Description

Detailed Description of the Invention

The present invention relates to a paper for a pressure-sensitive paper sheet used when preparing a pressure-sensitive paper sheet that can be used for DM, postcards, reciprocal postcards, sealed letters, and the like. For details, although it looks like normal DM, postcards, reciprocal postcards, and sealed letters, the sheets folded in multiple layers are peelably stacked so that a large amount of information can be concealed. Regarding paper.

Recently, in postal matters such as postcards, pressure-sensitive paper sheets that fold a plurality of connected leaf pieces on which information is described so that a large amount of information can be mailed in a concealed state are frequently used.
Such a pressure-sensitive paper sheet is formed by, for example, cutting a printed paper on which a plurality of pressure-sensitive paper sheets are printed into individual pressure-bonded paper sheets, and then folding each leaf piece so that any opposing surface can be peeled off (hereinafter referred to as pseudo). (Refer to Patent Document 1, for example).

However, the method requires a large-scale printing machine, cutting machine, folding machine, etc., and is not suitable for an individual to produce a small number of crimped paper sheets.
Therefore, the present applicant has proposed Japanese Patent Application No. 2001-296979 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-103967) “Clip Paper Sheet Manufacturing Device for Cut Paper” as a device for manufacturing such paper sheets corresponding to such a small number. This has made it possible for individuals to produce a small number of crimped paper sheets by on-demand printing with toner.
According to the manufacturing apparatus, the A5 size paper (which is exactly double the postcard size) printed on both sides with a printer or the like is folded in half to produce a crimped postcard. However, even if a crimped postcard is generally manufactured with A5 size paper, there are strict rules regarding the finished dimensions and weight according to the postal method, and it is impossible for a real amateur to select a paper that satisfies the rules.
In addition, A5 size paper is printed by the printer one by one, but the printing cost for the printer is calculated by the number of sheets passed regardless of the size of the paper to be printed.
Therefore, a person who manufactures a pressure-sensitive paper sheet wants to manufacture a low-cost pressure-sensitive paper sheet by on-demand printing corresponding to a small number of copies, if possible, without being bothered by the provisions of the Postal Law.
In view of such problems, the present invention is compatible with a small number of crimped paper sheets manufactured by individuals, and is not bothered by the selection of paper satisfying strict regulations (such as paper dimensions and weight) of the postal law, The present invention provides a sheet for a pressure-sensitive paper sheet that can be manufactured at a low cost from a single sheet at a low cost.

In order to solve the above problems, the pressure-sensitive paper sheet according to the present invention is a pressure-bonding method in which a plurality of leaf pieces connected via a fold line are folded and any opposing surfaces are peeled and integrated via a pseudo-adhesive means. It is characterized in that a plurality of paper sheets are connected.

The normal dimensions in the normal postcard are 14 cm to 15.4 cm for the long side, 9 cm to 10.7 cm for the short side, and 2 g to 6 g for the specified weight. When using pressure-bonded paper sheets as normal postcards, the final dimensions and weight after folding must satisfy the above-mentioned regulations.
For example, when a double postcard size paper is folded in two and the opposite surfaces are pseudo-bonded, if an A5 size paper is used, the size is 148 mm × 210 mm, so if it is folded in half, it becomes 148 mm × 105 mm. And if the weight is selected from 110kg or 90kg paper, the size and weight satisfy the above-mentioned regulations.

In the example of the A5 size, two sheets of folded postcard paper can be taken for A4 size paper, and four sheets can be taken for A3 size paper. As described above, since a plurality of sheets of pressure-bonded paper can be printed in a single printing operation, the printing unit price of one sheet of pressure-sensitive paper is discounted and distributed. In other words, if the printing fee is 100 yen to print one A5 size bi-fold postcard sheet as it is, even if four sheets are printed on the A3 size with four bi-fold postcard sheets connected, it will be 100 yen. Printing fee (calculation of 100 yen for one pass regardless of the size of the paper), so the printing fee per sheet is 25 yen, which is a quarter.

