Description

The present invention relates to a general-purpose mask. As a definition of a general-purpose mask relating to the present invention, a general-purpose mask is a generic name for a disposable mask (throw away after one use) and a general-purpose mask (use one or more times, sometimes wash and wash twice or more). The material is mainly made of paper and cloth (including gauze and chemicals) and is considered to be applied to both ears, and has no special functionality beyond that.

Many conventional general-purpose masks are made of a single material (FIGS. 1 and 2) or particularly a multiple of the suction part (FIGS. 3 and 4). In consideration of deodorization and the like, there are those in which activated carbon, titanium oxide or the like is provided in the suction part as its functionality.
However, the deodorizing effect cannot be expected only with the material, and the activated carbon has not only the physical adsorption action but also cannot be adsorbed depending on the quality and quantity of the odor, and has the disadvantage of being re-released. Moreover, it is often difficult to satisfy the condition of deodorizing with titanium oxide. The present invention has been made to eliminate the above drawbacks.

It is only necessary to inhale the ammonia-based odor outside, but if it must be inhaled, it should be deodorized at the inhalation part of the mask. However, until now, unfortunately, it was not possible to deodorize with a general-purpose mask. The ammonia-based odor is basic, so the odor disappears when neutralized with acidity. This is advanced one step, and an acidic group such as a sulfonic acid group is covalently bonded to the mask material to cause an electrochemical neutralization reaction. Basic gas (ammonia) is chemisorbed and deodorized. It can be made non-brominated. Ion exchange resins and fibers are now widely used in industry. Therefore, it is possible to deodorize instantly by making the entire mask with a material having an appropriate ion exchange group.

Can be satisfied.

However, it is too high quality to be used for the general-purpose mask and is difficult in terms of cost. Therefore, the above-mentioned material is cut into an appropriate size (for example, 7 cm × 8 cm) according to the size of the mask, and the one piece is inserted (inserted) between the inhalation portions of the mask.

Can be satisfied. One piece is enough. Some papers cannot be washed with water due to their properties, but cloths can be easily washed with water and their deodorizing ability can be restored and used several times.

Also, by graft-polymerizing functional groups on paper, fiber, protein, and carbohydrates that dissolve well in water, this can be used as an aqueous solution to make an ion exchange solution.

Can be satisfied. That is, a disposable mask is treated with this aqueous solution (immersion, spraying, etc.), dried and used. The advantage of this type is that it is not always perfect in the present invention, but is cheap and easy to handle.

The invention's effect

As an effect of the present invention, the way of thinking about the mask changes. Ammonia odor can be removed simply by using a general-purpose mask, instantly and for a long time.

In recent years, the number of people engaged in nursing care has increased, and the qualifications for that relationship have also increased. However, 20-30% of young people at the time of practical training say that they change direction without being able to withstand that smell. The mask will help solve the problem.

For workers and consumers, stress and toxicity can be greatly prevented and removed. In addition, the odor of inhalation from the outside is eliminated together with the smell of exhalation from the inside. This means that when the use of the mask is temporarily suspended and reused as it is, there is no need to feel uncomfortable with the complicated odor that has been permeated as before. Therefore, in terms of odor, the mask is always as good as new.

Ion exchange technology has long been used for water purification and industrial water purification. In the meantime, more advanced technology has captured atoms and ions as well as any molecules of interest from the air and from the air. In particular, the technology requirements in various fields in recent years have become nanotechnology. Along with this, further ultrapure water and further ultra-clean air became necessary.
