Description

The present invention relates to a floor board connecting bracket for connecting floor boards arranged in a factory as a safety passage or a work floor in the width direction of the floor board, and a floor structure using the same.

As shown in FIG. 9, a flat web portion 2, a flange portion 3 bent at a right angle downward from both sides of the web portion 2, and a lip portion formed at the lower end of the flange portion 3 as a safety passage or work floor of a factory 4, and the long holes 5 that form the floor board width direction (a direction in FIG. 9 (a)) in the web portion 2 are spaced apart in the floor board material longitudinal direction (b direction in FIG. 9 (a)). A plurality of floorboard materials 1 are used with a gap.
When this floor board 1 is used as a factory work floor, for example, as shown in FIG. 10, it is laid on a beam (receiving material) 7 and fixed to the beam 7 (fixing means not shown). In some cases, the floorboard material 1 is simply laid side by side as shown in FIG. 10, but the floorboard material 1 that the pedestrian has stepped on may be bent by the weight of the pedestrian, resulting in a step between the adjacent floorboard materials 1. For this reason, the adjacent floor board materials 1 are connected to each other with a connecting metal fitting so that no step is generated between the adjacent floor board materials 1.

As such floor board material connecting brackets for connecting the adjacent floor board materials 1 to each other, for example, there is a structure in which a connecting hole is formed in the flange portion and the adjacent flange portions are connected by a bolt passing through the connecting hole ( No. 4-20088, No. 53-34190, No. 58-5535).

In addition, a structure in which an inverted T-shaped member (substantially shaped material: Joiner) is attached to the adjacent flange and lip portions, and the two flanges are connected to each other together with the joiner with bolts that pass through the connecting holes formed in them. (See Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-64530).

Moreover, like the floor board material connection metal fitting of patent 3376575, it has L-shaped engaging part which engages with the edge of each slot 5 of the adjacent floor board material 1 on both sides of a flat plate part, respectively, Some of the shape engaging portions are structured so as to be fitted into the elongated holes using a spring.
FIG. 2 of the actual fair 4-20088. FIG. 2 of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-34190. Fig. 2 etc. of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-5535. Fig. 1 etc. of Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-64530. FIG. 4 etc. of Japanese Patent No. 3376575.

Among the above conventional floor board connecting fittings, the ones of No. 4-20088, No. 53-34190, No. 58-5535 and No. 51-64530 are all arranged side by side. The floor board materials 1 cannot be connected to each other from the upper surface side of the plate material, and it is necessary to perform the connection work from the lower surface side of the floor board material. However, the connection work from the lower surface side is poor in workability. In addition, for example, when it is necessary to inspect equipment under the floor after laying the floor board material, it is necessary to remove only the floor board material at the inspection location. However, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 53-34190 or Japanese Utility Model Publication 58 As in the case of No. 5535, in the case where the cross-sectional shapes of the floor board materials restrain the adjacent floor board materials, it is extremely difficult to remove only such a part of the floor board materials.
On the other hand, the thing using the spring of patent 3376575 can be constructed from the upper surface side of a floor board material (a floor board material is mutually connected), and only a part of floor board material can be removed easily. However, since it is not necessarily a connection structure that firmly restrains the floor board materials, when one floor board material 1 to which a load is applied is bent, there is no binding force to bend the other floor board material 1 adjacent to each other. It cannot prevent that a level | step difference arises between the adjacent floor board materials 1. FIG.
In addition, since the mutual binding force between adjacent floorboard materials is weak, the load acts only on the floorboard material that the pedestrian has stepped on. Therefore, the load applied to each floorboard material cannot be dispersed, and the floorboard material The span of the beam that supports can not be lengthened.

The present invention was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and can be applied from the upper surface side in a state in which flooring materials are laid out, and adjacent flooring materials can be firmly connected to each other. Floor board material connection that does not cause a difference in level between adjacent floor boards, can distribute the applied load to the adjacent floor boards, and can extend the span of the receiving material that supports the floor boards. It is an object of the present invention to provide a floor structure in which metal fittings and floor structures can be attached to / detached from a floor plate material from the floor upper surface.

