実施例9(転写法)
転写シート
厚み50μmのポリプロピレンフィルムに、ポリエステル系ウレタン樹脂を主な成分とし、プロテインパウダーを固形分比で100:20重量部配合した樹脂液を、塗布量が30g/mになるように塗布して転写シートを得た。
樹脂含浸化粧紙
坪量100g/mの黒色無柄の化粧紙に、メラミン−ホルムアルデヒド樹脂を主な成分とする樹脂液を、式1に示す含浸率が100%となるように含浸し、乾燥してメラミン樹脂含浸化粧紙(C)を得た。
下から順に、実施例1と同様の樹脂含浸コア紙を5枚と、メラミン樹脂含浸化粧紙(C)を1枚、転写シートを1枚積層し、平板プレス機にて、温度125℃、圧力70kg/m、時間80分で熱圧成形し、転写シートを剥がして実施例9の化粧板を得た。
