Abstract
【解決手段】 5〜20μmの球状ジルコン粒子をショット粒子とし、ショット粒子の速度を100m/sec以上としてショットピーニング処理を行うとアルミ合金板表面から2μm〜5μmの深さまでが結晶粒100nm以下のナノ結晶となって、硬度及び耐食性が向上した。このアルミ合金板に、実際のアルミ合金パネルの塗装と同様のメタリック塗装(コロイダルシリカとポリイソシアネートの反応塗料)を施し、170℃で40分間加熱硬化させた。得られた試料について硬さ、付着性、耐水性、耐アルカリ変色性、耐酸変色性、耐水変色性、耐揮発油性、塩水噴霧試験、キャス試験、複合サイクル試験、促進耐候性、耐候性について試験を行ったところ全て基準を満たし、極めて優れた耐食性を有することが明らかになった。

Claims (10)
- ナノ結晶化させた金属材料の表面に、インヒビターを含有しない防錆塗料を塗布してなることを特徴とする防食性金属材料。
- 金属材料の表面をナノ結晶化させた後に、前記表面にインヒビターを含有しない防錆塗料を塗布することを特徴とする金属の防食処理方法。
- 前記防錆塗料の塗布厚さは、乾燥後で約40μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の防食性金属材料または請求項2に記載の金属の防食処理方法。
- 前記金属材料の表面は、エア式ショットピーニング処理によってナノ結晶化させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の防食性金属材料または金属の防食処理方法。
- 前記エア式ショットピーニング処理には、約40μm以下の粒子径を有する比重が3.0以上の粒子を用いて、噴き付け速度を約100m/sec以上としたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の防食性金属材料または金属の防食処理方法。
- 前記エア式ショットピーニング処理には、約40μm以下の粒子径を有する球状ジルコン粒子を用いたことを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の防食性金属材料または金属の防食処理方法。
- 前記防錆塗料は、コロイダルシリカとポリイソシアネートの反応塗料であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の防食性金属材料または金属の防食処理方法。
- 前記コロイダルシリカとポリイソシアネートの反応塗料は、シラノール基を表面に有するコロイダルシリカと、前記コロイダルシリカの表面のシラノール基と相互に反応し結合して硬化皮膜を形成する低分子ポリイソシアネートと、これらの成分を分散または溶解する有機溶剤とからなり、前記低分子ポリイソシアネートのイソシアネート基が150℃以上で分離するブロック剤でブロックされていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の防食性金属材料または金属の防食処理方法。
- 前記コロイダルシリカのシリカゾルの粒子径が約10nm〜約20nmであり、固形分重量比でシリカゾル/ポリイソシアネートの比が1.6〜3.0であることを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載の防食性金属材料または金属の防食処理方法。
- 前記金属材料はアルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1つに記載の防食性金属材料または金属の防食処理方法。