The invention according to claim 1, which solves the above-mentioned problem, has a cross-sectional shape having a flat web portion and a flange portion bent at a right angle downward from both sides of the web portion, and has a slot formed in the web portion in the width direction of the floor board material. According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the floor board material connecting bracket according to any one of the first and second aspects, a downward projecting portion that fits into the elongated hole of the other floor board material is provided at the end of the flat plate portion of the upper member on the fastening member insertion hole side. It is provided.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the floor board connecting bracket according to the first aspect, the upper member is provided with a plurality of L-shaped engaging portions.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the floor board connecting bracket according to the third aspect, a plurality of protrusions are provided on the upper member.
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the floor board connecting bracket according to the first aspect, the lower member is provided with a convex portion that fits upward into the elongated hole.
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, in the floor board material connecting bracket according to the first aspect, the vicinity of the fastening member insertion hole in the upper member is recessed so that the head of the fastening member does not protrude above the flat plate portion. It is characterized by that.
Claim 8 is the floor board material connecting bracket according to claim 7, wherein the width and the depth of the portion where the recess of the upper member is formed are set to a shape dimension that fits into the slot of the other floor board material. Features.

Claim 9 arranges the receiving material in parallel in the same plane, put the floor board material in a direction perpendicular to the receiving material, and place and fix the longitudinal end of the floor board material on the receiving material, It is a floor structure characterized by connecting the floor board material in the intermediate position of the said receiving material and a receiving material with the floor board material connection metal fitting in any one of Claims 1-8.

A tenth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the floor board material in the floor structure according to the ninth aspect is fixed to the receiving member by a metal fitting that can be attached or detached from the upper surface of the floor board material.

When connecting floor board materials to each other with the floor board material connecting metal fitting of the invention of claim 1, the upper member is in a state where its L-shaped engaging portion is inserted into the slotted hole of one floor board material and engaged with the edge of the slotted hole. The lower member is inserted into the long hole with its longitudinal direction (long direction) aligned with the length direction of the long hole, and then rotated by 90 °, and the upper member and the lower member are fastened with the fastening member. Join. As a result, the L-shaped engagement portion on one end side of the upper member is engaged with the edge of the long hole of one floor board material so as not to come out upward, and the other end side of the upper member is the long hole of the other floor board material. Since the lower member and the fastening member that are engaged with each other so as not to be pulled out are firmly connected to each other, the adjacent floor boards can be firmly connected to each other.
Therefore, when one floor board material is bent by the weight of a pedestrian or the like, the adjacent floor board materials are bent together via the floor board material coupling bracket, and it is possible to prevent a step from being generated between the adjacent floor board materials. A safe floor for pedestrians.
Further, even when a load is applied to only one floor board material, a part of the load is borne by the adjacent floor board material, and the load applied to each floor board material can be dispersed. Thereby, the span of the receiving material which supports a floor board material can be lengthened.

In addition, since the upper member and the lower member can be fastened and joined with the fastening member inserted into the fastening member insertion hole of the upper member from the upper surface side of the floor board material, the connecting work is performed on the floor where It is not necessary to wrap around the lower surface side of the plate material, and the work (floor plate materials can be connected) can be performed only from the upper surface side of the floor plate material, and workability is improved.

As in claim 3, when a projection portion that fits into the elongated hole is provided at the end portion of the flat plate portion of the upper member on the fastening member insertion hole side, the projection portion hits the edge of the elongated hole, and the upper member is Since the movement to the L-shaped engagement portion side is restricted, the mutual connection between the floor board materials becomes more firm.
Further, when a plurality of L-shaped engaging portions of the upper member are provided as in claim 4 or a plurality of protrusions on the opposite side are provided as in claim 5, the mutual connection between the floor boards is more firmly established. Become.

If the lower member is provided with a convex portion that fits upward into the elongated hole, the positioning of the lower member can be performed and the movement of the lower member in the length direction of the floor board can be reliably restrained. As a result, the mutual connection between the floorboard materials becomes firm.
If the vicinity of the fastening member insertion hole in the upper member is recessed so that the head portion of the fastening member does not protrude above the flat plate portion, the head portion of the fastening member Can prevent pedestrian traffic.
If the width and depth of the portion where the recess of the upper member is formed are set to the shape and dimensions that fit into the elongated hole, the recess forming portion becomes the fastening member insertion hole of the upper member. Acts to position the side part. Therefore, the same effect as the convex part of the lower member is achieved, and the connection between the floor board materials becomes firm.

