Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cylindrical container and a method for cleaning a tubular body, and more particularly to a method advantageous for removing contaminants attached to an inner wall surface of a cylindrical container and a tubular body. The present invention also relates to a cleaning liquid jet nozzle and an inner wall cleaning device that can be advantageously used to remove contaminants on the inner wall surfaces of containers and tubular bodies.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a used cylindrical container or a tubular body such as a toner cut ridge of a copying machine is washed and reused. In order to reuse the cylindrical container or the tubular body, it is necessary to remove contaminants attached to the inner wall surface of the cylindrical container or the tubular body. As a method of removing contaminants attached to the inner wall surface of a cylindrical container or a tubular body, a cleaning liquid (for example, water) is sprayed so as to flow along the inner wall surface of the cylindrical container or the tubular body. A method of peeling and removing is widely used.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a method for rinsing and cleaning the cleaning liquid adhering to the inner wall surface of the substrate after the conductive substrate of the electrophotographic photosensitive member made of aluminum or an alloy thereof is cleaned with the cleaning liquid. A method is disclosed in which pure water is continuously sprayed in the form of a film from a slit nozzle, and the spray is applied to the inner and outer surfaces of a substrate. This patent document describes an example in which a conductive base substrate is installed vertically on a holding tower and pure water is jetted obliquely downward on the inner wall surface of the base.
The method of removing the contaminants on the inner wall surface by spraying the cleaning liquid onto the inner wall surface of the cylindrical container or tubular body is an advantageous method in that it can be carried out using a relatively simple device. There are several problems. First, since the cleaning liquid is likely to scatter in the opening of the cylindrical container or the tubular body, there is a problem that it is difficult to completely remove contaminants attached to the inner wall surface in the vicinity of the opening. Second, if there are protrusions on the inner wall surface of the cylindrical container or tubular body, the cleaning liquid will be scattered by the protrusions, which makes it difficult to remove contaminants attached to the periphery of the protrusions. is there.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning method capable of removing contaminants attached to the inner wall surface of a cylindrical container or a tubular body without remaining on the inner wall surface. Another object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning liquid jet nozzle and a cleaning apparatus that can be advantageously used to remove contaminants attached to the inner wall surface of a cylindrical container or a tubular body.

In the above-described method for cleaning a cylindrical container or tubular body, it is also preferable to rotate the container or tubular body around the axis of the cleaning liquid spray nozzle while spraying the cleaning liquid.
The present invention is also directed to the front oblique direction injection port for injecting the cleaning liquid in the forward oblique direction with respect to the axial direction and the axial direction inside the cylindrical container or tubular body having contaminants attached to the inner wall surface. A cleaning liquid jet nozzle having a plurality of rear oblique jet nozzles for jetting the cleaning liquid in an obliquely backward direction is inserted, and the cleaning liquid jet nozzle is continuously or intermittently provided in a cylindrical container. Alternatively, cleaning is performed by spraying a cleaning liquid onto the inner wall surface of the tubular container or tubular body from the front oblique direction ejection port and the rear oblique direction ejection port while moving the tube body relatively back and forth relative to the tubular body. There is also a method for cleaning a cylindrical container or a tubular body including a step and a rinsing step of rinsing and cleaning the inside of the cylindrical container or tubular body after washing with a rinsing cleaning liquid.
In the above-described cylindrical container or tubular body cleaning method, the cleaning liquid used in the cleaning step is preferably a liquid obtained by recovering the rinse cleaning liquid.

In addition, by using the cleaning liquid jet nozzle and the cleaning apparatus of the present invention, the cylindrical container or tubular body cleaning method of the present invention can be advantageously implemented.

Further, in the case of a tubular body, it can be cleaned in the same manner as in the case of a cylindrical container, except that injection in the nozzle axis direction is not necessary. In addition, when cleaning long tubular bodies, such as piping, it is preferable to rotate a nozzle centering on a nozzle axis | shaft.
