Description

The present invention relates to an adhesive insulating rail installed to provide a track circuit for controlling a traffic light and a control section for a railroad crossing alarm on a railway track.

In railroad tracks, rail joints are weak points for maintenance, and they become sources of noise and vibration. Therefore, it is common to use long rails that have no joints by welding. However, since it is necessary to divide the closed section in order to configure the track circuit for train control, the end of the closed section is configured as an adhesive insulating rail.
This adhesive insulated rail is formed by inserting an insulating material between the butted rails of adjacent closed sections, and fixing a joint plate for joining the rails to the rail with an insulating adhesive. (For example, see Non-Patent Document 1).

Adhesive insulating rail JIS E 1125-1995 Japanese Standards Association

By the way, the conventional adhesive insulation rail is obtained by integrating the rail and the joint plate with a strong adhesive. For the adhesive, for example, a thermosetting epoxy resin adhesive using glass paper as a base material. Adhesives that have been impregnated and dried are used. However, it has been pointed out that in the vicinity of the butt portion of the rail, this adhesive material peels off, which causes the joint plate to rust. In particular, when corrosion pits are formed on the joint plate due to rusting, cracks are generated from the pits, and the cracks may develop due to metal fatigue or may eventually break.

As a countermeasure against rusting, it is conceivable to use stainless steel as a material for the seam plate. However, since stainless steel may cause stress corrosion cracking or crevice corrosion, it is difficult to use it for the seam plate. Therefore, the maintenance of the adhesive insulating rails at regular intervals is indispensable.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and the object of the present invention is to prevent the occurrence of fatigue cracks due to corrosion and greatly improve the reliability, thereby reducing the maintenance cost. Another object is to provide an adhesive insulating rail.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, an adhesive insulating rail according to claim 1 of the present invention is an insulating adhesive in which an insulating material is inserted between the attached rails, and a joint plate for joining the rails is connected. In the adhesive insulated rail fixed to the rail, a steel joint plate having a plating layer on the surface is used as the joint plate.
According to the present invention, it is possible to effectively suppress rusting by providing a plating layer on the surface of the joint plate. In particular, by using the plating layer with the required adhesion strength and uniformity of plating thickness and suppressing the generation of pinholes, it has a high rust prevention effect and can sufficiently withstand the axial force generated between the rails. It constitutes an adhesive insulating rail. In addition, when the base material of the seam plate is made of steel, the occurrence of stress corrosion cracking, crevice corrosion, and the like can be suppressed.

Moreover, the adhesive insulated rail which concerns on Claim 2 of this invention comprises the said plating layer by electroless nickel phosphorus plating.
According to the present invention, it is easy to configure a plating layer that secures the required adhesion strength and plating thickness uniformity and suppresses the generation of pinholes, has a high rust prevention effect, and has an axial force generated between rails. It becomes possible to make the adhesive insulating rail sufficiently durable.

Since this invention was comprised in this way, generation | occurrence | production of the fatigue crack by corrosion can be prevented and it becomes possible to improve the reliability of an adhesion | attachment insulation rail dramatically. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the maintenance cost of the adhesive insulating rail.

The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In FIG. 1, an adhesive insulating rail 1 is formed by inserting an insulating material 4 (rail shape) having a constant thickness between the adjacent rails 2 and 3 of the closed section and having the same shape as the cross section of the rail. And the joint board 5 which couple | bonds the rails 2 and 3 is fixed to a rail with the insulating adhesive agent 6, and is comprised. As in the conventional art, an adhesive that is impregnated with a thermosetting epoxy resin adhesive using glass paper as a base material and dried can be used as the adhesive 6.

Here, the joint plate 5 is made of a steel material as a base material and provided with a plating layer on the surface. As the type of plating layer, electroless nickel phosphorous plating (hypophosphite reducing agent) that ensures the required adhesion strength and uniformity of plating thickness and can easily form a plating layer with reduced pinholes. However, it is preferable that nickel is precipitated in the deposited state, and it is almost amorphous and crystallizes by heat treatment to increase hardness, and the plating thickness is uniform and wear resistance is excellent.
The thickness of the plating layer is, for example, about 50 μm, so that the necessary functions as described above can be sufficiently exhibited without being disadvantageous in cost.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the joint plate 5 is formed with an insertion hole 5 a for the joint plate bolt 7 for helping to fix the joint plate 5 together with the rails 2 and 3 and the adhesive 6. Has been. Also, the insertion holes 2a and 6a are formed in the rails 2 and 3 and the adhesive 6 at positions corresponding to the insertion holes 5a. When assembling, the tube 8 made of an insulating material is inserted into each insertion hole, and the joint plate bolt 7 is inserted into the tube 8 so that the joint plate bolt 7 and the rails 2, 3 are inserted. And insulation.
The joint plate bolt 7 and the nut 9 are mainly intended to fix the positions of these members until the rails 2, 3 and the joint plate 5 are fixed by the adhesive 6. After the fixing, the rails 2 and 3 and the joint plate 5 are securely fixed by the adhesive force of only the adhesive 6 while using the joint plate bolt 7 and the nut 9 together.

According to the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, the following operational effects can be obtained. First, by providing a plating layer on the surface of the joint plate 5, rusting can be effectively suppressed. In particular, this plating layer ensures the necessary adhesion strength and uniformity of plating thickness and suppresses the generation of pinholes, so that the rust prevention effect is high and the axial force generated between the rails 2 and 3 is reduced. The adhesive insulating rail 1 that can sufficiently withstand is constituted. Moreover, by making the base material of the joint plate 5 made of steel, the occurrence of stress corrosion cracking, crevice corrosion, and the like can be suppressed.

Moreover, in the embodiment of the present invention, the plating layer is constituted by electroless nickel phosphorus plating, as described above, ensuring the necessary adhesion strength and uniformity of plating thickness and suppressing the occurrence of pinholes. It becomes easy to configure the plating layer, and the desired function can be exhibited.
