Abstract

Claims (13)
- 容器の内部面洗浄装置であって、
上流端から前記容器の壁の開口部と関連づけられた下流端まで延在するとともに、前記面に向かって衝撃波を導くように配置された細長い燃焼管路と、
反動力に対して前記燃焼管路を弾性的に拘束する弾性部材と、を有することを特徴とする容器の内部面洗浄装置。 - 前記弾性部材は、前記燃焼管路を前記壁に連結していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器の内部面洗浄装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、金属製コイルばねを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器の内部面洗浄装置。
- 前記弾性部材は、引張りばねを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器の内部面洗浄装置。
- 複数の可動支持体をさらに有し、これらの支持体は、前記燃焼管路の長さに沿って複数の位置で該燃焼管路の重量を支持していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器の内部面洗浄装置。
- 前記複数の支持体は、前記燃焼管路の長手方向における膨張および/または収縮に対応していることを特徴とする請求項5記載の容器の内部面洗浄装置。
- 前記複数の支持体は、支持面上のトラックと係合する車輪をそれぞれ有する複数のトロリを含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の容器の内部面洗浄装置。
- 前記燃焼管路は、複数の分離可能なセグメントを含み、
前記各セグメントは、前記複数のトロリのうちの関連する1つのトロリ上にそれぞれ支持されていることを特徴とする請求項7記載の容器の内部面洗浄装置。 - 前記複数の支持体は、複数のハンガを含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の容器の内部面洗浄装置。
- 産業設備の一部であるとともに開口部を有する壁を備える容器の内部面洗浄方法であって、
管路に燃料および酸化剤を投入し、
前記面に衝突する衝撃波を発生させるために前記燃料および酸化剤の反応を開始させることを含み、前記管路に加わる反動力が弾性部材によって弾性的に吸収されることを特徴とする容器の内部面洗浄方法。 - 前記弾性部材は、前記管路が初期位置から反動位置まで移動するときの反動エネルギを蓄積して、該管路を初期位置まで戻すことを特徴とする請求項10記載の容器の内部面洗浄方法。
- 前記移動は、少なくとも0.01mであることを特徴とする請求項11記載の容器の内部面洗浄方法。
- 前記管路の下流端を前記容器から分離させるために、該管路を支持機構に沿ってユニットとして移動させることをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10記載の容器の内部面洗浄方法。