It is most appropriate to apply the floor board connecting member of the present invention to the floor structure of claim 9.
Then, when the floor board material is fixed to the receiving material, the floor board material connecting metal fitting according to the present invention is fixed to the receiving material using a fixing metal fitting that can be attached or detached from the upper surface side of the floor board material as in claim 10. Coupled with the ability to connect floorboard materials only by operating from the upper surface side of the floorboard material, when laying the floorboard material or removing some floorboard materials for inspection, etc., all from the upper surface side of the floorboard material It is possible to work only by this operation, and the work from the lower side of the floor board material that requires a scaffold board is not required at all, so that the workability is very good.

Is formed by pushing in the periphery of the punched hole 6 having a shape (indicated by a two-dot chain line), and is the inner edge of the elongated hole 5 (the longitudinal edge (long hole edge 5a) and the side edge 5d). As shown in FIGS. 4 (A), 4 (B), FIG. 5 and the like, the portion is bent and bent downward.

The floor board connecting bracket 11 includes an upper member 12, a lower member 13, and bolts (fastening members) 14 that join the both members 12 and 13 together.
The upper member 12 is manufactured by punching and bending from a single steel plate, and is placed in the vicinity of the boundary between the adjacent floor plate materials 1 and 1 ′, and a substantially rectangular flat plate portion 15 as viewed from above, An L-shaped engagement portion 16 formed by bending downward at one end portion of the flat plate portion 15 in the width direction of the floor board (left and right in FIGS. 3 to 5) and a protrusion formed by bending downward at the other end portion on the opposite side. And a bolt insertion hole (fastening member insertion hole) 18 provided at the center of the other end portion. The L-shaped engagement portion 16 has a claw portion 16a and has an L-shape that engages with the long hole edge 5a of one floor board material 1, and the protrusion 17 is formed on the other floor board material 1 ′. The shape is such that it simply fits into the slot 5 and hits the slot 5 edge 5a. In addition, in description about FIGS. 3-5, in order to understand easily, the floor board material of one (L-shaped engaging part 16 side) is a code | symbol 1 by the case, and the floor board material of the other (projection part 17 side) is a code | symbol 1 '. It is distinguished from.
The L-shaped engaging portions 16 are provided at two locations on both ends of the flat plate portion 15 in the longitudinal direction of the floor board material (vertical direction in FIG. 3), and the protrusions 17 are similarly provided at two locations on both ends of the floor plate material in the longitudinal direction. Is provided.
The bolt insertion hole 18 is provided at the center on the other end side of the flat plate portion 15, but is extended to the opposite side to the L-shaped engagement portion 16 as shown in FIG. A recess 21 is formed by recessing the portion, and the recess 21 is formed.
The upper member 12 in the illustrated example has a length extending over the three long holes 5 in the longitudinal direction of the floor board material as shown in FIG. 3, but the two L-shaped engaging portions 16 and the projecting portions 17 are all three. The bolt holes 18 are provided so as to correspond to the elongated holes 5 on both sides of the elongated hole 5, and are provided so as to be positioned on the middle elongated hole 5.

As shown in FIG. 4A, the lower member 13 has a generally upward U-shaped cross section having wall portions 23 and 24 rising from both sides of the bottom portion 22, and the bolt 14 is screwed at the center of the bottom portion 22. As shown in FIG. 1, the outer wall portion 23 is notched on both sides, and a convex portion 23a is formed at the center portion. As shown in the figure, the convex portion 23a has a width slightly narrower than the width W of the long hole 5, and can be fitted into the long hole 5 from below. The lower member 13 has a width L that is narrower than the width W of the long hole 5 and a vertical width M that is wider than the width W of the long hole 5.

