Abstract

Claims (18)
- システムの現在の状態を示す複数のセンサと、
コマンドに基づき所望の動的応答を生成するための所望軌道発生器と、
プラント動力学のモデルと、
前記システムの現在の状態から始めて、前記所望の動的応答と少なくとも一つのシステム寿命目標とを受信して、モデル予測制御の方法を用いて非線形プログラミング問題に対する解として1または2以上の時間ステップにわたるウィンドウについて少なくとも一つのシステム寿命目標および前記所望の動的応答を達成する問題を定式化する非線形プログラミングモジュールと、
前記モデル予測制御問題および非線形プログラミングアルゴリズムに基づき反復アルゴリズムを用いて各時間ステップにおいて前記非線形プログラミング問題を解く非線形プログラミングソルバーと、
を備えたモデル予測制御システム。 - 前記少なくとも一つのシステム寿命目標は少なくとも一つの限界を含む請求項1記載のモデル予測制御システム。
- 前記プラント動的モデルおよび限界式は線形であり、且つ性能指数は二次プログラミング問題を形成するように二次であり、且つ前記非線形プログラミングソルバーは二次プログラミングソルバーで置き換えられる請求項2記載のモデル予測制御システム。
- 前記少なくとも一つのシステム寿命目標は、状態信号における変化に基づき変化する請求項3記載のモデル予測制御システム。
- 前記状態信号はセンサによって発生される請求項4記載のモデル予測制御システム。
- 前記状態信号は、アクチュエータの状態を示す請求項4記載のモデル予測制御システム。
- a)システムの現在の状態を示す複数のセンサ信号を入力するステップと、
b)複数のコマンドを入力するステップと、
c)少なくとも一つのシステム寿命目標を入力するステップと、
d)前記コマンドに基づき前記システムの所望の動的応答を決定するステップと、
e)複数のアクチュエータコマンドを発生するモデル予測制御器において前記少なくとも一つのシステム寿命目標と前記所望の動的応答との間のバランスを実施するステップと、
を含む多変数システムの制御方法。 - 前記ステップe)は、前記モデル予測制御器についての性能指数における重み付けにより実施される請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記所望の動的応答と前記少なくとも一つのシステム寿命目標との間のバランスを変えるステップを更に含む請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記性能指数における前記重み付けを変えて前記バランスを変えるステップを更に含む請求項9記載の方法。
- 前記システムにおける構成要素の故障の指示に基づき前記重み付けを変えるステップを更に含む請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記システムの保守までの時間の指示に基づき前記限界を変えるステップを更に含む請求項11記載の方法。
- 前記ステップe)は、前記モデル予測制御器について一組の不等式における限界を設定するステップを更に含む請求項10記載の方法。
