Abstract
【構成】容器本体の内底面に固着されて少なくとも発振用増幅器を集積化し、前記発振用増幅器の入出力間に接続する入力側及び出力側の水晶端子を外表面に有するICチップと、前記入力側及び出力側の水晶端子と電気的に接続する下面側及び上面側の励振電極を有して少なくとも一端部が前記容器本体の内壁段部に保持されて、前記ICチップを下面側に配置した水晶片とを備え、前記入力側の水晶端子と電気的に接続する上面側の励振電極にイオンビームを照射して振動周波数を調整してなる表面実装用の水晶発振器において、前記発振用増幅器の入力側の水晶端子と電気的に接続する前記容器本体の内底面に設けたられた水晶受端子と前記下面側の励振電極とを接続する導電路を前記水晶片の外側領域に露出しないで配線した構成とする。

Description
本発明は水晶振動子の振動特性を良好に維持して発振を確実にした表面実装発振器を提供することを目的とする。
Claims (2)
- 容器本体の内底面に固着されて少なくとも発振用増幅器を集積化し、前記発振用増幅器の入出力間に接続する入力側及び出力側の水晶端子を外表面に有するICチップと、
前記入力側及び出力側の水晶端子と電気的に接続する下面側及び上面側の励振電極を有して少なくとも一端部が前記容器本体の内壁段部に保持されて、前記ICチップを下面側に配置した水晶片とを備え、
前記入力側の水晶端子と電気的に接続する上面側の励振電極にイオンビームを照射して振動周波数を調整してなる表面実装用の水晶発振器において、
前記発振用増幅器の入力側の水晶端子と電気的に接続する前記容器本体の内底面に設けたられた水晶受端子と前記下面側の励振電極とを接続する導電路を前記水晶片の外側領域に露出しないで配線したことを特徴とする水晶発振器。 - 前記導電路は水晶片の下面側となる前記容器本体の内底面に形成されて遮蔽された請求項1の水晶発振器。
