Abstract
【解決手段】2つのダイヤフラムを連結するものであって且つ軸方向の中央部に左右方向に互いに対向する2つの摺接面54a,54bを有した連結部材12と、連結部材の上側および下側においてそれぞれ左右方向に延びて互いに平行な状態でハウジング10に固定的に設けられ、連結部材12に設けられたガイド穴に摺動可能に貫通して連結部材を左右方向にのみ移動するようにガイドするガイドシャフト62a,62bと、ハウジングに設けられたモータMTと、モータの回転軸に対して偏心位置に設けられ、2つの摺接面54a,54bに摺接可能なローラ74とを有してなる。

Claims (3)
- ハウジングに左右に設けられ互いに連結された2つのダイヤフラムを往復駆動することによって流体を給排するダイヤフラムポンプであって、
前記2つのダイヤフラムを連結するものであって且つ軸方向の中央部に左右方向に互いに対向する2つの摺接面を有した連結部材と、
前記連結部材の上側および下側においてそれぞれ左右方向に延びて互いに平行な状態で前記ハウジングに固定的に設けられ、前記連結部材に設けられたガイド穴に摺動可能に貫通して前記連結部材を左右方向にのみ移動するようにガイドするガイドシャフトと、
前記ハウジングに設けられたモータと、
前記モータの回転軸に対して偏心位置に設けられ、前記2つの摺接面に摺接可能なローラと、
を有してなることを特徴とするダイヤフラムポンプ。 - 前記連結部材は、
内周面に前記2つの摺接面が形成された長円形リング状のリング状部と、
前記リング状部の左右のそれぞれの中央部から突出した連結軸部と、
前記リング状部の上下のそれぞれの中央部から突出し前記ガイド穴が設けられたガイド受け部と、
を有してなる請求項1記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。 - 前記ローラが設けられた軸に取り付けられた検出レバーと、
前記軸の回転にともなって移動する前記検出レバーの回転回数を検出するためのセンサーと、
を有してなる請求項1または2記載のダイヤフラムポンプ。
