Description
The present invention is an adhesive rubber that can be used as a cushioning sheet such as a cushioning material interposed between a hot platen of a press machine and a glass substrate that is heated and pressurized for bonding, for example, during hot pressing in an assembly process of a liquid crystal cell. The present invention relates to a sheet and a manufacturing method thereof.
However, in recent years, there has been a tendency for the material of the hot platen of the press machine to be changed from iron to graphite with higher thermal conductivity and lower thermal expansion. Since it cannot be attached, there has been a problem in that it is necessary to change the mounting method to a simple hot plate using the magnetic layer in the conventional buffer sheet. An object of the present invention is to provide a shock-absorbing sheet that can be easily attached to a graphitized hot plate and a method for manufacturing the same.
The present invention is a rubber sheet having adhesiveness on the surface thereof, at least the surface layer portion is made of solid rubber, and the glossy surface of the transfer film is transferred to the surface of the surface layer portion to improve the adhesive strength of the surface. It is an adhesive rubber sheet characterized by being made (Claim 1) . A rubber sheet may be used as a buffer sheet, and the surface layer portion may be laminated and integrated with the cushion layer (claim 2) .
The present invention also includes a step of coating a transfer film having a glossy surface with an unvulcanized rubber to form an unvulcanized solid rubber layer, and transferring the glossy surface to the surface of the unvulcanized solid rubber layer; A method for producing an adhesive rubber sheet, comprising: a step of vulcanizing an unvulcanized solid rubber layer; and a step of peeling the transfer film to expose a transfer surface of the solid rubber layer. Item 3).
The present invention also includes a step of coating a transfer film having a glossy surface with an unvulcanized rubber to form an unvulcanized solid rubber layer, and transferring the glossy surface to the surface of the unvulcanized solid rubber layer; Laminating the unvulcanized solid rubber layer on the cushion layer, vulcanizing and integrating the unvulcanized solid rubber layer with the cushion layer, and peeling the transfer film to expose the transfer surface of the solid rubber layer A process for producing an adhesive buffer sheet, comprising: a step .
The present invention also relates to a method for increasing the adhesive strength of the surface of a buffer sheet, wherein a transfer film having a glossy surface is coated with unvulcanized rubber to form a solid rubber layer in which the glossy surface is transferred to the surface. The solid rubber layer is vulcanized and molded, and the solid rubber layer is bonded and integrated on the surface of the buffer sheet to form a mounting layer, and the transfer film is peeled off to expose the surface of the mounting layer to which the glossy surface has been transferred. A feature of the present invention is a method for improving the surface adhesion of a buffer sheet (claim 5) .
In the present invention, at least the surface layer portion is made of solid rubber, the glossy surface of the transfer film is transferred to the surface of the surface layer portion, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive rubber sheet has improved adhesive strength on the surface . Regardless of whether the heating plate is made of iron or graphite, it can be always fixed to the heating plate, particularly the upper heating plate, simply by the adhesive force of the mounting layer itself, and no separate mounting means is required.
Hereinafter, an embodiment in which an adhesive rubber sheet according to the present invention is used as a cushioning material for assembling a liquid crystal cell will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a state in which the upper and lower glass substrates 11 and 11 are heated and pressed by the upper and lower heating plates 12 and 12 of the press machine in the assembly process of the liquid crystal cell. Cushion materials 1 and 1 are interposed between the upper and lower sides of 11 and 11, respectively. With the cushion materials 1, 1, the sealing material 13 between the glass substrates 11, 11 is uniformly crushed, and the gap between the upper and lower glass substrates 11, 11 is kept constant. Reference numeral 14 denotes a spacer interposed between the glass substrates 11 and 11.
The cushion material 1 is formed by bonding and integrating a cushion layer 2 made of a thick sponge rubber layer and a mounting layer 4 made of a thin solid rubber layer laminated on one surface of the cushion layer 2.
2 and 3 show the manufacturing process of the cushion material 1. FIG. 2 shows molding of a solid rubber layer constituting the attachment layer 4 forming one side of the cushion material 1, and heat-resistant rubber such as unvulcanized silicone rubber compound 6 is rolled into a sheet by an inverted L-shaped calendar 15. The uncured thin solid rubber sheet 4 being molded and the transfer film 5 continuously supplied in the direction of the arrow are pressed between the pair of rolls 16 and 16 of the inverted L-shaped calendar 15 by rolling.
As the transfer film 5, a plastic film, for example, a PET film having a high glossiness specified by JIS K7105 (for example, a product name Kombret (SA-100, TA-100, etc.) manufactured by Unitika Ltd.) is used. The rubber sheet 4 is pressed and transferred onto the surface. As an effect of this transfer, the adhesive force on the surface of the rubber sheet 4 which finally becomes the attachment layer is remarkably increased. As the PET film having a high glossiness, a film having a 60 ° specular glossiness of 70% or more, more preferably 100% or more can be selected.
The unvulcanized thin solid rubber sheet 4 with the topping coated on the transfer film 5 as described above, and the unvulcanized silicone rubber sheet containing a foaming agent in a separate process is vulcanized and foamed by press molding or the like. It laminates | stacks on the obtained silicone sponge rubber layer 2 (refer FIG. 3 (A)). Thin skin layers 3 and 3 are formed on the surface of the silicone sponge rubber layer 2. After the lamination, the unvulcanized thin solid rubber sheet 4 with the transfer film 5 covered on the surface is vulcanized and molded by pressing and heating with a press machine (not shown), and at the same time a thick silicone sponge rubber layer (cushion layer) ) 2 by vulcanization adhesion (see FIG. 3B). The integrated laminated sheet is further subjected to treatment such as secondary vulcanization as necessary.
Thereafter, the transfer film 5 is peeled off from the laminated sheet, the surface 4a of the mounting layer 4 to which the gloss is transferred and the adhesive force is applied is exposed, and the final molding of the cushioning material 1 is completed (FIG. 3C). reference). This attachment layer 4 is fixed by simply being in direct contact with the upper and lower heating plates 12, 12, and there is no possibility of peeling off from the upper heating platen 12. In the present embodiment, the thickness of the cushion material 1 as a whole is 5.0 mm, of which the thickness of the cushion layer 2 is 4.5 mm and the thickness of the mounting layer 4 is 0.5 mm.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, heat-resistant rubber other than silicone rubber can be used as a material constituting the cushion material, and plastic other than PET film or transfer film of other materials can be used as the transfer film. The coating of the thin rubber on the transfer film can use other known methods, and the thickness of the cushion layer and the mounting layer can be arbitrarily adjusted.
According to the pressure-sensitive adhesive rubber sheet of the present invention, the mounting layer can be easily and firmly attached to a graphitized hot platen.
