FIG. 11 shows an anti-vibration mount provided between a vehicle body frame 104 and a suspension member 105 of an automobile as an example of the above-described anti-vibration mount. The mounting structure 100 will be described. The mounting body 100 is press-fitted into the collar 106 on the suspension member 105 side from one end of the outer cylinder 102, and the downward mounting bolt 107 protruding from the lower end of the vehicle body frame 104 is attached to the inner cylinder 101. And a washer 109 and a disc-shaped stopper fitting 110 having a bolt insertion hole, and a nut 108 is screwed and fastened to the tip of the mounting bolt 107.
The body protrusion 112 is a stopper rubber-like elastic part. The rubber-like elastic projection 111 protrudes below the stopper rubber-like elastic portion 112 and is in contact with the stopper fitting 110 in a state in which the weight of the suspension member 105 is applied. The contact of the rubber-like elastic portion 112 with the stopper fitting 110 is made soft.

Conventionally, when an anti-vibration mount in which the mount body 100 is assembled to the suspension member 105 is assembled to the vehicle body frame, the stopper fitting 110 that is separated from the mount body 100 is connected to the inner cylinder 101 of the mount body 100. It was positioned with respect to the mount main body 100 so as to be concentric with the hollow portion of the lens, and the mounting bolt 107 was inserted into the stopper fitting 110 and the inner cylinder 101 and fixed with bolts.

According to the above-described conventional configuration, the stopper metal must be positioned with respect to the mount body, and the number of assembling steps is increased by that amount. In addition, one of the stopper bracket and the mount body may be lost during transportation.

An object of the present invention is to provide an anti-vibration mount that can reduce the number of assembling steps to a vehicle body frame and can prevent the loss of components.

The configuration of the invention according to claim 1 includes a mount main body and a stopper fitting for the mount main body. The mount main body includes an inner cylinder through which a bolt for attachment to the vehicle body is inserted, and an outer cylinder surrounding the inner cylinder. And a rubber-like elastic body that is interposed between the inner and outer cylinders and connects them, and the stopper fitting is configured to be fixed to one end of the inner cylinder with a bolt inserted into the inner cylinder. An anti-vibration mount, wherein the stopper bracket can be temporarily fixed to the mount body, and the stopper bracket can be prevented from being temporarily fixed to the mount body in the axial direction of the inner and outer cylinders. The temporary fixing means is provided.

The structure of the invention according to claim 2 is the structure of the invention according to claim 1, wherein the temporary fixing means includes a plurality of engaging portions and engaged portions that can be engaged with each other on the mount body and the stopper fitting, In the point which is divided and arranged so that it may become asymmetrical on the mount main body side and the stopper metal part side, respectively.

The structure of the invention according to claim 3 is the structure of the invention according to claim 2, wherein the engaging portion is a temporary fixing pin protruding from the outer cylinder in the axial direction of the outer cylinder, and the engaged part is The engagement hole is formed in the stopper fitting.

The structure of the invention according to claim 4 is the structure of the invention according to claim 3, wherein the diameters of the plurality of engagement holes formed in the stopper fitting are different from each other, and the plurality of temporary fixing pins protruding from the outer cylinder are provided. The outer diameter is different in accordance with each engagement hole.

The structure of the invention according to claim 5 is the structure of the invention according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the temporary fixing pin is formed of a rubber-like elastic body, and is elastically deformed at a longitudinal intermediate portion or a tip portion of the temporary fixing pin. However, a bulging portion that passes through the engagement hole is formed.

The structure of the invention according to claim 6 is the structure of the invention according to claim 5, wherein the bulging portion is provided with an engagement release preventing wall for preventing release of engagement with the engagement hole, and the shaft of the temporary fixing pin. It is in the point formed so that it may become the attitude | position which is substantially perpendicular | vertical to a center, or the inclination attitude | position located in the base end side of a temporary fix | stop pin toward the top side.

The structure of the invention according to claim 7 is the structure of the invention according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the stopper fitting is provided with a bolt insertion hole, and a bolt head inserted through the bolt insertion hole and the inner cylinder. Alternatively, the stopper metal fitting is pressed by a nut screwed into the bolt, and is configured to be pressed against one end surface side of the inner cylinder.

