Description

The present invention relates to indoor lighting.

A vehicle is usually provided with a sun visor for blocking backlight. In such a sun visor, a small mirror may be provided separately from the rearview mirror.

When the sun visor is provided with a mirror as described above, an indoor illumination lamp may be provided near the windshield of the ceiling so that the mirror can be used even at night. This room illumination lamp is provided separately from the dome lamp provided in the approximate center of the ceiling.

Further, the interior lighting is provided at a position hidden by the sun visor when the sun visor is folded to the ceiling side. Since this room illumination lamp is used only when a mirror is used, it is much smaller than a dome mirror.

Further, the sun visor mirror may be provided with a cover that opens and closes by sliding. In some cases, the interior lighting is turned on when the cover is opened.

FIG. 12 is a cross-sectional view of a conventional room illumination lamp 1. This room lamp 1 has a design part 11 and a functional part 12 that is detachably attached to the design part 11. Among these, the design part 11 has a frame-shaped housing 13, a lens 15 provided in the housing 13, and clips 16 provided on both sides of the housing 13. The functional unit 12 includes a bulb (light bulb) 17 and a functional unit main body 18.

The interior lighting 1 is attached to an opening 20 provided in a trim (interior material) 19 on the ceiling of the vehicle. In this case, the clip 16 of the room lamp 1 is locked to the edge of the opening 20 and the room lamp 1 is held.

As shown in FIG. 13, the functional unit 12 of the room lamp 1 has a concave portion 24 formed in the functional unit main body 18, and a press contact blade 25 is provided in the concave portion 24. A V-shaped groove 25 a is formed at the tip of the press contact blade 25. The press contact blade 25 is connected to the valve 17. The recess 24 is provided with a lid 26 that can be freely opened and closed.

When connecting the flat electric wire 22 to the function part 12, as shown in FIG. 14, the flat electric wire 22 is inserted into the recess 24, and the flat electric wire is inserted into the V-shaped groove 25a provided at the tip of the press contact blade 25. 22 is placed. When the lid portion 26 is closed, the flat electric wire 22 is pressed toward the press contact blade 25, the insulating film of the flat electric wire 22 is broken by the press contact blade 25, and the core wire is electrically connected to the press contact blade 25. Thereby, the flat electric wire 22 and the valve 17 are connected via the press contact blade 25.

Here, a protrusion 26 a that presses the flat electric wire 22 is formed on the surface of the lid portion 26 on the pressure contact blade 25 side. Between the protrusions 26a and 26a, it is formed substantially flat. By this protrusion 26a, the flat electric wire 22 is reliably pushed into the groove 25a.

Next, a method for attaching the above-described room illumination lamp 1 to the ceiling trim 19 of the vehicle will be described. As shown in FIG. 15, a dome lamp mounting hole 30 and an indoor lighting lamp mounting hole 31 are provided in the ceiling trim 19 to which the indoor lighting lamp 1 is to be mounted.

First, as shown in FIG. 16, only the design portion 11 of the room illumination lamp 1 is attached to the room illumination lamp mounting hole 31 of the ceiling trim 19. Next, as shown in FIG. 17, the functional unit 12 is attached to the design unit 11 from the back surface 19 a side of the ceiling trim 19. A flat electric wire 22 is connected to the functional unit 12 in advance. Next, as shown in FIG. 18, the ceiling trim 19 is attached to the ceiling 32 a of the vehicle main body 32.

When replacing the bulb 17 of the room lamp 1, the entire room lamp 1 is removed from the ceiling trim 19 as shown in FIG. At this time, in order to avoid a tensile force from acting on the flat electric wire 22, the flat electric wire 22 is provided with an extra length portion 22a.

As shown in FIG. 20, the extra length portion 22 a of the flat electric wire 22 is held by a clip 33 provided in the functional portion 12. The clip 33 is formed in a substantially L shape as shown in FIG. Then, the flat electric wire 22 is inserted and held in the gap between the clip 33 and the functional unit main body 18.

