Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a technique for managing medicines used in a medical field, and more particularly to a technique for managing medicine inventory.
In a medical field such as an operating room, a medicine handler such as a nurse or a pharmacist prepares medicines such as injections and infusions before the treatment. In the treatment, extra chemicals are usually prepared in advance so as not to run out of chemicals.
The chemicals that are actually used are entered into a form using a container discarded after the operation, or manually entered into a computer. In hospitals, billing operations and inventory management by using chemicals have been carried out in this way. For this reason, the burden of work for managing the billing and inventory of chemicals is large, and it was necessary for the hospital to always keep more than necessary chemicals so as not to cause the chemicals to run out of stock.
On the other hand, a system (hereinafter referred to as a “medical information system”) for managing medical operations in general based on various instructions from doctors is being introduced mainly in hospitals of relatively large scale. This medical information system is a system for integrated handling of information related to patient information management, surgery reservation, medicine order processing, logistics, electronic medical record, prescription management, medical accounting or hospital inventory medicine. The functions that the medical information system should have differ depending on the hospital to which the medical information system is to be introduced, but it is still a system that manages information related to medical work. In order to efficiently operate this medical information system, it is important to accurately and immediately grasp the usage status of medicines in the medical field. In particular, with regard to drug inventory management, it is extremely important to operate based on accurate on-site information.
Although the above-mentioned apparatus saves management work for the medicine stored in the apparatus, it may not always be suitable for managing medicine in the entire hospital. However, if the medicine inventory management capability of the above-mentioned apparatus can be utilized in the medical information system, further efficiency of medical related work can be expected. In addition, human errors in medical practice often lead to medical accidents as they are. In the medical field, it is particularly important to reduce human errors associated with chemical management.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said subject, The objective is to provide the technique for managing effectively the chemical | medical agent used in a medical field.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the chemical management apparatus of the present invention includes a chemical hangar that stores a plurality of chemicals used in a medical field, and a drug handler that performs a loading / unloading operation of a mounted chemical that is a chemical stored therein. A device equipped with a detection mechanism that physically detects the mounted chemicals to be operated by distinguishing them from other mounted chemicals, and a mounted chemical counting unit that counts a plurality of mounted chemicals for each type. There is a loading / unloading medicine information recording unit that records loading / unloading medicine information that is information related to the loading medicine that is the target of the loading / unloading operation, a display unit that displays at least loading / unloading medicine information, and loading / unloading. Among the mounting medicine information, at least the shipping mounting medicine information that is information related to the shipping, a format conversion unit that converts the format in order for the external database to store the information, Comprising of a communication unit that transmits the converted outgoing mounted chemicals information in its database, warehousing mounted medicine information recording unit at least out, display unit, a control unit for generally controlling the respective format conversion unit and the communication unit.
“Mounted medicine” refers to a medicine that contains a medicine or a solubilizer for use, and that is stored in a medicine hangar. On the other hand, “non-mounting medicine” to be described later is a concept of a pair of mounting medicines, and means a medicine or medicine that is not stored in the medicine hangar. Hereinafter, when packaging chemicals and non-mounting chemicals are collectively referred to as “chemicals”. Furthermore, “medical material” to be described later is a medical product that is not stored in a drug storage such as a catheter or a syringe, and has a concept that does not include a drug. Medical materials are usually consumables. Hereinafter, when chemicals and medical materials are collectively referred to as “medicines”. Non-mounting chemicals and medical materials are collectively referred to as “non-mounting products”. The “recording medium” includes not only a fixed storage medium such as a hard disk or a floppy disk but also a temporary recording medium such as a DRAM (Dynamic Random Access Memory).
According to the aspect of the present invention, the external database can easily collect the outgoing packaging medicine information of a plurality of medicine management apparatuses. Thereby, for example, the above-described medical information system is effective in easily grasping the stock status of medicines in the entire hospital.
In a certain aspect of the present invention, the medicine management device, when a medicine handler makes an entry / exit of an unmounted product that is not stored in the medicine hangar, accepts an input about an unmounted product that is a target of the entry / exit. You may further provide the mounting goods input part and the loading / unloading non-mounting goods information recording part which records the loading / unloading non-mounting goods information which is the information regarding the non-mounting goods which are the object of said loading / unloading to a recording medium.
The communication unit may further be able to transmit information related to delivery of non-mounted products to an external database. By accepting inputs related to loading and unloading for items other than the mounted medicine, this device can be managed even if the medicine has a shape that cannot be stored in the medicine hangar.
In one aspect of the present invention, the medicine management device may further include a movable base on which the device main body is placed.
The “movable pedestal” refers to equipment that serves as a pedestal for moving a chemical management apparatus body such as a cart. By making the medicine management device movable, the device can be easily installed in a place where medicine management is required.
In one aspect of the present invention, when the detection mechanism detects a loading / unloading operation for the mounted medicine, the control unit may display the name of the mounted medicine that is the target of the operation on the display unit in real time.
When the medicine handler performs the loading / unloading operation of the mounted medicine, the medicine handler can immediately confirm whether or not the mounting medicine targeted for loading / unloading is a desired mounting medicine by the display unit. Therefore, it is effective in preventing the loading and unloading mistake of the mounting chemical by the chemical handler. In addition, the name of the mounted medicine that has been delivered may be notified by voice.
In one aspect of the present invention, the chemical management apparatus further includes a non-mounted product identification information detection device that reads non-mounted product identification information given in advance to the non-mounted product, and the loading / unloading non-mounted product input unit The product identification information detection device may accept the input by reading the non-mounted product identification information.
