Abstract
【解決手段】ベンゼン及び/又はニトロベンゼンとアルカリ廃水とを分離し、かつ次いで該廃水を、酸素の不存在下で150〜500℃の温度まで加圧下で加熱することにより解決される。

Description
断熱的ニトロ化工程からの水性アルカリ廃水1200mlを、窒素でフラッシュされた、攪拌器、圧力計及び温度計を備える2リットルのオートクレーブ中に投入した。次いで、窒素を加えて圧力を30バールにした。次いで、この廃水を300℃まで加熱し、かつ300℃の反応温度で15分にわたり維持した(TPD)。圧力が114バールまで上がった。冷却後に、廃水を回収し分析した。第1表は、加圧熱分解(TPD)の前及び後の種々の有機物質の含有率についての分析値を列記するものである。
第2表に示す組成の廃水を、管状反応器内で以下の反応条件下で処理した。
圧力:95バール
硝酸添加量:廃水の質量に対して1.5質量%
滞留時間:5分
この廃水の処理前及び処理後の分析結果を、第2表に報告する。
最初に、ベンゼンの断熱的ニトロ化からの粗製ニトロベンゼンを酸洗浄工程において洗浄し、かつ次いで攪拌槽内で水酸化ナトリウム溶液(50%)を添加してアルカリ条件下で洗浄した。次いで、この混合物を下流の第1の分離槽内で、密度の差異に基づいて有機相(粗製ニトロベンゼン)と水相(アルカリ廃水、廃液)とに分離した。アルカリ廃水はニトロベンゼンで飽和されており、かつ第3表に示す組成を有した。次いで、これを別の分離槽に導入し、該槽において未溶解のニトロベンゼン及びベンゼンを底部に沈降させ、かつこれらを相分離により取出した。この分離槽からのアルカリ廃水と、アニリンの後処理からの廃水とを混合させ、かつ更なる処理を加圧熱分解により実施した。第3表は、第1の分離槽段階前の及び第1の分離槽段階後(及びアニリンの後処理からの廃水との混合後)の並びにTPD段階後のアルカリ廃水の組成の分析データを示すものである。
最初に、ベンゼンの断熱的ニトロ化からの粗製ニトロベンゼンを酸洗浄工程において洗浄し、かつ次いで攪拌槽内で水酸化ナトリウム溶液(32%)を添加してアルカリ条件下で洗浄した。次いで、この混合物を下流の第1の分離槽内で、密度の差異に基づいて有機相(粗製ニトロベンゼン)と水相(アルカリ廃水、廃液)とに分離した。アルカリ廃水はニトロベンゼンで飽和されており、かつ第4表に示す組成を有した。次いで、これを別の分離槽に導入し、該槽において未溶解のニトロベンゼン及びベンゼンを底部に沈降させ、かつこれらを相分離により取出した。次いで廃液を、生蒸気により作動するストリッピング塔内に供給し、該塔においてニトロベンゼン及びベンゼンを頂部からストリッピングした。塔底部からのアルカリ廃水は第4表に示す組成を有しており、かつ該廃水に更なる後処理を加圧熱分解により実施し、その際に部分流をニトロベンゼン及びベンゼンの存在についてFIDを用いて分析的にモニタリングした。
Claims (1)
- ベンゼンの混酸での断熱的ニトロ化により製造された粗製ニトロベンゼンの酸及び更にアルカリ物質での洗浄により生じた、約100ppm〜約3000ppmのベンゼン及び約1000ppm〜10000ppmのニトロベンゼンを含有するアルカリ廃水の処理法であって、
a)未溶解のベンゼン及び/又はニトロベンゼンとアルカリ廃水とを分離し、
