Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stone-filled revetment which has cover nets thereof covered with soil for planting, wherein the cover soil is laid in a manner being proof against slipping.
SOLUTION: According to the structure of the stone-filled revetment, gabions 3 are laid side by side on a slope, and each gabion is filled with stones 2, which is then covered with the cover net 6. Further a cover soil non ship rail 10 is arranged along a joint between the upper and lower gabions 3. The rail consists of a main body formed of a thin steel plate 11 and having a corrugated cross section, and support metal fittings 12 attached to both ends of the main body. Each support fitting is formed like an inverted tee so as to prevent toppling of the rail, and a bottom plate 12a thereof has a hole 13 formed therein, whereby a clip fitting 14 inserted into the hole is hooked on the cover net 6 to secure the rail to the cover net. In a final step of revetment construction work, the cover soil 15 is laid on the cover net 6. In this manner non-slip rail 10 is embedded under the soil, and therefore the cover soil is prevented from slipping along the cover net even at the time of heavy raining.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

The present invention relates to a stone-filled revetment for constructing a lattice frame so as to cover a revetment such as a river and the like, and to protect the revetment from scouring by stuffing stone blocks therein.

As shown in FIG. 1, there is a conventional stone filling method in which stone blocks 2 are packed in a lattice-like frame 1 so as to cover the slope. This method is still used because it does not use concrete and can leave a natural landscape.

In the past, the lattice frame 1 for packing stones was made by connecting box-shaped caskets 3 (futon caskets) made of wire mesh (Fig. 1 (a)). The workability is not good. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2B, a method of assembling the lattice frame 1 using a steel panel 5 on a wire mesh has been developed (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 7-43152).

In both cases (a) and (b), the lid net 6 is placed on the top so that the stone block 2 does not flow out. In addition, the soil is piled up on the lid net and turf is planted. However, until the plant is firmly rooted, there is a problem that the covering soil tends to slide down on the lid net. In addition, it is necessary for the worker to walk on the lid net during the construction, but it is slippery on the tilted lid net, which is not only poor in workability but also injured.

If the slope of the slope is large, for example at an angle of about 25 degrees, even if the soil is covered on the lid net, the soil is likely to slide down. Since ordinary people may enter the exposed lid after construction, it is necessary to take some measures to prevent people from slipping. As a countermeasure, there is a method of using a rough surface-plated iron wire having a rough surface and being hard to slip as a wire for a lid net. However, the surface-plated iron wire is only expensive and the anti-slip effect is not so high.

It is an object of the present invention to make it possible to safely walk on a lid net covering the padding stone and to prevent the cover soil from sliding down when soil is piled on the lid net. To do.

In the stone-carrying revetment of the present invention, the slope is covered with a lattice-shaped frame, each cell is filled with a lump of stone, and a lid net is covered on the cell. (Claim 1). Since the non-slip rail is provided on the lid net in this way, it is possible to safely ascend and descend the slope along the rail instead of the step.

Soil can also be deposited on the lid net to plant the dike. In this case, the anti-sliding rail is buried in the soil, and the covering soil can be prevented from falling.

Various types of anti-slip rails are conceivable, but preferably, the anti-slip rail is composed of a rail body and supporting brackets at both ends thereof, and each supporting bracket is inverted T in order to hold the rail body in a standing state. It is formed in a letter shape or L shape, and this support metal fitting is locked to the lid net using a wire or the like. In this way, the non-slip rail can be provided at a low cost, and the construction is simple.

FIG. 2 shows a structure in which a rail 10 is provided on the stone-carrying revetment shown in FIG. 1 to prevent the covering soil from falling, and FIG. 3 shows a cross section of the rail. This rail is composed of an iron plate 11 having a thin corrugated cross section, and the dimensions are not limited to this, but the height is about 100 mm and the length is about 900 mm. The rail body 11 stands with support metal fittings 12 at both ends, and the support metal fittings have an inverted T-shape so that they do not easily fall over. That is, the support plate 12b is set up vertically on the bottom plate 12a, and the corrugated plate 11 is bolted to the support plate. There is a hole 13 in the bottom plate 12a, and a clip fitting 14 passed through this hole is fastened to the lid net 6 to fix the rail. Instead of the clip fitting, a wire may be passed through the hole 13 and secured to the lid net 6. In this example, the soil covering slip-off preventing rail is provided substantially continuously along the horizontal member of the lattice frame 1 (FIG. 2), and the distance between the upper and lower rails is about 1.5 m.

The slip-off prevention rail 10 is attached to the lid net at an early stage while temporarily fixing the lid net 6 to the lattice frame 1 that has been filled with stones. In this way, even if an operator slips on the lid net and falls down during the operation of fixing the lid net 6 to the lattice frame 1 (the futon basket 3 or the steel panel 5), the anti-skid rail 10 blocks it. It will not be a big accident that falls into the river.

At the final stage of the construction, the covering soil 15 is covered on the lid net at a depth of about 300 mm, for example. The anti-sliding rail 10 is buried under the soil, and prevents the covering soil from sliding along the lid network during heavy rain.

FIG. 5 shows a revetment without embankment. In this case, the slide-off prevention rail 20 can be used like a step by a person walking on the lid net. The rail has an angle of about 30mm, and the distance between the rails is about 500mm. The holes 21 are provided on both sides of the rail, and the clip 21 (or wire) is fixed to the lid net through the holes 21 as in the previous case.
