact with the wall surface to cool and condense the oil mist, which is separated from the air by gravity and the collected oil is drained. Exhausted from the air
The exhaust pipe 10b provided at the upper end of a discharges the air to the outside. Further, as a method for separating and collecting the oil mist by the aforementioned calming chamber, the cyclone type oil mist collecting device 11b shown in FIG. 8 can be considered. That is, from the upper part of the calming chamber 12b shown in (1) of FIG. 8 to the exhaust pipe 10a,
As shown in the cross-sectional view of (2), the exhaust mist is provided along the circumferential direction of the wall surface to condense and separate the oil mist while rotating the inner peripheral surface of the calming chamber 12b, and the air is stored inside the calming chamber 12b. It is discharged from the discharge port of the pipe 10b, and it has the advantage that it is composed of a simple device as described above and does not require maintenance and management of the device.

However, in the oil mist collecting device 11 shown in FIG. 6 described above, in the structure of the calming chamber 12a shown in FIG. 7, the collecting performance of the oil mist of the exhaust 13 is not sufficient. Exhaust gas discharged from the air discharge port of the exhaust pipe 10b comes into contact with the atmosphere and is rapidly cooled to generate an oil mist that has not been separated and collected, and the wall surface 21 around the discharge port is generated.
There is a problem that it may pollute. Also in the structure of FIG. 8, the pressure loss on the wall surface of the calming chamber 12b is large, and the effect of separating fine oil mist is poor, and there is a problem that must be taken in practical use.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is directed to the inside of a sedation chamber constituting an oil mist collecting device connected to an exhaust pipe provided in an oil tank.
A cooling plate extending axially along the flow path of the oil mist is provided so as to be partially adhered and fixed on the circumference of the inner wall portion of the calming chamber. As a result, the exhaust gas containing the oil mist sent from the exhaust pipe into the calming chamber contacts the cooling plate inside the calming chamber, is cooled, condenses the oil mist and promotes liquefaction, and the oil that adheres to the cooling plate The collection efficiency can be improved by increasing the viscosity of the mist. Further, by providing a heat radiating plate on the outer periphery of the calming chamber having the cooling plate housed therein, the cooling efficiency of the cooling plate can be further improved.

Further, a heat dissipation plate may be provided on the outer wall of the calming chamber,
The cooling performance of the cooling plate can be improved by forming the cooling plate into a corrugated shape having an uneven surface.
Further, by providing a plurality of cooling pipes in the space formed by the cooling plate of the exhaust gas passage in the calming chamber to increase the cooling area, the efficiency of collecting the oil mist of the exhaust gas can be further increased. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to discharge the air containing no oil mist to the outside in the calming chamber of the oil mist collecting device, so that environmental pollution such as soiling the outdoor wall surface by the oil mist can be prevented. It is possible to provide an oil mist collecting device that is inexpensive and does not require maintenance management at low cost.