The above-mentioned floor board material 1 is laid out on the beam (receiving material) 7 arranged in parallel in the same plane and fixed to the beam 7, and the adjacent floor board material 1 is used by using the above-mentioned floor board material connecting bracket 11. The point which connects and comprises a floor structure is demonstrated. The beam 7 in the embodiment is an H-shaped steel.
First, the floor board material 1 is laid out on two parallel beams 7. At that time, both ends in the longitudinal direction of the floor board material 1 are placed on the beam 7 and laid out, and then fixed with a fixing bracket 31 described later that can be attached and detached from the upper surface of the floor board material 1.
Next, the adjacent floor board materials 1 are connected to each other by the floor board material connecting metal fitting 11, but the bolt 14 is inserted in advance from the bolt insertion hole 18 of the upper member 12 and screwed into the screw hole 22a of the lower member 13 without being screwed so deeply. The upper member 12 and the lower member 13 are engaged with each other via the bolts 14. In this state, the lower member 13 is inserted into the middle slot 5 on the other floor board material 1 ′ side in a state where the longitudinal direction (direction of the dimension M) is matched with the length direction of the slot 5.
Next, the upper member 12 is set at the boundary portion between the adjacent floor board materials 1, 1 ′. In this case, the L-shaped engaging portion 16 of the upper member 12 is inserted into the long hole 5 of one floor board material 1 and engaged with the edge 5a of the long hole. Put it on. At this time, as shown in FIG. 6, the opposite recess portion 21 is fitted into the middle long hole 5 on the other floor board material 1 ′ side. The effect of being removed is also obtained.
In the state set as described above, the head of the bolt 14 is rotated by 90 ° to change the direction of the lower member 13 to a direction perpendicular to the elongated hole 5. In addition, since resistance does not act on the lower member 13 screwed into the lower end portion of the bolt 14, when the bolt 14 is turned, the lower member 13 also rotates and changes its direction. As a result, the lower member 13 is prevented from coming out of the elongated hole 5.
Next, the bolt 14 is pulled up so that the convex portion 23 a of the lower member 13 is fitted into the elongated hole 5.
When the bolts 14 are screwed in this state, in the illustrated example of the lower member 13, the upper edges of the inner side wall 24 and the outer side wall 23 are as shown in FIGS. 4 (a), (b), FIG. 6, and FIG. The upper member 12 and the lower member 13 sandwich and fix the floor board material 1 ′ against the inner edge lower ends 5 b and 5 c of the long hole 5 of the floor board material 1 ′.
In this way, the L-shaped engaging portion 16 on one end side of the upper member 12 engages with the long hole edge 5a of one floor board material 1 so as not to be pulled upward, and at the same time, the other end side of the upper member 12 is connected to the lower member 13 and The other floor board material 1 ′ is engaged with the other floor board material 1 ′ by the bolt 14 so that the adjacent floor board materials 1, 1 ′ are firmly connected to each other by the floor board material coupling metal 11.
Accordingly, when one floor board material 1 is bent by the weight of a pedestrian or the like, the adjacent floor board materials 1 'are bent together via the floor board material connecting bracket 11, and between the adjacent floor board materials 1, 1'. It is possible to prevent a level difference from occurring on the floor and to obtain a safe floor for pedestrians.
Further, for example, even when a load is applied only to one floor board material 1, the load is also distributed to the other adjacent floor board material 1 ′, so that a load that can be borne by each floor board material can be set large. Thereby, the span of the beam (receiving material) 7 which supports a floor board material can be lengthened.
In addition, it is effective that the position where the floor board material connecting bracket is attached is not near the beam directly above the beam on which the floor board material is placed, but near the middle of the beam and the beam. This is because there is little need to worry about the bending of the floor board material due to walking in the vicinity immediately above the beam, and the bending in the vicinity of the middle of the beam is the largest.

Moreover, as above-mentioned, since the upper member 12 and the lower member 13 can be fastened and combined with the volt | bolt 14 inserted in the volt | bolt insertion hole 18 of the upper member 12 from the upper surface side of the floor board material 1, a connection operation | work However, it is not necessary to go around the lower surface side of the floor board material 1 that is laid out, and it is possible to construct (connect the floor board materials) only from the upper surface side of the floor board material 1, thereby improving workability.
In addition, for example, when it is necessary to inspect equipment under the floor after laying the floor board material, only the floor board material 1 at the required location can be easily removed and reattached. Etc. becomes extremely easy.
In addition, since the protrusion 17 of the upper member 12 contacts the elongated hole edge 5a on the other floor board material 1 ′ side, the upper member 12 is restricted from moving to the L-shaped engagement portion 16 side. However, the connections between the floorboards will be even stronger.
Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the long hole 5 of the floor board 1 is a portion corresponding to the inner edge lower end portion 5b (the round hole 6b in FIG. 9 (b)) in the vicinity of the long hole edge 5a. ) Is shallower than the inner edge lower end portion 5c (the portion corresponding to the narrow groove 6a in the figure), and a step is formed there, so that the inner wall portion of the lower member 13 is formed on the shallow inner edge lower end portion 5b. When the upper end edge of 24 hits, the effect | action which prevents the lower member 13 from turning around in the step which tightens the volt | bolt 14 is acquired.

