Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a merchandise sorting system, and more particularly to a merchandise sorting system that sorts merchandise by putting the merchandise into each shipping pallet prepared for each of a plurality of shipping destination stores.
。 As a conventional example of sorting various types of products that are sequentially supplied by product type by shipping destination each time they are supplied, an operator manually places them on a pallet for each shipping destination placed at a fixed location. A so-called seeding method in which products are put in order is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1 (FIG. 8)).
In this seeding method, as shown in FIG. 10, the
On the other hand, as another conventional example, as shown in FIG. 11, a sorting operation using a
However, according to the conventional example using the seeding method of FIG. 10, the flow line of the
Furthermore, with the recent increase in convenience store openings, the number of destination stores has increased and the number of orders per store has decreased. With the conventional sowing method, the number of fixed locations for placing pallets has increased, and one fixed location has been established. The problem that the number of stacking steps per unit has been reduced and the space efficiency of the sorting area has been reduced has become apparent.
On the other hand, according to the conventional example of the rotating tray method of FIG. 11, when there are few retail stores that order the product and there are few trays that require product input, the desired tray is transported to the operator input position. There is a waiting time until the product is loaded, and the trays are transported in units of stacks, so the product input height varies depending on the order quantity, resulting in poor work efficiency. There is a problem that there is a limit to speeding up the operation speed.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, shortening the work flow of the worker, reducing the waiting time for the product input work, and improving work efficiency and saving space. The purpose is to obtain a product sorting system for planning.
The merchandise sorting system according to the present invention is a merchandise sorting system for sorting merchandise by putting the merchandise into each shipping pallet prepared for each of a plurality of shipping destination stores, and placing the shipping pallet on a predetermined basis A loop conveyor that conveys in a loop on the track, and a pallet that sorts the shipping pallet placed on the loop conveyor into an in-process pallet that continues to be charged with products and a full pallet that is full of products Sorting means, transfer means for sending out the shipping pallet sorted out as a work pallet by the pallet sorting means from the loop conveyor, and loading the shipping pallet sent from the loop conveyor by the transferring means into a predetermined product A product loading conveyor that transports the product to a position and returns it to the loop conveyor after the product is loaded; A product sorting system including a stacking device that is provided on an upper part of the conveyor and that takes out the shipping pallet selected as a full pallet by the sorting means from the loop conveyor and stacks the shipping pallet sequentially for each shipping destination store. .
According to this invention, it is configured as described above, and it is transported to a predetermined product input position by the loop conveyor and the product input conveyor, and the full shipping pallets are stacked, and only the in-process pallet is transferred by the loop conveyor. As a result, it is possible to shorten the work flow of the operator, reduce the waiting time for the product input work, increase work efficiency, and save space.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the commodity sorting system according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2A is a top view showing the commodity sorting system, and FIG. 2B is a side view. The product sorting system of the present invention responds to orders for small quantities of various products from retail stores such as supermarkets and convenience stores for products that are sequentially supplied in large quantities by product type at shipping sites, distribution centers, distribution centers, etc. It is particularly suitable for sorting.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the product sorting system in the present embodiment has one or more units that place a shipping pallet for loading sorted products and convey it in a loop on a predetermined track. The
Further, in the present embodiment, an empty
The barcode label for pallet identification attached by the
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, each
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 (b), the
As for the
At the time when the sorting of the products is completed, the pallet for each shipping destination store stacked in the
FIG. 3 is a block diagram showing the internal configuration of the commodity sorting system in the present embodiment. The configurations shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are denoted by the same reference numerals. As shown in FIG. 3, the merchandise sorting system in the present embodiment is connected to an existing
The
The
The
Next, the operation will be described.
In the initial state, the empty pallets are stacked in the empty
Prior to the sorting operation, the shipping plan information is read into the
Next, the
When the
The pallet with the barcode label attached is conveyed by the
The
The pallet into which the product is loaded is transferred to the lower stage of the
The pallet conveyed to the loop conveyor (any one of 1A to 1D) is conveyed in a loop shape and reaches the stacking
By repeating the above-described series of operations, the introduction of the product is completed on all pallets for the store where the product (product type A) is ordered.
Subsequently, the
At this time, based on the data stored in the
On the other hand, when there is no work-in-process pallet on the
By repeating the above series of operations sequentially for each product such as product (product type A), product (product type B),..., Product (product type Z), it is possible to obtain all product types and all shipping destination stores. Complete sorting work.
In the above description, the bar code of the next product (product type B) is read after the product (product type A) has been input in order to simplify the description. However, in actual operation, The reading of the barcode of (product type B) is carried out without waiting for completion of the product (product type A) when the stack unit of the product is supplied in the vicinity of the product input position. By operating in this manner, the in-process pallet of the product (product type B) is searched when the product (product type A) is being continuously input, and immediately after the product (product type A) is completely input. The product (product type B) can be input to the product.
After completing the sorting operation, a shipping operation for performing the shipping operation is performed. When sorting is completed, the stacking units for each shipping destination store are stacked in all the stacking
For the stacking unit (for store a) stacked downstream of the
Next, the adjacent stacking unit (for store c) is cut out and stacked into the remaining stacking unit for the store b. If the stacking unit for store c does not reach the predetermined height even when all the stacking units for store b are loaded, by loading the stacking unit of the adjacent stacking unit (for store d), Repeat until the desired height is reached.
Through the series of operations described above, all the stacking units are stacked again to a certain height, thereby completing the leveling operation and shipping the stacking units from the
As described above, in the present embodiment, when all the products are supplied and the products are shipped, the stacking
As described above, in the present embodiment, the products are loaded into each shipping pallet prepared for each of a plurality of shipping destination stores, transported by the loop conveyor, and the full pallets are sequentially stacked. As a result, the products that are sequentially supplied in large quantities can be efficiently sorted every time a product arrives according to orders of small quantities of various products from multiple stores. Further, since the pallet is supplied to the
The second embodiment has the same configuration as the first embodiment and the operation is almost the same, but in order to improve the space efficiency of the merchandise sorting place, pallets for a plurality of stores are mixedly loaded in the same stacking
In the stacking
After the sorting operation is completed, when an empty stacking
As described above, in the present embodiment, the same effects as those of the above-described first embodiment can be obtained, and furthermore, a plurality of pallets for stores are mixedly mounted on one stacking
In the third embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, each

In the first embodiment described above, the work-in-process pallet has a loop configuration by being transferred to the upstream of the return conveyor when it reaches the most downstream of the forward conveyor of the
The in-process pallet returned from the
The basic control method for determining the transfer is that the in-process pallet that is scheduled to be put in the product will be transferred to the first loop and the other in-process pallet will be transferred to the second loop. To do. Further, when the pallet is a full pallet and the stacking
Similarly, when the in-process pallet arrives at the
