Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an improvement in an automatic blood collection tube preparation system that can automatically prepare a blood collection tube necessary for examination of a patient based on an order from a doctor.
After collecting blood, if you do not add any information to identify the patient, you will not know from which patient the blood is collected. The blood collection tube after blood collection can be identified by filling in or the like.
In recent years, a vacuum blood collection tube is used in most cases. This vacuum blood collection tube contains a reactive agent, a treatment liquid, and the like in advance. A vacuum blood collection tube is provided. Therefore, when blood is collected from a patient, a vacuum blood collection tube that can be used for examination of the patient must be selected in advance.
For this reason, before taking blood from a patient, a hospital staff such as a nurse selects a vacuum blood collection tube that can be used for examination of the patient in advance from a plurality of types of blood collection tubes. The name of the patient who should collect blood in the blood vessel is very complicated and it is forced to use a nerve.
In order to solve this problem, the applicant has already proposed an automatic blood collection tube preparation system capable of automating the preparation of blood collection tubes (see Patent Documents 1 and 2).
This automatic blood collection tube preparation system stores a plurality of types of blood collection tubes in the apparatus in advance, selects and collects blood collection tubes necessary for blood collection of the patient, and information on the patient corresponding to the removed blood collection tubes Is printed on a label and attached to a blood collection tube, and the blood collection tube after the label is attached is accommodated in a tray or bag for each patient.
With the automatic blood collection tube preparation system configured as described above, blood collection tubes necessary for patient examinations are put in a tray or the like for each patient with a label on which the patient name is printed. Preparations can be made automatically, eliminating the need for hospital staff to perform preparatory work prior to blood collection.
In addition, recent blood collection automatic preparation systems have not only blood collection tubes after labeling in trays, but also blood collection instructions and manual labeling for blood collection workers to check the contents of blood collection. It is configured to be.
The blood collection instruction and the manual label are issued by a label printer provided separately in the automatic blood collection tube preparation system. A label guide plate is attached between the label printer and a tray or the like containing the blood collection tube, and the label issued by the label printer slides on the label guide plate and enters the tray or the like. Yes.
However, in the above configuration, static electricity is generated when the blood collection instruction slides on the label guide plate, and the blood collection instruction stops on the label guide plate and is not stored in the tray, or from the label guide plate to the tray. There were various problems such as the label turning over when entering.
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described conventional problems and to provide an automatic blood collection tube preparation system capable of reliably and accurately placing a blood collection instruction and a hand-drawn label in a blood collection tube storage section such as a tray. Yes.
In order to achieve the above-described object, an automatic blood collection tube preparation system according to the present invention includes a plurality of blood collection tube storage units, and collects blood collection tubes corresponding to blood collection necessary for blood collection of a patient based on blood collection order information from a doctor. Take out the information from the blood vessel storage section, use the label printing / pasting means, print the information about the blood collection of the patient, attach it to the taken blood collection tube, transfer the blood collection tube after labeling to the blood collection tube collection section by the discharge means, and collect it. In the automatic blood collection tube preparation system configured to accommodate for each patient the blood collection tube after labeling in the blood vessel collection unit, a blood collection instruction issuance device that issues a blood collection instruction in which information on blood collection of the patient is printed, At least the instruction sheet discharge unit is provided above the blood collection tube collection unit, and an instruction sheet receiving unit is provided between the instruction sheet discharge unit of the blood collection instruction issuing device and the blood collection tube collection unit, The receiving means is composed of a frame, an instruction sheet receiving base provided slidably on the frame, and a regulating member fixed to the frame, and the instruction receiving board is issued from the regulating member After projecting to the device side and receiving a blood collection instruction on the projecting part, the instruction receiving base is slid so as to be retracted from the regulation member in a state where the movement of the blood collection instruction is regulated by the regulation member By doing so, the blood collection instruction sheet is released from the instruction sheet receiving table and dropped into the blood collection tube collection unit located directly below.
The blood collection tube collection unit may be, for example, a tray or a bag.
Of course, the blood collection instruction issuance device can issue a hand-attached label as necessary.
