Abstract
油性食品と接触した場合に油が漏れ出さず、油が耐油紙の表面に広がらず、油しみが目立たない耐油性を有し、水蒸気透過性、不透明性、安全性、資源の再利用可能な離解性(リサイクル性)を兼備する耐油紙を提供する。
【解決手段】
ショッパーろ水度85〜90°SRの製紙用天然繊維に、光に対する屈折率が1.8〜3.0の填料が繊維に対して2〜10質量%含まれてなる坪量30〜60g/m2、透気抵抗度50,000〜200,000秒の基紙の少なくとも片面に0.2〜1.0g/m2の水溶性高分子物質が塗布されてなり、透気抵抗度50,000〜300,000秒で透湿度2,000〜4,000g/m2・24hrを有することを特徴とする耐油紙。

Description
塗工紙は、必要に応じてスーパーカレンダー加工を施すことにより、耐油性、平滑性、印刷適性を高めることができる。
Claims (3)
- ショッパーろ水度85〜90°SRの製紙用天然繊維に、光に対する屈折率が1.8〜3.0の填料が繊維に対して2〜10質量%含まれてなる坪量30〜60g/m2、透気抵抗度50,000〜200,000秒の基紙の少なくとも片面に0.2〜1.0g/m2の水溶性高分子物質が塗布されてなり、透気抵抗度50,000〜300,000秒で透湿度2,000〜4,000g/m2・24hrを有することを特徴とする耐油紙。
- 前記水溶性高分子物質が酸化デンプン、リン酸エステル化デンプン、アセチル化デンプン、未変性デンプン、カルボキシメチルセルロース塩から選ばれた1種類以上を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐油紙。
- 前記の填料が二酸化チタンであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の耐油紙。
