Abstract
【解決手段】培養液が充填されて細胞培養が行われる培養空間12と、水または水溶液が充填される水溶液充填空間22とがそれぞれ形成されて、両空間12、22がガス透過性を有する第1膜材31によって隔てられている。また、水溶液充填空間22と外部空間との境界面の少なくとも一部がガス透過性を有する第2膜材32によって構成されている。

Description
また、培養容器に対して加速度が加わった場合あるいは意図的に加速度を負荷しようとする場合に、気泡と培養液の密度差によって培養液が不規則に流動し、培養条件の均一性が損なわれるという問題点もあった。
本発明を適用した実施例では、3cm×6cmの袋状に形成した厚さ0.2mmのシリコーンフィルムバッグの中に水を入れ、空気が入らないように封をした。そして、水を張った培養皿に、作製したシリコーンフィルムバッグを沈めて、22℃、相対湿度60%の設定条件下でインキュベータにより110時間保温し、その前後の質量を比較するとともに気泡の発生状況を観察した。なお、この実施例では、シリコーンフィルムバッグが本発明に係る細胞培養容器の第1膜材に対応し、シリコーンフィルムバッグの内部が培養空間に対応し、培養皿の内面とシリコーンフィルムバッグの外面との間に形成される空間が水溶液充填空間に対応するものである。
このように、従来の細胞培養容器に対応する比較例では、周囲の相対湿度如何によって、気泡の発生状況が大きく変化するのに対して、本発明を適用した実施例においては、周囲の相対湿度に関わりなく、気泡の発生を防止できることが確認された。

Claims (3)
- 培養液が充填されて細胞培養が行われる培養空間と、水または水溶液が充填される水溶液充填空間とがそれぞれ形成されて、両空間がガス透過性を有する第1膜材によって隔てられるとともに、上記水溶液充填空間と外部空間との境界面の少なくとも一部がガス透過性を有する第2膜材によって構成されていることを特徴とする細胞培養容器。
- 両面間に貫通する上記培養空間が形成された第1板状部材と、両面間に貫通する上記水溶液充填空間が形成された第2板状部材とを有し、これら第1および第2板状部材の対向面間に、上記培養空間と上記水溶液充填空間とを隔てる上記第1膜材が介装され、
上記第1板状部材の外面側に、上記培養空間を塞ぐとともに内面が細胞付着性を有する培養板が配設され、かつ上記第2板状部材の外面側に、上記水溶液充填空間を覆う上記第2膜材が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞培養容器。 - 上記水溶液として、上記培養液またはそのベースとなる基礎培養液を用いたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の細胞培養容器。
