Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a timepiece dial, and to a timepiece dial with a solar cell.
The solar cell timepiece dial transmits the received light and causes a solar cell (solar cell) disposed on the lower surface thereof to generate a power generation function. Since a timepiece dial with a solar cell is required to transmit light, a plastic material has been conventionally used in many cases. In addition to providing light transmission properties, the plastic material has advantages such as low cost and easy decoration such as painting and printing.
Generally, as shown in the plan view of FIG. 5, a solar cell used in a portable watch is provided on four surfaces (A1, A2, A3, A4) divided into four equal parts and arranged on the lower surface of the dial. Established. Then, the transmitted light that has passed through the dial is incident on each of the four surfaces (A1, A2, A3, A4) in a uniform amount, and the power generation efficiency is most enhanced. Therefore, the dial arranged on the upper surface side of the solar cell is a portion corresponding to the four surfaces (A1, A2, A3, A4) of the solar cell, that is, the 12-6 hour line and the 9-3 hour line. It is necessary to design the four equally divided surfaces so as to transmit a uniform amount of light respectively.
With the recent progress of science and technology, the solar cell having a very high photoelectric conversion efficiency has appeared, and a solar cell capable of driving a portable watch sufficiently even with a transmittance of 15% or 20% has appeared. In addition, it has become possible to reduce the size of the solar cell, and a solar cell that can be driven sufficiently even with a size of 10 mm square has appeared.
However, this solar cell has a unique dark purple color. Moreover, the dividing line of the cross of the solar cell is very conspicuous due to the difference in material. For this reason, it does not give a good aesthetic appearance. In order to soften the color of the dark purple and the crosshair or to make it invisible, various attempts have been made to the dial. As one of the techniques, there is a technique disclosed in Patent Document 1 below.
FIG. 6 shows a partially enlarged cross-sectional view of the display panel structure for a watch with solar cell according to one embodiment shown in Patent Document 1. According to this, B is a display plate, and the display plate B is integrally provided on the upper surface of the
The display board B here is composed of a
As an effect of taking the above configuration, the reflected light from the solar cell is absorbed by the phosphorescent phosphor with the light diffusing agent and the afterglow type phosphorescent phosphor functioning as a coloring imparting / light diffusing agent, Since it diffuses and disperses with a diffusing agent, the dark purple color of the solar cell is erased and the color of the solar cell is not visually recognized. Moreover, it is supposed that the viewer can visually recognize the color tone (white color tone) of the phosphorescent phosphor.
However, the color tone of the time character provided above the scattered light and the emitted light of the phosphorescent phosphor is very limited. Under the above configuration, the color tone (white color tone) of the phosphorescent phosphor is supposed to be visually recognized. Therefore, if a time character representing black is provided, the contrast becomes relatively high, so the visibility of the time character is also relatively Although it is improved, the visibility of white time characters, silver metal color time characters, or gold metal color time characters is poor, and the high-class feeling of precious metals is not sufficiently transmitted to the viewer.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to improve the visibility of time characters.
Means for achieving the above object is a timepiece dial disposed on the upper surface side of the solar cell, wherein the timepiece dial is disposed on a surface of a region portion where a time character of a transparent dial plate substrate is disposed. It has a non-permeable membrane layer, and a part of the upper surface of the non-permeable membrane layer has a time character having a color that is complementary or close to a complementary color relationship with the color of the non-permeable membrane layer.
Alternatively, in the timepiece dial disposed on the upper surface side of the solar cell, the timepiece dial is formed on a surface portion on the opposite side of the surface portion of the area portion where the time letters of the transparent dial substrate are disposed. It has a non-permeable membrane layer, and has a time character having a color that is complementary or close to a complementary color relationship with the color of the non-permeable membrane layer on a part of the opposite surface facing the non-permeable membrane layer. is there.
Further, as a complementary color relationship color between the non-permeable film layer and the time character, the non-permeable film layer is finished in black, and the time character is finished in white or white metal color or gold metal color. is there. Black and white are achromatic and opposite colors. In the present invention, black and white are handled as complementary colors.
Alternatively, as a complementary color relationship color between the non-permeable film layer and the time character, the non-permeable film layer is finished in white or yellow, and the time character is finished in black.
In addition, a non-reflective film layer of a non-transmissive film layer is provided between the upper character side of the non-transmissive film layer and the time character.
According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, a non-permeable film layer is provided in a region where a time character of the dial is provided, and a time character having a color complementary to the color of the non-permeable film layer is provided on a part of the non-permeable film layer. If provided, the color contrast between the non-permeable membrane layer and the time character becomes very high, and the time character can be clearly recognized. Colors such as black, white, and precious metal colors such as gold and silver are often used for watch dials. Therefore, as described in claim 3, the non-permeable film layer is made black, the time character is white, silver or other white metal color, or a gold metal color that is close to the non-permeable film layer in a complementary color relationship For example, the visibility of time characters can be significantly improved. At the same time, the feeling of precious metal appears well and gives a sense of luxury. Alternatively, as described in claim 4, when the non-permeable membrane layer is tailored to white or yellow and the time character is tailored to a black character, the black time character is more prominently visible. Further, as described in claim 5, by providing a non-reflective film layer on the upper surface of the non-transmissive film layer, the strong reflected light of the non-transmissive film layer disappears, and the matte state is further enhanced and the time characters are further enhanced. It will be. In addition, a soft feeling appears throughout the dial.
The area where the time character is provided does not take much area in the entire dial. Moreover, the time letters are provided at equal intervals along the outer peripheral area of the dial. Therefore, if a non-permeable membrane layer is provided in the region where the time characters are arranged, the non-permeable membrane layer is provided in the outer peripheral region of the dial, and the area of the dial is not much from the area of the entire dial. Does not take up area. Further, when the dial is divided into 1/4 at the 3-9 o'clock line and the 6-12 o'clock line, the non-permeable membrane layer is provided with an average area on each of the four surfaces. Therefore, the solar cell disposed on the lower surface side of the dial plate does not receive light in the portion where the non-transmissive film layer is present, but since the area is small, the required power generation amount is not impaired. In addition, since the light hits each of the four divided quarters on average, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell is not extremely deteriorated. When a small solar cell or the like is used, the influence of the non-permeable membrane layer is further reduced because the solar cell is disposed from the outer peripheral area of the dial and is disposed from the center of the dial. Come.

FIG. 4 shows a plan view and a cross-sectional view of a timepiece dial according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, wherein (a) is a plan view, and (b) is a GG cross-section in (a). The figure is shown.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
In the present embodiment, the
Next, what is shown in FIG. 2 shows a timepiece dial according to a second embodiment of the present invention. This
Here, the
The
The area of the
The
Next, FIG. 3 shows a timepiece dial according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The
The
Next, a timepiece dial according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the
The
In the above configuration, the non-reflective film layer described in the second embodiment can be provided between the
In the present embodiment, the
As described above in detail, the timepiece dial with solar cell is provided with a non-permeable membrane layer, and a time character is provided at a predetermined position thereon, and the non-permeable membrane. If the color tone of the layer and the time character is finished with a complementary color relationship or a color tone close to the complementary color relationship, the visibility of the time character is dramatically improved as compared with the prior art. In the present embodiment, the non-permeable membrane layer and the time character have been described as white and black, but the color is not particularly limited. Red and green colors, and blue and yellow colors are also complementary or close to complementary colors, so when these colors are used, the time letters are clearly visible. Further, when a non-transmissive film layer is formed using these colors and the above-described non-reflective film layer or the like is provided on the non-transmissive film layer, the time character becomes more conspicuous. At the same time, the color tone of the entire dial will be softened.