According to the configuration of the first aspect, since the stopper fitting can be temporarily fixed to the mount body, it is possible to prevent the stopper fitting and the mount body from being lost during transportation. If the temporary fixing means is configured so that the bolt insertion hole of the stopper bracket and the hollow portion of the inner cylinder are substantially concentric in the temporarily fixed state, the bolt insertion hole of the stopper bracket and the inner Bolts can be directly inserted into these holes without positioning with the hollow portion of the cylinder, and the positioning work for both holes can be omitted.

And it can avoid that a stopper metal fitting is reversed and temporarily fixed to the mount main body in the axial center direction of an inner and outer cylinder.

Therefore, it is possible to reduce the man-hours for assembling to the body frame, to prevent the loss of the components, and the stopper bracket is reversed and temporarily fixed to the mount body in the axial direction of the inner and outer cylinders. Thus, it is possible to provide a vibration isolating mount that can avoid the reworking of the stopper fitting due to the above-described problem and can further improve the workability of the assembling work.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, the temporary fixing means is astigmatized on the mount main body side and the stopper bracket side by providing a plurality of engagement portions and engaged portions that can be engaged with each other on the mount body and the stopper bracket. Since it is arranged and arranged so as to be symmetrical, the structure of the temporary fixing means can be simplified, and the stopper bracket can be mounted by a simple operation of simply engaging the engaging portion and the engaged portion. The main body can be temporarily fixed accurately without being reversed in the axial direction of the inner and outer cylinders.

According to the configuration of the third aspect, the engaging portion is a temporary fixing pin protruding from the outer cylinder in the axial direction of the outer cylinder, and the engaged portion is an engaging hole formed in the stopper fitting. The mount body and the stopper fitting can be temporarily fixed by a simple operation of simply engaging the temporary fixing pin with the engagement hole of the stopper fitting.

According to the configuration of claim 4, the hole diameters of the plurality of engagement holes formed in the stopper fitting are made different from each other, and the outer diameters of the plurality of temporary fixing pins protruding from the outer cylinder are made to correspond to the respective engagement holes. Therefore, the temporary fixing pin can be prevented from being erroneously engaged with an engagement hole different from the mating engagement hole, and the stopper bracket can be mounted on the mount body in a desired posture. It can be temporarily fixed accurately.

According to the configuration of the fifth aspect, the temporary fixing pin is formed of a rubber-like elastic body, and the bulging portion that passes through the engagement hole while being elastically deformed is formed at the longitudinal intermediate portion or the distal end portion of the temporary fixing pin. Therefore, it is possible to make it difficult to remove the temporary fixing pin from the engagement hole. If the temporary fixing pin is integrally vulcanized and molded with the rubber-like elastic body between the inner and outer cylinders, a molding process dedicated to the temporary fixing pin becomes unnecessary and the molding process can be reduced.

According to the configuration of the sixth aspect, the disengagement blocking wall for preventing the disengagement of the engagement hole from the engagement hole is temporarily fixed to the bulging portion in a posture substantially perpendicular to the axis of the temporary fixing or toward the top side. Since it forms so that it may become the inclination attitude | position located in the base end side of a pin, it can make it more difficult to remove a temporary fix pin from an engagement hole.

According to the configuration of the seventh aspect, the stopper metal fitting is provided with a bolt insertion hole, and the stopper metal fitting is pressed by the bolt insertion hole and the head of the bolt inserted into the inner cylinder, or the nut screwed to the bolt. Since it is configured so as to be in pressure contact with the one end surface side of the cylinder, the stopper fitting can be firmly fixed to the inner cylinder.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 to 4 and FIG. 10, a vehicle longitudinal body that reduces displacement input to the vehicle body and suppresses vibration in a state where it is assembled to the vehicle body frame 8 and the suspension member 9 below the vehicle body frame 8. The anti-vibration mount is shown.

This anti-vibration mount includes a mount body 1 and a disk-shaped stopper fitting 2 for the mount body 1. The mount body 1 is attached to a body frame 8 with a bolt 10 (hereinafter referred to as “mounting bolt 10”). ), An outer cylinder 4 surrounding the inner cylinder 3, an intermediate cylinder 5 between the inner and outer cylinders 3 and 4, and a rubber-like elastic body interposed between the inner and outer cylinders 3 and 4 to connect them. 26.

