Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an electric floor heating apparatus.
As a conventional electric floor heating device, as described in
According to the above-described conventional floor heating apparatus, when electric power is supplied to the electric heating mat and the temperature thereof rises, the temperature of the peripheral panel provided between the electric heating mat and the wall of the room also rises. If the temperature of the peripheral panel rises excessively, it will thermally expand and cause deformation due to pressure on the electric mat or pushing it up to the floor, so generally it is between the electric mat and the peripheral panel and between the peripheral panels. In order to prevent the above problems from occurring, a gap of about several millimeters is provided in the construction.
However, on the other hand, when laying the peripheral panel, it is necessary to consider the size and arrangement of the panel, which causes a problem that it takes a lot of work.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to prevent the floor plate from being deformed due to thermal expansion due to the temperature rise of the electric heating mat in the electric floor heating apparatus, and to improve its workability.
In order to achieve the above object, a floor heating apparatus according to a first aspect of the present invention includes an electric heating mat disposed on a floor base plate, a peripheral mat provided around the electric heating mat, the electric heating mat, and the peripheral mat. And a controller for electrically controlling the electric heating mat. The electric heating mat has an electric heater wire on the surface or inside thereof and a small joist provided at a position not overlapping the electric heater wire. The peripheral mat is formed of a flexible base material and is formed to have substantially the same thickness as the electrothermal mat in a state where the floor board is laid.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the floor heating apparatus according to the first aspect, the peripheral mat has a second small joist on the surface of the flexible base material.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the floor heating apparatus according to the first or second aspect, the peripheral mat is continuously formed integrally with the electric heating mat.
The floor heating apparatus of the present invention heats a floor board using electric energy, and thereby heats the upper space of the floor board.
As described above, the floor heating apparatus according to the present invention includes an electric heating mat, a peripheral mat, a floor board, and a controller.
The electric heating mat has a base material, an electric heater wire, and a small joist. The substrate is preferably formed of an elastic material such as a nonwoven fabric, a net-like sheet, paper, a perforated sheet, etc., and its thickness is generally about several mm, and electric heater wires meander on its surface or inside. It is provided in the shape. Furthermore, it is preferable to provide a heat sensitive wire in a meandering manner along the electric heater wire. By providing the heat sensitive wire, the controller can prevent overheating of the electric heater wire. The electric heater wire and the heat sensitive wire wired in a meandering manner in the electric heating mat enter and exit a wiring box provided in the electric heating mat.
In the electric heating mat, it is preferable to use a heat dispersion sheet in an overlapping manner on the electric heater wire. The heat dispersion sheet is preferably provided on the entire surface of the electrothermal mat. The thickness of the electric heating mat is, for example, 3 mm when the electric heating mat is sandwiched between the floor base plate and the floor plate, and the heat dispersion sheet and the base material are compressed. This thickness is the sum of the thickness of the small joist, the thickness of the compressed heat dispersion sheet, and the thickness of the compressed substrate.
The electric heating mat is further provided with a small joist on the electric heating mat at a position where it does not overlap with the electric heater wire and the heat sensitive wire, thereby preventing the load from above directly acting on the heater wire and the heat sensitive wire. Protect the electric heater wires and heat sensitive wires. The small joists are temporarily fixed to the electric heating mat with an adhesive or double-sided tape. The shape of the small joist is not particularly limited, but generally, an elongated or strip-like thin plate or rod-like material is used. Small joists are made of wood such as plywood, wood board, wood fiber board (MDF, etc.), wood chipboard, and single board laminated board, as well as metal materials such as synthetic resin, iron, copper, and aluminum alloy. Alternatively, a profile or the like can be used. When the small joist is provided on the base material or the heat dispersion sheet, the place where the electric heating mat is fixed to the floor base plate with a nail or a screw in the small joist is clarified, and the nail It is also possible to prevent the electric heater wire and the heat sensitive wire from being damaged by screws and screws. The small joists are preferably provided at a predetermined interval so that the electric heating mat before use in the floor heating apparatus can be rolled and stored.
The peripheral mat is provided on the floor base plate between the electric heating mat and the wall surface of the room, and is provided at least around the electric heating mat side, but may be provided over the entire surface of the floor base plate between the electric heating mat and the wall surface. . In the case where the peripheral mat is provided only on the periphery of the electric heating mat side, a peripheral panel such as a plywood is further provided in the remaining portion of the periphery.
The peripheral mat is formed of a flexible base material and is compressed in a state where the floor board is laid, and is formed to have substantially the same thickness as the electric heating mat, so that the floor board becomes flat in the laid state. It is preferable to arrange the second small joist on the surface of the flexible base material to constitute the peripheral mat, since the flatness of the floor board in the laid state is further improved. The second small joist in the peripheral mat is preferably the same material as the small joist in the electric heating mat. The second small joists in the peripheral mat may be provided at the same interval as the small joists in the electric heating mat (the pitch between the small joists), or the pitch of the second small joists may be reduced. You may arrange | position adjacent so that 2nd small joists may contact. In either case, like the electric heating mat, the peripheral mat can be rolled and stored. Further, as in the electric heating mat, the second small joist is also temporarily fixed to the peripheral mat with an adhesive or a double-sided tape.
The peripheral mat may be configured as a member independent of the electric heating mat, but may be formed integrally with the electric heating mat. By forming the peripheral mat integrally with the electrothermal mat, the workability is further improved. In the case of integral formation, the small joist on the electric heating mat side can be extended to the peripheral mat side at a portion that does not intersect with the electric heater wire to form a second small joist. Further, in this case, the periphery of the integrated mat in which the electric heating mat and the peripheral mat are continuous is cut out according to the size of the room.
According to the floor heating apparatus of the present invention according to
Further, even if the peripheral mat thermally expands due to the temperature rise of the electric heating mat, the flexibility of the base material does not cause the electric heating mat to be deformed by being pressed or pushed up to the floor board.
Furthermore, since the electric heating mat is not compressed and deformed by the thermal expansion of the peripheral mat, the electric heating mat can maintain a predetermined shape, and the heat transfer efficiency to the floor board is maintained.
According to the floor heating apparatus of the present invention according to
According to the floor heating device of the present invention according to
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a floor heating apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
1 to 5, this
The
Each of the
An example of the
In the
The
The
The
The
As described above, the thickness of the
The construction method of the
After the installation positions of the
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, the abutting edges (center line) of the
After fixing the
Next, the
After laying the
Next, inking for assigning the
Further, a
In the
FIG. 9 shows a
As shown in FIG. 9, the
The configuration of the