In the above embodiment, the screw hole 22a is directly provided in the bottom 22 of the lower member 13. However, a slightly large round hole may be formed in the bottom 22 itself, and a nut may be fixed thereto by welding.
Moreover, since the part which opens the bolt insertion hole 18 is the recess 21, the head of the bolt 14 does not protrude and does not obstruct walking. However, when it is not a problem that the head of the bolt 14 protrudes slightly, it is not always necessary to make the portion where the bolt insertion hole is made concave (to be a recess).
Moreover, although it is appropriate to form the L-shaped engaging part 16 of the upper member 12 on both sides of the flat plate part 15, it is sufficient to provide at least one. It is also possible to provide three or more L-shaped engaging portions 16. For example, in the case of three, the L-shaped engaging part which engages with the long hole edge 5a of the central long hole 5 is also provided.
Further, it is appropriate that the upper member 12 is provided with a protrusion 17 that fits into the elongated hole 5 on the opposite side of the L-shaped engaging portion 16 as in the embodiment. 13 and the upper member 12 does not move to the L-shaped engaging portion 16 side, so that the protruding portion 17 can be omitted.
Further, as the fastening member for fastening and joining the upper member 12 and the lower member 13, a mere bolt is appropriate as in the embodiment, but the upper member 12 and the lower member are inserted into the fastening member insertion hole from the upper surface side. As long as the member 13 can be fastened and joined, it is not necessarily a simple bolt.

In the present invention, it is appropriate to provide more L-shaped engaging portions of the upper member on both sides of the flat plate portion or more. However, like the upper member 12 'shown in FIG. A case where only one L-shaped engagement portion 16 ′ is provided at the center in the longitudinal direction of the plate material is also conceivable. In this case, the L-shaped engaging portion 16 'and the bolt insertion hole 18' are on a straight line in the floor board material width direction, and are respectively positioned in the long holes 5 arranged in the floor board material width direction of the adjacent floor board materials 1, 1 '. To do.

An embodiment of the above-described fixing bracket 31 that can be attached / detached from the upper surface of the floor board material 1 for fixing the end of the floor board material 1 to the beam 7 will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in these drawings, the fixing bracket 31 includes an upper member 32, a lower member 33, and a bolt 34 that engages both. The upper member 32 has a concave portion 32a that fits into one long hole 5 of the floor board material 1 and side plate portions 32b that fit into the long holes 5 on both sides thereof, and a bolt insertion hole 32c is formed at the center of the concave portion 32a. Yes. The lower member 33 is formed by bending a rod having a groove-shaped cross section into an L shape having a horizontal portion 33b and a vertical portion 33c, and a screw hole 33a for screwing the bolt 34 is formed in the horizontal portion 33b. ing.

The point which fixes the edge part of the floor board material 1 to the beam 7 with said fixing metal fitting 31 is demonstrated. The bolt 34 is inserted through the bolt insertion hole 32 c of the upper member 32 and screwed into the screw hole 33 a of the lower member 33 in advance, so that the upper member 32 and the lower member 33 are engaged. In this state, the lower member 33 is inserted into the long hole 5 (indicated by 5 ') on the vicinity of the edge of the flange portion 7a of the beam 7 which is H-shaped steel in the illustrated example. Next, the upper member 32 is set on the floor board material 1 such that the concave portion 32a is fitted in the elongated hole 5 'and the side plate portions 32b on both sides are fitted in the elongated holes 5 on both sides. Next, the head of the bolt 34 is turned to change the direction of the lower member 33 by 90 ° together with the bolt 34, and the bolt 34 is pulled up so that the horizontal portion 33b of the L-shaped lower member 33 is brought into contact with the lower surface of the flange portion 7a. . Next, when the bolt 34 is screwed in, the floor board material 1 and the flange part 7 a are sandwiched between the upper member 32 and the horizontal part 33 b of the lower member 33, whereby the floor board material 1 is fixed to the beam 7. As described above, the end portion of the floor board material 1 can be fixed to the beam 7 only by an operation from the upper surface side of the floor board material 1. FIG. 12 shows a state in which when the bolt 34 is further screwed, the upper end surface of the vertical portion 33 c of the lower member 33 abuts against the lower surface of the web portion 2 of the floor board material 1. Do not tighten more than necessary.

When removing the fixing bracket 31 that fixes the floor board material 1 to the beam 7 as described above, first, when the bolt 34 is loosened, the lower member 33 is separated from the flange portion 7 a of the beam 7. Next, by turning the bolt 34 and changing the direction of the lower member 33 by 90 °, the longitudinal direction of the horizontal portion 33b of the lower member 33 is matched with the longitudinal direction of the elongated hole 5, and when the bolt 34 is pulled up in that state, The lower member 33 comes out from the elongated hole 5. Thus, the fixing bracket 31 can be detached from the floor board material 1 only by an operation from the upper surface side of the floor board material 1.