The mount body 1 is press-fitted into the vertical collar 12 of the suspension member 9 from one end side of the outer cylinder 4, and the stopper metal fitting 2 is attached to the lower end portion of the inner cylinder 3 by a mounting bolt 10 inserted through the inner cylinder 3 of the mount body 1. Fixed to one end). That is, the mounting bolt 10 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 19 (see FIGS. 7 and 8) formed in the center portion of the stopper fitting 2, and the mounting bolt 10 is inserted into the inner cylinder 3 from below so that the vehicle body frame 8 side. Then, a nut (not shown) is screwed and fastened to the mounting bolt 10, the stopper fitting 2 is pressed with the head of the mounting bolt 10, and is pressed against the lower end surface (one end surface) of the inner cylinder 3.

The structure of each part will be further described. The inner cylinder 3 is formed by overhanging an inner cylinder flange 11 that presses against the lower surface of the vehicle body frame 8 on the upper side of the vulcanized adhesive cylinder part 27 that vulcanizes and bonds the rubber-like elastic body 26. On the upper side of the inner cylinder flange 11, a fitting cylinder part 28 to be fitted into the opening of the vehicle body frame 6 is formed to have a smaller diameter than the vulcanized adhesive cylinder part 27.

The outer cylinder 4 supports a rubber-like elastic protrusion 15, a stopper rubber-like elastic part 16, and temporary fixing pins 17 </ b> A and 17 </ b> B, which will be described later, with an outer cylinder flange 13 bent at the lower end. The outer cylinder flange 13 also serves to position the inner and outer cylinders 3 and 4 in the axial direction when the outer cylinder 4 is press-fitted into the vertical collar 12.

The intermediate cylinder 5 divides the rubber-like elastic body 26 into an inner rubber-like elastic body portion 6 and an outer elastic body portion 7, and the inner peripheral side of the inner rubber-like elastic body portion 6 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 3. The outer peripheral side is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the intermediate cylinder 5 to connect the inner cylinder 3 and the intermediate cylinder 5. The outer peripheral side of the outer rubber-like elastic body portion 7 is fixed to the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 4, and the inner peripheral side is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the intermediate cylinder 5 to connect the outer cylinder 4 and the intermediate cylinder 5.

As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 10, a rubber-like elastic protrusion 15 and a stopper rubber-like elastic portion 16 are provided on the lower end side of the outer rubber-like elastic body portion 7 so as to project from the lower end side. The rubber-like elastic protrusion 15 comes into contact with the stopper fitting 2 with the weight of the suspension member 9 applied thereto, so that a predetermined gap is formed between the stopper rubber-like elastic portion 16 and the stopper fitting 2. The axial lengths of the elastic elastic protrusion 15 and the stopper rubber-like elastic portion 16 are set.

As shown in FIGS. 7, 8, and 10, the stopper fitting 2 is set to have a slightly larger diameter than the outer cylinder flange 13. Further, the central portion of the stopper fitting 2 is bulged upward to make it strong against external force.

As described above, the stopper fitting 2 is fixed to the lower end portion of the inner cylinder 3 with the mounting bolts 10 inserted into the inner cylinder 3, but before the assembly work of the vibration-proof mount to the vehicle body frame 8 and the suspension member 9. In addition, since various troubles such as loss can be considered when separated from the mount main body 1, a temporary fixing means for temporarily fixing the stopper fitting 2 to the mount main body 1 is provided.

This temporary fixing means is configured to avoid that the stopper fitting 2 is temporarily fixed to the mount body 1 by reversing in the axial direction of the inner and outer cylinders 3, 4. As shown in the figure, the temporary fastening pins 17A and 17B (corresponding to the engaging portion) and the engaging holes 20A and 20B (corresponding to the engaged portion) that are freely engageable with the flange surface of the outer cylinder flange 13 and the stopper fitting 2 are shown. Are arranged and arranged in pairs so as to be asymmetric with respect to the outer cylinder flange 13 side and the stopper metal fitting 2 side.

The temporary fixing pins 17A and 17B are made of a rubber-like elastic body integrally vulcanized with the outer rubber-like elastic body portion 7, the rubber-like elastic protrusion 15, and the stopper rubber-like elastic portion 16, and below the stopper rubber-like elastic portion 16. It projects from the outer cylinder flange 13 in the axial direction of the outer cylinder 4 in a state of being connected to the end face.

