Abstract
【解決手段】 荷重測定プレート(13)は上面(14)と下面(19)とを有し、該上面(14)には突出端部(15,16)が該上面の他部よりも突出して高く設けられ、下面(19)には没入端部(20,21)が該下面の他部より低く形成され、荷重測定プレートの外端縁からの上記突出端部(15,16)の距離が対応せる下面の没入端部(20,21)の距離よりも短くなっていて、荷重測定プレート(13)に傾斜測定面(A)を形成している。

Claims (7)
- 軸受ハウジングと荷重測定プレートとの組合せ体であり、該軸受ハウジング(1)がほぼ矩形の外郭部(4)と外側壁(5,6,7,8)と中間の横壁部(9,10)と有する脚部(2)を備え、該脚部(2)が荷重測定プレート(13)上に接触配置される平坦面を有し、該荷重測定プレート(13)が内部に荷重測定装置(25)を備え、上記荷重測定プレート(13)の外郭部が上記軸受ハウジングの脚部(2)の外郭部に近接配置されている組合せ体において、
荷重測定プレート(13)は上面(14)と下面(19)とを有し、該上面(14)には突出端部(15,16)が該上面(14)の他部よりも突出して高く設けられ、下面(19)には没入端部(20,21)が該下面(19)の他部より低く形成され、荷重測定プレートの外端縁からの上記突出部(15,16)の距離が対応せる下面の没入端部(20,21)の距離よりも短くなっていて、荷重測定プレート(13)に傾斜測定面(A)を形成していることを特徴とする軸受ハウジングと荷重測定プレートとの組合せ体。 - 荷重測定装置(25)は傾斜測定面(A)に沿った歪を測定するように配設されていることとする請求項1に記載の軸受ハウジングと荷重測定プレートとの組合せ体。
- 軸受ハウジングの脚部(2)は、荷重測定プレート(13)の対応孔(18)と協働してボルトのための取付孔(12)が形成されており、このボルトにより軸受ハウジング(1)が荷重測定プレート(13)に対して正規位置に設置可能となっていることとする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の軸受ハウジングと荷重測定プレートとの組合せ体。
- 荷重測定プレート(13)は、該荷重測定プレート(13)の上面(19)そして下面(19)と平行でかつこれらの面の間で、荷重測定プレート(13)の長手方向に対して直角な方向に延びるチャンバー(22)を有し、該チャンバーは薄い中間仕切壁(22c)により区分された二つの有底孔(22a,22b)として形成され、荷重測定装置(25)が対向する有底孔(22a,22b)内で仕切壁(22c)の両面に配設されていることとする請求項1ないし請求項3のうちの一つに記載の軸受ハウジングと荷重測定プレートとの組合せ体。
- 仕切壁(22c)は傾斜測定面(A)に位置していることとする請求項4に記載の軸受ハウジングと荷重測定プレートとの組合せ体。
- 荷重測定装置(25)は歪測定装置であることとする請求項1ないし請求項5のうちの一つに記載の軸受ハウジングと荷重測定プレートとの組合せ体。
- 歪測定装置(25)はホイートストーンブリッジをなす歪ゲージであることとする請求項6に記載の軸受ハウジングと荷重測定プレートとの組合せ体。