The inner width b1 of the clip 33 is formed substantially the same as the insertion width b2 of the flat wire 22. Further, locking claws 34, 34 facing each other are formed on the inner surface of the clip 33. An insertion path 35 for inserting the flat electric wire 22 into the clip 33 is formed between the locking claws 34.

However, as shown in FIG. 22, the conventional interior illumination lamp 1 has a flat back surface 26b of the lid portion 26 of the functional portion 12, and therefore, the entire functional portion 12 is disassembled from the ceiling trim 19 when replacing the bulb, for example. When doing so, there is a possibility that the force toward the lid portion 26 directly acts on the flat electric wire 22 and the lid portion 26 comes off from the recess 24.

If the cover part 26 comes off from the recessed part 24, the problem that the flat electric wire 22 will drop | omit from the press-contacting blade 25 and it will break will generate | occur | produce.
In FIG. 22, reference numeral 27 denotes a locking groove provided in the concave portion 24, and 28 denotes a locking claw provided at both end portions of the lid portion 26 and locked to the locking groove 24.

It is an object of the present invention to provide an interior lighting that can prevent a drop of an electric wire press-connected to the functional unit without increasing the size of the functional unit.

In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention provides a design portion in which a lens is fixed to a housing that can be attached to an opening provided in an interior material of a vehicle, and the interior material by being supported by the design portion. A pressure part disposed on the back surface side and having a light source, the pressure part being press-contacted to an electric wire for supplying electric power to the light source, and the pressure contact of the electric wire against the pressure contact blade An interior illumination lamp including a lid portion for maintaining a state, wherein an end portion along a longitudinal direction of the electric wire on a back surface of the lid portion is inclined with respect to a common radial direction of each core wire in the electric wire. It has an inclined surface.

Here, the electric wire includes a flat electric wire in which core wires are arranged in parallel, a plurality of independent electric wires, and the like.
In this invention, if the force to the cover part side acts on an electric wire, an electric wire will move to the side edge part side of a cover part along the inclined surface provided in the back surface of the cover part. As a result, the locking claws provided at both end portions of the lid portion are urged outward by the electric wires, that is, in a direction to be locked in the locking grooves formed in the concave portion of the lid portion, and The stopping power increases.

Here, the end portion along the longitudinal direction of the electric wire on the back surface of the lid portion can be formed as the inclined surface so as to be tapered toward the electric wire.
In this case, the plurality of electric wires of the electric wire are divided into two along the inclined surface, and these electric wires move along the inclined surface to both end portions of the lid portion. As a result, the locking claws provided on both sides of the lid are urged toward the locking groove, and the locking force on the locking groove is increased.

According to the present invention, since only the inclined surface is formed on the back surface of the lid portion, the size can be reduced. Moreover, even if the force of a common radial direction acts on an electric wire, it can prevent that the cover part of a function part remove | deviates, and, thereby, can prevent that an electric wire remove | deviates from a press-contact blade and is cut | disconnected.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing an embodiment according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a top view showing a functional part of the embodiment according to the present invention, FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the embodiment according to the invention, and FIG. The perspective view seen from the lower side which shows embodiment which concerns on this invention, FIG. 5 is a perspective view which shows the cover part of embodiment which concerns on this invention, FIG. 6 is sectional drawing which shows the cover part of embodiment which concerns on this invention, figure 7 is a diagram illustrating the operation of the embodiment according to the present invention, FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating a state in which the interior illumination lamp according to the embodiment of the present invention is attached to a vehicle, and FIG. FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating a mirror according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 is a diagram illustrating a state in which a sun visor according to an embodiment of the present invention is opened.

As shown in FIG. 1, an interior lamp 5 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a design portion in which a lens 54 is fixed to a housing 53 that can be attached to an opening 52 provided in a ceiling trim (interior material) 51 of a vehicle. 55 and a functional portion 57 that is supported by the design portion 55 and disposed on the back surface 51 a side of the ceiling trim 51 and includes a light source 56.