A tapered tapered bulged portion 18 that passes through the engagement holes 20A and 20B while being elastically deformed is formed in the middle portion in the longitudinal direction, and the bulged portion 18 is engaged with the engagement holes 20A and 20B. The disengagement preventing wall 30 for preventing the disengagement is formed so as to be in a posture substantially perpendicular to the axis of the temporary fixing pin. (See Figs. 4, 5, and 6)
One temporary fixing pin 17B is displaced by 20 degrees around the axis of the inner cylinder 3 from a point-symmetrical position (the axis of the inner and outer cylinders 3 and 4 is the center of symmetry) with respect to the other temporary fixing pin 17A. It is located at a point-symmetrical position (see FIG. 3). Similarly, one engagement hole 20B formed in the stopper fitting 2 is located at an asymmetry position that is shifted by 20 degrees from the point symmetry position with respect to the other engagement hole 20A (see FIG. 7).
Further, in the temporarily fixed state, the positions of the temporary fixing pins 17A and 17B and the engagement holes 20A and 20B are set so that the bolt insertion hole 19 of the stopper fitting 2 and the hollow portion 29 of the inner cylinder 3 are substantially concentric. It is set. Then, the hole diameters of the pair of engagement holes 20A and 20B are made different from each other, and the outer diameters of the pair of temporary fixing pins 17A and 17B (the outer diameters of the base end portion and the bulging portion) are set in the engagement holes 20A and 20B. Correspondingly, they are different.

As an example, the hole diameter of one engagement hole 20B is 5.2 mm, the diameter of the base end portion 31 of one temporary fixing pin 17B corresponding to this is 5.2 mm, and the diameter of the bulging portion 18 is 6.6 mm. Then, the hole diameter of the other engagement hole 20A is 6.2 mm, the diameter of the base end portion 31 of the other temporary fixing pin 17A corresponding to this is 6.2 mm, and the diameter of the bulging portion 18 is 7.6 mm. .

Accordingly, the temporary fixing pin 17A (17B) can be prevented from being erroneously engaged with the engagement hole 20B (20A) different from the mating engagement hole 20A (20B). The two bolt insertion holes 19 and the hollow portion 29 of the inner cylinder 3 can be temporarily fixed so as to be substantially concentric.

The anti-vibration mount having the above structure is attached to the vehicle body frame 8 and the suspension member 9 as follows.
(1) Before the vibration-proof mount is assembled to the vehicle body frame 8 and the suspension member 9, the stopper fitting 2 is temporarily fixed to the mount body 1. FIG. 9 shows a temporarily fixed state. Since the pair of temporary fixing pins 17A and 17B and the engaging holes 20A and 20B are formed and arranged as described above, the stopper fitting 2 is reversed in the axial direction of the inner and outer cylinders 3 and 4 on the mount body 1. Temporary fixing can be avoided, and temporary fixing can be accurately performed in a desired posture. When temporarily fixed, the bolt insertion hole 19 of the stopper fitting 2 and the hollow portion 29 of the inner cylinder 3 are concentric.
(2) The anti-vibration mount temporarily fixed in this manner is press-fitted into the vertical collar 12 of the suspension member 9 from below to bring the outer cylinder flange 13 into pressure contact with the vertical collar 12, and the upper end side of the inner cylinder 3 is fitted. The cylinder portion 28 is fitted into the opening of the body frame 8 from below, and the inner cylinder flange 11 is brought into contact with the lower surface side of the body frame 8.
(3) The mounting bolt 10 is inserted through the bolt insertion hole 19 and the inner cylinder 3 of the stopper fitting 2 from below. In the temporarily fixed state, the bolt insertion hole 19 of the stopper fitting 2 and the hollow portion 29 of the inner cylinder 3 are concentric, so that it is not necessary to position both of them.

Next, a nut is screwed from above the body frame 8, the inner cylinder 3 is bolted to the lower surface side of the body frame 8, and the stopper fitting 2 is pressed against the lower end surface of the inner cylinder 3.

A cover 21 is interposed between the vehicle body frame 8 and the suspension member 9 so as to surround both openings, thereby preventing dust and the like from entering the periphery of both rubber-like elastic body portions 6 and 7.