The present invention provides such a paper for pressure-bonded paper sheets in which a plurality of postcard papers and the like are connected. However, if the following processing is added, the creation and use of the paper becomes more convenient. .
For example, if the A4 size paper can be divided into two A5 sizes, and if it is A3 size, it can be divided into four parts in advance. It is convenient to be separated.
In addition, since it is folded in half, it is convenient to fold it by hand if the folding line portion is processed in advance with a folding line or a folding sewing machine.
With this type of processing, paper for pressure-sensitive paper sheets can be easily printed by individuals using a double-sided full-color laser printer or double-sided full-color copy that has recently become popular in the home. it can.
Of course, the pressure-sensitive paper sheet of the present invention is not limited to the A size. For example, when a non-standard size is required, the size may be selected from B size, chrysanthemum size, forty-six size, etc., and in some cases, a deformed size may be selected.

The paper for pressure-sensitive paper sheets that has been printed and separated individually is folded, for example, by hand. Then, the opposing surfaces to be concealed are pseudo-adhered by various pseudo-adhesive means. A known method can be adopted as the pseudo-adhesive means. For example, a pseudo-adhesive laminate in which a heat-sensitive adhesive layer is provided on both outer sides of two films laminated so as to be peelable is inserted between opposing surfaces, and a heat roller The whole can be integrated so as to be peelable by performing a heating and pressurizing process.
There is no restriction | limiting in the layer structure etc. of the said pseudo adhesion laminated body. In addition, the heat-sensitive adhesive layer may be redesigned into a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a pressure-sensitive (responding to high pressure) adhesive layer, a moisture-sensitive adhesive layer, or the like. Just give it.

As the pseudo-adhesive means, in addition to the pseudo-adhesive laminate, it is also possible to use paper that exhibits pseudo-adhesiveness by a strong pressure called “crimp paper” in the industry. This pressure-sensitive paper is made by, for example, applying a pseudo-adhesive medium mainly composed of natural rubber or synthetic rubber to which various additives are added, and is folded after printing on the pressure-bonded paper thus produced. When the opposing surfaces are pressed with a pressure roller or the like, pseudo bonding is performed.

Further, as another pseudo-adhesive means, a method of applying a pseudo-adhesive medium to the planned pseudo-adhesive surface of the paper for pressure-bonded paper sheets after printing is also possible. As pseudo-adhesive media, there are already those that use UV curable varnish or natural rubber-based or synthetic rubber-based glue, and the pseudo-adhesive surfaces coated with such pseudo-adhesive media face each other. Then, pseudo adhesion can be achieved by applying heat, pressure or pressure treatment through a heat roller or the like.

Furthermore, as another pseudo-adhesive means, a paper in which a synthetic resin is mixed into paper fibers can be suitably used. An example of such a paper is a trade name “Poxus” manufactured by Nippon Pulp & Paper Corporation. This paper can be pseudo-bonded by performing printing and folding, passing through a heat roller or the like, and applying heat and pressure.

When folding the paper for crimping paper, if the fold line is slightly shifted from the center of the connected leaf pieces, the opposing leaf pieces do not completely match even when folded, and there is a step along the opening edge. Arise. If this step is used as the beginning of peeling, anyone can easily open the pressure-sensitive paper sheets.
Further, if a notch is provided in the corner of the leaf piece to be peeled, the step formed at that portion can be used as the beginning of the peeling. This notch may be cut off in advance at the paper stage, and when the leaf piece is folded, a step may be formed inevitably. It may be used by arbitrarily cutting off at the time of creation. Alternatively, the cut-out portion may be formed without cutting off, and the perforation may be bent and broken for opening to form a slit and peel from the portion.

If the paper for pressure-sensitive paper sheets of the present invention is used, it is possible to automatically print the pressure-sensitive paper sheets that satisfy the regulations of the Postal Law without waste simply by printing using a general printer. .
After printing on multiple sheets of crimped leaf documents in a single printing, it can be easily separated by hand, cut into single postcard paper, folded, and then subjected to a known simple pseudo-adhesion treatment, making it inexpensive even for amateurs. A small number of pressure-sensitive paper sheets can be easily manufactured at a low cost with a printing fee.
By using the step which is the beginning of peeling, the recipient can easily open and peel the pressure-sensitive paper sheets and immediately check the contents.