A clip 58 is provided on the housing 53 of the design portion 55. As shown in FIG. 2, the functional part main body 60 of the functional part 57 is provided with a holding part 62 for holding the extra length part 61 a of the flat electric wire 61 (see FIG. 1).

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the functional unit main body 60 is provided with a recess 63 into which the flat electric wire 61 is inserted. In this recessed part 63, the press-contacting blade (not shown) which connects the flat electric wire 61 is provided. Further, the functional unit main body 60 is provided with a lid portion 64 that can be inserted into the recess 63. The lid portion 64 is provided to maintain the pressure contact state of the flat electric wire 61 with respect to the pressure contact blade.

As shown in FIG. 4, the lid portion 64 is integrally provided with a thin hinge 65 that protrudes from the functional portion main body 60 toward the back surface 51 a of the ceiling trim 51. The thin hinge 65 functions as an elastic member as will be described later. In addition, the code | symbol 66 in FIG. 4 is a light source attachment hole.

As shown in FIG. 5, the lid portion 64 is provided with locking claws 100 at both end portions along the longitudinal direction. This locking claw 100 is formed to be elastically deformable, and is locked to locking grooves 101 formed on both side surfaces in the concave portion 63 of the functional unit main body 60 as shown in FIG. As a result, the lid 64 can be prevented from being opened carelessly.

Further, inclined surfaces 102, 102 that are inclined with respect to the common radial direction of the core wires 61 b of the flat electric wire 61 are provided at the end portion along the longitudinal direction of the flat electric wire 61 on the back surface of the lid portion 64.
In this example, the inclined surfaces 102 and 102 are formed in a substantially mountain shape so as to be tapered toward the flat electric wire 61.

As shown in FIG. 7, when a force in the common radial direction of each core wire 61 b acts on the flat electric wire 61 inserted into the concave portion 63 of the functional unit main body 60, each core wire 61 b is on the back surface of the lid portion 64. It moves to the side along the inclined surfaces 102 and 102.

As a result, the latching claw 100 is pressed to the side by the core wire 61 b and biased in the direction of latching in the latching groove 101. The greater the force acting on the flat wire 61, the greater the locking force of the locking claw 100.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the lid portion 64 from being opened carelessly and to prevent the flat electric wire 61 from dropping from the recess 63 and being disconnected.

Moreover, since the inclined surfaces 102 and 102 are only formed on the back surface of the lid portion 64, the functional unit main body 60 can be reduced in size as a whole.
As shown in FIG. 1, the indoor illumination lamp 5 can sandwich the edge portion of the interior illumination light mounting hole 52 provided in the ceiling trim 51 by the functional part main body 60 and the design part 55 of the functional part 57. It is configured as follows.

In addition, the interior lighting 5 is attached to a ceiling trim 51 of the vehicle 50 as shown in FIG. The room illumination lamp 5 is disposed at a position hidden by a sun visor 67 that can be opened and closed by rotating around one side end.
When the interior lighting 5 is turned on, first, the sun visor 67 is opened toward the windshield 68 as indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. Next, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the sliding door 81 provided on the surface 67a of the sun visor 67 on the ceiling trim 51 side is opened.

Then, the mirror 69 provided in the sun visor 67 is exposed. At the same time, as shown in FIG. 11, the room illumination lamp 5 is turned on. Thereby, the screen reflected on the mirror 69 can be clearly seen.

In the above-described embodiment, the pair of inclined surfaces are formed in a substantially mountain shape, but the inclined surfaces in the present invention may be inclined surfaces that are continuous from one end side to the other end side in the width direction of the flat electric wire.
In this case, when a force is applied to the flat electric wire, the flat wire moves along the inclined surface on the back surface of the lid, and the same effect as the above-described embodiment can be obtained.