“Non-mounted product identification information” refers to information for uniquely identifying a non-mounted product, such as an identification number or a barcode. This information may be identification information based on a standard such as JAN (Japan Article Number), or may be identification information set locally only in a hospital, for example. The “non-mounted product identification information detection device” may be a detection device such as a barcode reader. This makes it easier to input / output goods for unmounted products.
In one aspect of the present invention, the medicine management device has a medicine handler ID recording unit that records a medicine handler ID assigned to identify a medicine handler on a recording medium, and a medicine that accepts input of the medicine handler ID. The communication unit further includes a function of receiving patient information from an external database that stores patient information, which is information related to the patient. Based on the medicine handler ID corresponding to the medicine handler who performed the warehousing operation and the received patient information, the loading / unloading medicine information may be recorded.
By recording the loading / unloading medicine information on the basis of information indicating which medicine handler has performed loading / unloading operation of the mounting medicine for which patient, the loading / unloading situation of the mounting medicine can be grasped more accurately. In addition, with respect to the relatively expensive packaging chemicals, since there is a record of the chemical handler who performed the entry / exit operation, there is also an effect in terms of security. It is also useful for tracking the usage status of mounted chemicals that were later subject to entry / exit. The same effect can be obtained not only for the mounted medicine but also for the non-mounted product if the entrance / exit management is performed based on the medicine handler ID and the patient information.
In one aspect of the present invention, the loading / unloading mounted medicine information recording unit includes a function of recording replenishment history information that is information related to replenishment of mounted medicine, and usage history information that is information related to the mounted medicine used in a predetermined period. You may further provide at least any one of the functions to record.
The mounted chemicals replenished in the chemical hangar are either used, returned, or lost due to damage, disposal, loss, etc. Is not limited. By recording information not only on the loading / unloading medicine information but also on such replenishment history and usage history, it is possible to manage the inventory of the mounting medicine more accurately. If not only mounting chemicals but also non-mounting products are recorded in the same manner, the same effects can be obtained. Further, the communication unit may further be able to transmit these replenishment history information and usage history information to an external database.
In an aspect of the present invention, the entry / exit unmounted product input unit may further accept an input for each set article in which one or more unmounted products are combined into one set.
A “set article” is a module in which a plurality of non-mounting medicines and medical materials that are typically used in accordance with a certain surgical purpose are grouped. The set article may be classified for each department, for example. Since the chemical handler can handle such non-mounted products that are typically used in a lump, management becomes easier. As a result, it is effective in reducing human errors such as take-out errors, input errors, and billing errors. In addition, even in the same operation, it is difficult for a situation in which the contents of the drugs selected by the drug handler to differ greatly, so that it is possible to standardize medical treatment called a “clinical path (critical path)”. Also contribute.
The apparatus may further include a set article definition input unit that accepts an input for newly defining a set article by a medicine handler.
If a medicine handler can define a set item, for example, the set item can be used according to the circumstances of a hospital or a medical department, so that medicine management is further facilitated.
In addition, the apparatus further includes a quantity change input unit that accepts an input about a quantity change of the non-mounted product included in the set article by the medicine handler, and the quantity of the loading / unloading non-mounted product input unit is further changed. You may receive the input about set goods.
In an actual medical field, it may not always be appropriate to use the set article as it is. For example, in some surgeries, it may be assumed that a particular infusion is needed more than usual. In such a case, the medicine handler can select the medicine according to the situation by changing the quantity of the non-mounted products included in the set article. Especially, since the quantity is changed according to the situation based on the set goods, it is easier to input than selecting the necessary chemicals from the field, and it is also effective in suppressing human error. is there.
In addition, when the quantity change input unit receives an input about the quantity change, the control unit may cause the display unit to display the target non-mounted product by a display method different from the normal display.
When the chemical handler changes the quantity of the non-mounted product included in the set article, the chemical handler will notify the change by changing from the number set in the standard as the definition of the set article. Can be easily recognized. The display different from the normal display may be a display that can alert the drug handler by a change in color, font, or the like. In addition to the display, notification may be made by voice.
In one aspect of the present invention, the medicine management device may further include an operation history information generation unit that generates operation history information that is information related to an operation history of a medicine handler and records the operation history information on a recording medium.
In one aspect of the present invention, the medicine management device further includes a surgery identification information detection device that reads the surgery identification information given for each surgery to be performed on the patient, and the communication unit further includes the read surgery identification information as The content information corresponding to the read surgical identification information may be received from an external database that stores the content information of the surgical operation corresponding to the surgical identification information.
“Surgery identification information” refers to information for uniquely identifying a surgery to be performed, such as an identification number or a barcode. “Surgery identification information detection device” refers to a detection device such as a barcode reader. If the medicine management device acquires the operation identification information, it can acquire detailed information about the corresponding operation from the database using this information as a clue.
In a certain aspect of the present invention, when the set article is delivered, the medicine management device further performs the medicine when the unmounted product identical to the unmounted product included in the set article to be delivered is delivered.
FIG. 5 shows a

FIG. 6 shows a

The entry / exit
The
When one nurse is working and another nurse interrupts and works, the interrupting nurse touches the emergency interrupt
The
The set
The mounted

FIG. 8 shows a
The

FIG. 9 shows a
