Description
すなわち、本発明の要旨は以下のとおりである。
（１）不飽和カルボン酸単位を0.1〜10質量％含有するポリオレフィン樹脂（A）、非ブロック型の多官能イソシアネート化合物（B）、および塩基性化合物（C）を含有し、前記不飽和カルボン酸単位の一部が塩基性化合物（C）により中和されていることを特徴とする水性コーティング剤。
（２）塩基性化合物（C）の含有量がポリオレフィン樹脂（A）中のカルボキシル基に対して0.3〜1.5倍当量であることを特徴とする（１）記載の水性コーティング剤。
（３）非ブロック型の多官能イソシアネート化合物（B）の含有量が、ポリオレフィン樹脂（A）の固形分100質量部に対して0.5〜30質量部であることを特徴とする（１）または（２）記載の水性コーティング剤。
（４）ポリオレフィン樹脂（A）が、下記ポリオレフィン樹脂（a）および／または（b）であることを特徴とする（１）〜（３）のいずれかに記載の水性コーティング剤。
ポリオレフィン樹脂（a）：
不飽和カルボン酸単位（a1）を0.1〜5質量％、及びエチレン単位（a2）と（メタ）アクリル酸エステル単位（a3）を含有し、（a2）と（a3）の質量比（a2）/（a3）が60/40〜98/2であるポリオレフィン樹脂。
ポリオレフィン樹脂（b）：
不飽和カルボン酸単位（b1）を0.1〜10質量％、炭素数3〜6の不飽和炭化水素単位（b2）を50〜98質量％含有するポリオレフィン樹脂。
（５）界面活性剤を実質的に含有していないことを特徴とする（１）〜（４）のいずれかに記載の水性コーティング剤。
（６）（１）〜（５）のいずれかに記載の水性コーティング剤を含有する接着剤、塗料、プライマーまたはインキ。
（７）（１）〜（５）のいずれかに記載の水性コーティング剤から水性媒体を除去してなる接着層、プライマー層または被膜。
（８）基材、（７）記載のプライマー層、インク受容層をこの順で積層してなるインクジェット記録材。
（９）基材が合成紙または熱可塑性樹脂フィルムである（８）記載のインクジェット記録材。

(7) An adhesive layer, a primer layer or a film formed by removing the aqueous medium from the aqueous coating agent according to any one of (1) to (5).
(8) An ink jet recording material obtained by laminating a base material, the primer layer described in (7), and an ink receiving layer in this order.
(9) The inkjet recording material according to (8), wherein the substrate is a synthetic paper or a thermoplastic resin film.
