Claims (2)
- 患者の入院から退院までの標準的な診療計画を示す病名毎のクリニカルパスであって、患者の年齢、性別、及び既往歴のうちの少なくとも１つの情報を含む患者特性によって細分化されたクリニカルパスが登録されたパスマスタデータベースと、
前記パスマスタデータベースから読み出されたクリニカルパスを適用する患者に対して実際に実施されたクリニカルパスの情報、又は前記読み出されたクリニカルパスと実際に実施されたクリニカルパスとの変更点の情報を入力する入力手段と、
前記入力手段で入力された情報に基づいて新たなクリニカルパスを生成するマスタ生成手段と、
前記マスタ生成手段によって生成されたクリニカルパスによって前記パスマスタデータベースに登録されている対応するクリニカルパスを更新し、又は前記マスタ生成手段によって生成されたクリニカルパスを新たなクリニカルパスとして登録するマスタ更新登録手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする電子カルテシステム。 - 前記マスタ生成手段は、前記入力手段から入力された同じ患者特性を有する複数の患者に対して実際に実施された複数のクリニカルパスの情報、又は複数の変更点の情報の平均を演算し、その演算した平均に基づいて新たなクリニカルパスを生成することを特徴とする請求項１に記載の電子カルテシステム。
