Abstract
【解決手段】膨縮可能な袋状の濾布と、該濾布内に配置され、該濾布により濾過された濾液を集液して排出する流路材とを有する膨縮型濾過器において、濾布および流路材をともに、それぞれ可撓性材料で構成したことを特徴とする膨縮型濾過器。

Description
図1〜図5は、本発明の一実施態様に係る膨縮型濾過器およびそれを用いた濾過装置を示している。図1は、濾過装置1全体の概略構成を示しており、缶体2は、仕切板3により上室4と下室5とに区画されている。この下室5内に複数の膨縮型濾過器6が配設され、各濾過器6は上端が仕切板3に固定された状態にて仕切板3に吊下、垂設されている。缶体2は仕切板3を間に挟んで上室用缶体2aと下室用缶体2bとに分割されているとともに、上室用缶体2aと下室用缶体2bにはそれぞれマンホール7a、7bが設置されており、各種メンテナンス作業の他、後述のような濾布交換作業や濾過器設置、交換作業に供することができるようになっている。濾過運転時には、被処理液導入管8を介して下室5内に導入された被処理液が濾過器6で濾過され、懸濁物等が除去された処理液が、上室4から濾液管9を介して所定の送り先へと排出される。膨縮型濾過器6の濾布面に捕捉された濾滓を剥離除去する際には、空気導入管10から瞬間的に空気が上室4内に導入され、各濾過器6の濾布内面側から外面側へと噴出されて濾滓が剥離除去される。

Claims (5)
- 膨縮可能な袋状の濾布と、該濾布内に配置され、該濾布により濾過された濾液を集液して排出する流路材とを有する膨縮型濾過器において、前記濾布および流路材をともに、それぞれ可撓性材料で構成したことを特徴とする膨縮型濾過器。
- 前記流路材が板状部材からなる、請求項1の膨縮型濾過器。
- 前記流路材に濾液排出方向に延びる溝が設けられている、請求項1または2の膨縮型濾過器。
- 前記溝が流路材の両面にそれぞれ複数条設けられている、請求項3の膨縮型濾過器。
- 前記流路材の幅が、前記濾布を円筒形に膨張させたときの内径と同等またはそれ以下とされている、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の膨縮型濾過器。
