Claims (3)
- 接合部から少なくとも第一の光導波路と第二の光導波路の二つに分岐された光導波路部を有する光分岐結合器において、
前記第一の光導波路と前記第二の光導波路との間にクラッド層を有し、
前記第一の光導波路の端面と前記第二の光導波路の端面は、前記接合部の端面に合わせて結合され、
前記第一の光導波路及び前記第二の光導波路は射出形成で生成され、前記第一の光導波路の断面積が、前記接合部から分岐方向に向けて減少するテーパ形状をなしている光分岐結合器。 - 請求項１の光分岐結合器において、
前記第二の光導波路は反射面を有する光分岐結合器。 - 請求項１の光分岐結合部において、
前記接合部において、前記第二の光導波路の断面積が、前記第一の光導波路の断面積よりも小さい光分岐結合器。