According to this fixing bracket 31, as described above, it can be attached / removed only by an operation from the upper surface side of the floor board material 1, so that the floor board material connecting bracket 11 is adjacent to the floor board material 1 by an operation only from the upper surface side. Coupled with the ability to connect the board materials together, when laying the floor board material 1 or when removing a part of the floor board material 1 for inspection or the like, it is possible to all work only from the upper surface side of the floor board material 1. This is possible, and the work from the lower side of the floor board material that requires a scaffold board is completely unnecessary. Therefore, when the floor board material connecting bracket 11 is used together with the fixing bracket 31, the workability of the floor board material laying or partial removal work is remarkably improved.
The means for fixing the floor board material 1 to the beam may be any known means as long as it can be attached and detached by operation from the upper surface side of the floor board material 1.

In the floor board material 1 of the above-described embodiment, the left and right lip parts 4 are all inward, but, as in the floor board material 1A shown in FIG. 14, one lip part 4 is inward and the other lip part 4 is inward. The present invention can also be applied to a floor board material that is formed outward and in which adjacent lip portions 4 overlap each other.
Moreover, the floor board | plate material made into the object of this invention is the front-end | tip of the lip | rip part 4 of the lower end of the flange part 3 like the floor board | plate material 1B shown to (A) of FIG. 15, or the floor board | plate material 1C shown to (B). Further, it may have a cross-sectional shape having a folded portion 10 or 11 folded at a right angle from above. Further, like the floor board material 1D shown in FIG. 15 (C), it may have a cross-sectional shape including only the web portion 2 and the flange portions 3 on both sides thereof.
Accordingly, a plurality of long holes, which have a flat web part and a flange part bent at a right angle downward from both sides of the web part, are formed in the web part in the longitudinal direction of the floor board material with a gap in the longitudinal direction of the floor board material. As long as it is a provided floor board material, the floor board material connecting bracket of the present invention can be applied to any floor board.

In addition, when it is necessary to remove only a part of the floor board material after laying the floor board material, for example, in the inspection work of the underfloor equipment, the inward lip portion 4 as in the floor board material of FIG. 9 or FIG. 15 or a cross-sectional shape without a lip portion as shown in FIG. 15 (c), if the floor plate connecting bracket 11 is removed and the fixing bracket 31 is removed, only one floor plate 1 is singly used. Can be removed.
However, when one of the lip portions faces outward, such as the floor board material 1A in FIG. 14 or the floor board material 1B in FIG. 15 (b), the lip portions of the adjacent floor board materials overlap each other. It is not impossible to remove only one floor board material even if the board material coupling bracket 11 and the fixing bracket 31 are removed. Usually, it is not possible to remove the floor board material from the floor board material at the end of the entire floor width. Remove the floorboard material where necessary.
Therefore, when considering removing only a part of the floor board material, the floor of the cross-sectional shape of FIG. 9 or FIG. 15 (a) having an inward lip portion or the cross-sectional shape of FIG. 15 (c) having no lip portion. In the case of a plate material, the merit of using the floor plate material connecting bracket 11 and the fixing bracket 31 of the present invention is particularly great.
That is, a plurality of long holes, which have a flat web part and a flange part bent at a right angle downward from both sides of the web part, are formed in the web part in the longitudinal direction of the floor board material at intervals in the floor board material longitudinal direction. When the floor board connecting metal fitting 11 and the fixing metal fitting 31 are applied to the floor board material provided, a floor structure that can be attached and detached from the upper surface of the floor is obtained, and the cross-sectional shape of FIG. 9 and FIG. Or if the floor board material of the cross-sectional shape of FIG. 15 (c) without a lip part is used, the floor structure which can attach and detach only a specific floor board material will be obtained.

In addition, the floor board | plate material made into the object of this invention, ie, the steel material of the structure which provided the plurality of long holes 5 in the web part 2 at intervals in the cross-sectional shape which has the web part 2, the flange part 3, and the lip | rip part 4. Is most often used to configure the floor, and is generally referred to as a floorboard material, so it was described as a floorboard material, but it is also possible to form a ceiling with a steel material of such a structure, Moreover, since it is also possible to form a wall, the floor board material connection metal fitting of this invention does not exclude use in such a case.