Hereinafter, the paper for pressure-sensitive paper sheets of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

First, the pressure-bonded paper sheets that can be produced using the present invention will be specifically described along a very simple example.
FIG. 1 shows an example of the most basic two-fold postcard in the present invention. FIGS. 4A and 4B respectively show a front view and a back view of a folded paper sheet S having an A5 size with a long side of 210 mm and a short side of 148 mm, and a weight of about 90 to 110 kg in terms of 46-size. When this sheet is folded from a substantially central folding machine 3 (not necessarily displayed but can be replaced with a folding line or the like), the long side is 105 mm and the short side is 148 mm, so that the specified dimensions and weight described above are satisfied. Satisfied.
As shown in FIG. 3A, the folded folded postcard sheet S has a postcard display and a postal code column on the surface of the left leaf piece 1 with a folding sewing machine 3 positioned substantially in the center. In the lower right corner of the surface, a cutout portion K that is the beginning of peeling is provided with an indication of “OPEN”. The display on the front surface of each of the leaf pieces 1 and 2 may be printed in advance, but the address name 4 of the addressee on the surface of the leaf piece 1 and the folded name shown in FIG. You may print with a printer etc. with the personal information 5 (general information may be sufficient) etc. of the back of each leaf piece concealed. Various information may also be printed on the surface of the leaf piece 2.

This two-folded postcard paper S is folded in half so that the back side of each leaf piece 1, 2 on which personal information 5 is written is opposed to the folding sewing machine 3, and is pseudo-adhered by the above-mentioned pseudo-adhesive means. . When the leaf pieces 1 and 2 are folded and face each other, the two leaf pieces do not completely coincide with each other by the cutout portion K, and a step is formed at the corner. Since the finished dimensions and weight meet the regulations of the Postal Code, they are usually posted at a postcard fee.
The recipient of this folded postcard can easily open and confirm the contents according to the indication “OPEN” printed in the lower corner of the leaf piece 2 with the step formed by the notch K as the beginning of peeling. it can.

If the folding sewing machine 3 is slightly shifted from the center, the size of the leaf pieces 1 and 2 is different, and when folded, the side end portions do not completely match and a step is generated. This step also has the same effect as the step of the cutout portion K. Therefore, if it is used as the beginning of peeling, the recipient can open it very easily and is more convenient.
Needless to say, the dimensions after folding must be within a range that matches the postal code.

FIG. 2 shows a sheet S1 for pressure-bonded paper sheets in which two sheets S for pressure-bonded paper in FIG.
The dimensions are A4 size (A5 × 2 times), the long side is 297 mm, the short side is 210 mm, and the weight is about 90 to 110 kg in terms of 46 format.
This crimped paper sheet S1 is printed as it is on the two folded postcards with a printer or the like, or the two folded postcards from the micro-sewing machine 6 are divided by hand, and each of the two folded postcards is printed. What is necessary is just to pseudo-bond each later. The method of creating these two folded postcards is in accordance with the method described above.

FIG. 3 shows a sheet S2 for pressure-bonded paper sheets in which four sheets S for pressure-bonded paper in FIG. 1 are attached via micro-sewing machines 7 and 8.
The dimensions are A3 size (A5 × 4 times), the long side is 420 mm, the short side is 297 mm, and the weight is about 90 to 110 kg in terms of 46-size.
This crimped leaf document sheet S2 can be printed as it is on a four-fold postcard with a printer or the like, or the two-fold postcards from the micro-sewing machines 7 and 8 can be divided by hand, and individual two-fold postcards can be printed. After that, each may be pseudo-bonded, but all the detailed methods are the same as described above.

