Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明による冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造は、冷蔵室ドア内側に断熱された製氷室を形成して、前記製氷室に供給用水を製氷容器に製氷するアイスメーカー及び前記製氷された氷を保管するアイスバンクを設置して、前記製氷冷気の吸入及び吐出のための冷気通過孔を形成して、前記製氷室で吸入又は吐出される製氷冷気を所定の流路にガイドする製氷冷気ガイド部を形成させることを特徴とする。

Description
前記断熱ケース(132)には冷気吸入口(124)及び冷気排出口(126)、製氷冷気ガイドダクト(126)が形成される。前記冷気吸入口(124)及び冷気排出口(126)は断熱ケース(132)の内側壁の上下に形成され、冷蔵室ドア(103)を閉める時冷蔵庫本体(101)の側壁に形成された冷気供給ダクト(121)及び冷気帰還ダクト(128)と密着結合される。
図12及び図13は冷気吸入口の前端に冷気ガイド板を設置した構成であり、製氷室(230a)内にはアイスメーカー(233)とアイスバンク(234)の間に製氷冷気ガイド手段として、製氷冷気ガイド板(228)が設置される。
図14に図示されたところのようにサイドバイサイドタイプでも前記したように本発明が適用可能だということを見せるために図示した図面である。ここに図示されたように、サイドバイサイドタイプの冷蔵庫(300)の冷凍室(305)と冷蔵室(302)はバリアー(311)によって左側と右側に区画されて、前記冷凍室(305)及び冷蔵室(302)を開閉するためのドア(303、304)が設けられる。このような冷蔵室ドア(304)の内側所定の高さに製氷装置を設置するようになる。

Claims (16)
- 冷蔵室ドアと;
前記冷蔵室ドア内側に断熱されて内部に製氷室が形成された断熱ケースと;
前記断熱ケースの製氷室に設置されて、製氷冷気によって供給用水を製氷して製氷された氷を収納する製氷装置と;
前記断熱ケースの製氷室を開閉するための断熱蓋と;
前記製氷冷気を吸入させる冷気吸入口と;
前記製氷冷気を排出させる冷気排出口と;
前記冷気吸入口で冷凍室冷気を供給するために冷凍室の壁側に形成された冷気供給ダクトと;
前記製氷室の製氷冷気を所定の流路でガイドするための製氷冷気ガイド手段を含むことを特徴とする冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。 - 前記製氷冷気ガイド手段は前記製氷室の製氷冷気を冷気排出口でバイパスさせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記製氷冷気ガイド手段は、前記製氷室の製氷冷気の排出のために断熱ケースの内壁に沿って形成された製氷冷気ガイドダクトを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記製氷冷気ガイドダクトは製氷室の一方の側面の冷気排気口と他方の側面の冷気排出口の間を連通することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記冷気排出口は冷気吸入口と所定距離を置いて同一側面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記冷気排出口は冷気吸入口と互いに異なる側面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記冷気吸入口及び冷気排出口は冷蔵室の壁側と面接触される断熱ケースの壁側に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記製氷室の冷気排気口は複数個が製氷冷気ガイドダクトに連結されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記製氷室の冷気排気口は冷気吸入口が形成される面と異なる面に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記製氷室の冷気排気口は冷気吸入口が形成される面と反対面に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記製氷室内の冷気排気口は冷気吸入口と斜めの方向位置に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記冷気吸入口は冷蔵室ドアを閉める時、冷蔵庫本体の壁側に形成された冷気供給ダクトと連通されて冷凍室冷気が吸入されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記冷気排出口は冷蔵室ドアを閉める時、冷蔵庫本体の壁側に形成された冷気帰還ダクトと連通されて製氷室冷気が排出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記製氷装置は製氷冷気で供給用水を製氷して製氷された氷を取り出すアイスメーカーと、前記アイスメーカーによって取り出された氷を保管するアイスバンクを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記製氷冷気ガイド手段は前記冷気吸入口に吸入される冷気を断熱ケースの内壁に沿って製氷室で迂回させるダクトで構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
- 前記製氷冷気ガイド手段は製氷室内に設置されて、製氷室に吸入されるとか排出される冷気を所定位置までガイドするための製氷冷気ガイド板で構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷蔵室ドア製氷室での冷気ガイド構造。
