The observation of the carbon aggregated particles in the master batch is performed by cutting the master batch pellet into a mirror surface with a microtome equipped with a glass knife, and reflecting the cut surface with an optical microscope (PME3: manufactured by Olympus Corporation) at a magnification of 50 times. This is possible by observing light, taking a photograph, and visually counting the number of aggregated particles having a major axis of carbon of 20 μm to 100 μm for 3 mm 2 . Regarding the observation direction, since the shape of the master pellet is usually a columnar shape, it is cut and observed in a cross section almost perpendicular to the long side, and at least three cross sections are observed from separate pellets, and the average is obtained. The value is taken as the number of aggregated particles.

(7) After supplying the block copolymer and polyphenylene ether from the upstream supply port and melt-kneading them, the polyamide is supplied from the downstream supply port, and the polyamide-inorganic filler master batch and the polyamide-carbon master from the downstream supply port. Although the method of supplying a batch and melt-kneading is mentioned, any method may be used. Further, when the above-described production method is adopted, a part of the polyamide (2 to 25% by weight when 100% by weight of all the polyamides) is added together with polyphenylene ether or the like from the upstream supply port.
In this case, the position of the downstream supply port is preferably set at a position of 0.3 to 0.6 when viewed from the upstream side when the screw length of the extruder is 1.0. Further, it is desirable that the downstream supply port be located at a position of 0.6 to 0.9.
The melt kneading temperature at this time is not particularly limited, and the conditions under which a suitable composition can be usually obtained can be arbitrarily selected from 240 to 360 ° C., but the preferred temperature is that the polyphenylene ether is sufficiently melted. And a block copolymer composed of a polymer block mainly composed of an aromatic vinyl compound and a polymer block mainly composed of a conjugated diene compound, or a hydrogenated block copolymer, which is not easily deteriorated by heat. It is a range. Specifically, it is in the range of 280 ° C to 340 ° C. In particular, when a block copolymer and a material mainly composed of polyphenylene ether are supplied from the upstream supply port and melt-kneaded, and then a material mainly composed of polyamide is supplied from the downstream supply port and melt-kneaded. It is desirable to set the temperature up to the downstream supply port within a range of 300 ° C. to 340 ° C., and set the temperature after the downstream side supply port within a range of 280 ° C. to 300 ° C.

From the mouth (hereinafter abbreviated as Main-F) to the extruder center supply port (hereinafter abbreviated as Side-F) was set at 320 ° C, and from Side-F to the die was set at 280 ° C. The position of Side-F at this time was about 0.55 when viewed from the upstream side when the total length of the screw was 1.0. Moreover, the vent port was installed in two places, the position of about 0.35, and the position of about 0.90, and vacuum suction was performed.
In addition, L / D of the extruder used at this time was 52, screw rotation speed was 200 rotation / min, and each feeder was adjusted so that discharge amount might be 500 kg / h.
From Main-F, Asahi Kasei Chemicals Co., Ltd. polyphenylene ether (PPE) powder (trade name: Asahi Kasei PPE S201A), Kraton G1651 (SEBS1) obtained from Kraton Polymers Co., Ltd. as the first block copolymer, second block Asahi Kasei Chemicals Corporation Tough Tech H1081 (SEBS2) supplied as copolymer, Leona 1200 (PA) of Asahi Kasei Chemicals Corporation as the polyamide from Side-F, Unitika nylon obtained from Unitika Ltd. as the polyamide-inorganic filler masterbatch M1030D (nanocomposite nylon obtained by adding organic clay during polyamide polymerization: ash content of about 4% PA / filler MB) was used, and a polyamide-carbon masterbatch (PA / CCB) -MB) and BENTON 107 (clay exchanged with dimethyl hydrogenated ditallow ammonium ions) obtained from ELEMENTIS as an organic clay were supplied at the ratio shown in Table 1, and melt-kneaded to obtain pellets.
At this time, 0.5 part by weight of maleic anhydride as a compatibilizer was added together with the polyphenylene ether and the block copolymer. At this time, the polyamide-carbon masterbatch is supplied with polyamide from Main-F using ZSK-58MC described above, and added with Ketjen Black EC-600JD obtained from Ketjen Black International Co., Ltd. as carbon from Side-F. What was melt kneaded was used. The cylinder set temperature at this time was 280 ° C., the screw rotation speed was 400 rotations / minute, and each feeder was adjusted so that the discharge amount was 400 kg / h.
The carbon concentration at this time was about 10% by weight. The number of aggregated carbon particles in the obtained polyamide-carbon master batch was confirmed to be 20 with an optical microscope.
The strands at the time of extrusion were collected, and the terminals of the multimeter were strongly pressed at intervals of 5 cm to confirm the presence or absence of conductivity.
Further, an ultrathin section was cut out from the obtained strand with an ultramicrotome, and the obtained section was not stained at all, and was observed with a transmission electron microscope to confirm the dispersion state of the inorganic filler. In the system to which was added, the dispersion was not sufficiently dispersed, and the average dispersion diameter of the inorganic filler was found to be several μm.
Using the obtained pellets, an injection molding machine (manufactured by Toshiba Machine Co., Ltd .: IS80EPN) was used to produce a flat plate of 100 mm × 100 mm (thickness 2 mm) at a cylinder temperature of 290 ° C. and a mold temperature of 80 ° C. At this time, after 10 sheets were molded at a pressure sufficient to mold the molded piece, the injection pressure was gradually reduced, and finally the pressure was reduced until sink marks were generated on the molded piece.
The weight of each obtained molded piece was measured, and the molded piece molded at the minimum pressure at which the weight did not decrease was used as a test piece for appearance evaluation.
Appearance evaluation was determined by the following three-stage evaluation by visual observation of three locations, that is, a gate portion, a central portion, and a flow end portion.
A: There is no float of filler, no flow mark, etc., and it has a good appearance.
B: Flow mark or filler floating is confirmed.
C: Filler floating, flow mark, etc. are confirmed.