4 and 5, the Z3 folded postcard paper t1 in which the leaf pieces 11, 12, and 13 are connected in the horizontal direction through the folding sewing machines 14 and 15 is connected in the vertical direction through the micro sewing machines 16 and 17. A front view and a back view of the sheet S3 for pressure-sensitive paper sheets are shown. In this embodiment, the notch K is provided on the leaf piece 13.
Since the sheet S3 for pressure-bonded paper sheets is A3 size, each of the Z-trifold postcard paper t1 has a long side of 297 mm and a short side of 140 mm. Since the long side is roughly divided into three equal parts, the final Z-folded size is 140 mm long and the short side is almost 99 mm. Satisfy the regulations.
The sheet S3 for pressure-bonded sheets is printed with the address of the recipient, personal information, etc. at predetermined positions on the front and back surfaces by a printer or the like, and then the three Z-folded postcard sheets t1 are divided from the micro-sewing machines 16 and 17. 5 is folded in a Z-shaped cross section so that the display of “postcard” printed on the left edge of the back side of the leaf 12 shown in FIG. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the back surfaces of the leaf sides 11 and 12 and the front surfaces of the leaf sides 13 and 12 are pseudo bonded by the pseudo bonding means G. In this case, as shown in the figure, the size of the leaf pieces 11 and 12 inevitably causes a step. Therefore, if the cutout portion K is provided in the leaf piece 13 as in the present embodiment, the cutout portion K is not necessarily provided in the leaf piece 11. However, the cutout portion K may be provided in the leaf piece 11 as well.

In FIGS. 7 and 8, three fold reciprocating postcard sheets t2 in which the leaf pieces 21, 22, 23 are connected in the horizontal direction via the folding sewing machines 24, 25 are connected in the vertical direction through the micro sewing machines 26, 27. The front view and the back view of the crimped paper sheet S4 are respectively shown. The notch K is provided in the leaf piece 21 forming the outgoing postcard.
Since the pressure-sensitive paper sheet S4 is A3 size, each of the folded and reciprocating postcard paper t2 has a long side of 297 mm and a short side of 140 mm. Since the long side is roughly divided into three equal parts, the final size of the folded sheet is 140 mm for the long side and 99 mm for the short side. Satisfy the regulations.
The paper S4 for pressure-bonded sheets is printed on a micro-sewing machine 26, 27 to 3 after the recipient's address name, sender's address name, personal information, etc. are printed at predetermined positions on the front and back surfaces by a printer or the like. The folded reciprocating postcard paper t2 is divided, and the back surfaces of the leaf sides 21 and 22 are pseudo-adhered by the pseudo-adhesive means G as shown in FIG. 9, and the leaf sides 23 are wound and folded in a connected form. Then, it is posted as a regular double-page postcard as a whole.
The recipient can easily peel and open the cutout portion K provided on the leaf piece 21 of the outgoing postcard.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the said Example.
For example, in this embodiment, the A column is basically used as a size corresponding to a general printer, but it goes without saying that a wide format size is included therein. The wide size is a size that can display the regular A row size registration marks (registration for cutting). For example, the A3 wide has a long side of 469 mm and a short side of 318 mm, and A3 (long side is 420 mm, short side is 297 mm). It is one size larger than the size.
Regardless of postcards, use envelopes A or other sizes (column B, chrysanthemum, syllabary, etc.) to lay out multiple envelopes and other non-standard crimped paper sheets, DM, etc. It can also be used for various promotional tools.
Furthermore, it is not always necessary to provide a micro-sewing machine, folding machine, notch, notch perforation, etc., and it is also possible to display register lines, registration marks, marks, etc. inconspicuously. You may print partially without doing.

The cutout portion K of the present invention may employ a perforation M for cutting as shown in FIG. In such a case, a postcard may be created after the corner portion is cut off in advance from the perforation M at the time of creating the postcard, and the cutout portion K is formed. The corner portion with the eyes M may be bent to break the perforation to form slit-like cuts, which may be bent from the slits and easily peeled and opened.
In addition, when employ | adopting the said perforation M, it is applicable also to the form in FIG. In that case, for example, as shown in FIG. 10 (B) corresponding to FIG. 3, the cutout portion and the cut-out portion (the cutout portion of the upper left bi-fold postcard paper in FIG. 3) are eliminated, and the whole is formed by the perforation M. It becomes paper for paper sheets.
Further, the cutout portion K is not necessarily provided at the leaf piece corner, and may be formed at any portion (for example, the center) of the edge to be opened. Further, the shape is not necessarily formed by a straight line, and may be a curve or a combination of a curve and a straight line.
