Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a liquid fuel, and more particularly to a liquid fuel recombination blending method in which heavy oil is dissolved in paraffin to obtain a liquid fuel suitable for a diesel heavy oil combustion system and a low speed diesel engine system.
Most industrial combustion systems are fueled with heavy oil. Heavy oil is low in price and safe for storage, but the boiling point of heavy oil is extremely high. The boiling point of A heavy oil is 338 ° C., and the boiling points of B and C heavy oils are 480 ° C. That is, it does not vaporize easily. For this reason, there are various types of heavy oil combustion furnaces, such as high-pressure injection type and rotary type, which strengthen the action of atomizing and vaporizing heavy oil respectively, but because the heavy oil itself is not volatile and has high viscosity When vaporization is incomplete and atomization occurs, the grains become too large. Therefore, complete combustion is not possible and a large amount of heat is lost. Also, due to incomplete combustion, dense smoke is generated and pollutes the environment.
In recent years, awareness of environmental conservation has been raised, and useful resources have been collected and reused as much as possible. For this reason, research on recycling of resources has become active. It is also necessary to recycle waste oil such as heavy oil that is generally discarded, such as engine oil waste oil, edible oil waste oil, waste oil mud, or C fuel oil that is a fuel standard for boilers.
It is desired to develop a method for recombining heavy oil components that can be converted into new heavy oil by dissolving the above-described waste oil products in paraffins. Such methods reduce viscosity, promote atomization and vaporization, increase vaporization temperature (ie, boiling point), complete vaporization to complete combustion, easily volatilize, high calorific value, low pollution, etc. Can be obtained.
Therefore, the present invention is applicable to a diesel heavy oil combustion system and a low-speed diesel engine system, and provides a method for recombining liquid fuel that can increase the economic value of heavy oil and reduce environmental pollution.