As described above, the automatic blood collection tube preparation system according to the present invention includes an instruction sheet receiving means between the instruction discharge section and the blood collection tube collection section of the blood collection instruction issuing device, and the instruction sheet receiving means, A frame body, an instruction sheet receiving table slidably provided on the frame body, and a regulating member fixed to the frame body, the instruction sheet receiving table projecting from the regulating member to the blood collection instruction sheet issuing device side Then, after receiving the blood collection instruction on the protruding part, in a state where the movement of the blood collection instruction is restricted by the restriction member, by sliding the instruction reception stand so as to be retracted from the restriction member, Since the blood collection instruction is released from the instruction cradle and dropped into the blood collection tube collection unit located directly below, the blood collection instruction can be reliably placed in the blood collection unit. Play.
In addition, after the movement of the blood collection instruction sheet is restricted by the restricting member, the instruction sheet receiving table 37 is removed by sliding the instruction sheet receiving table further, and is released from the instruction sheet receiving table 37 and directly below. The blood collection instruction is not turned over in the blood collection tube collection unit.
This makes it easier for a blood collection operator or the like to visually confirm the content of the blood collection instruction in the blood collection unit such as a tray and facilitates blood collection.
In addition, the blood collection instruction issuance device can issue a hand-pasted label as necessary, but as described above, the hand-pasted label surely enters the blood-collecting tube storage unit without being turned over. It becomes easy to perform manual pasting work.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of an automatic blood collection tube preparation system according to the present invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings.
1 is a front view of an embodiment of an automatic blood collection tube preparation system, FIG. 2 is a top view of the automatic blood collection tube preparation system shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a right side view of the automatic blood collection tube preparation system shown in FIG. It is.
As shown in the drawing, in this embodiment, the automatic blood collection tube preparation system is configured by arranging three blood collection tube preparation devices A, B, and C and one blood collection tube recovery device D in a horizontal row.
The blood collection tube preparation device A is configured to process a maximum of 8 types of blood collection tubes, and the blood collection tube preparation devices B and C are each configured to be capable of processing a maximum of 4 types of blood collection tubes. In the preparation device, the discharge conveyor is arranged so as to form one discharge passage when arranged in a horizontal row.
バーコードリーダE1は、読み込んだ情報を制御装置E(採血管自動準備システム全体を制御する上位コンピュータでもよく、各採血管準備装置Aに設けた制御装置でもよい。)
First, the configuration of the blood collection tube preparation apparatus A will be described.
FIG. 4 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the blood collection tube preparation device A, FIG. 5 is an enlarged view in a state in which one blood collection tube storage portion 1 provided in the blood collection tube preparation device A is pulled out, and FIG. The schematic top view of the part 1 is shown, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 4, the blood collection tube preparation apparatus A includes eight blood collection tube storage portions 1.
Each blood collection tube storage unit 1 includes two pulleys 1a and 1b and an endless conveyor 1c wound between the pulleys 1a and 1b. A partition plate 1d extending radially outward is held on the entire surface of the endless conveyor 1c in a state where one blood collection tube a is laid in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the conveyor 1c between the two partition plates. As shown in FIG.
The pulley 1a is rotationally driven by a
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the blood collection tube storage unit 1 is configured to be drawable along the slide rail 7, and the user pulls the blood collection tube storage unit 1 toward the front as necessary. Refill the blood collection tube.
In FIG. 5, the downward projecting member provided on the bottom surface of the blood collection tube storage unit 1 is a
When the drawn blood collection tube accommodating portion 1 is pushed into the blood collection tube preparation device A along the slide rail 7, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the blood collection tube preparation apparatus A is provided with a barcode reader E1.
Then, when refilling a blood collection tube into an arbitrary blood collection tube storage unit 1, the user causes the barcode reader E1 to read the barcode displayed on the surface of the outer box of the blood collection tube to be refilled. Currently, medical materials such as blood collection tubes are required to be displayed in the EAN-128 barcode system in the outer packaging box and packaging unit of medical materials in order to rationalize logistics management and order management. Therefore, a barcode is also displayed on the storage case of the blood collection tube to be replenished, and this barcode includes information on the type of blood collection tube.
The barcode reader E1 sends the read information to the control device E (which may be a host computer that controls the entire automatic blood collection tube preparation system or a control device provided in each blood collection tube preparation device A).
The control device E includes a storage unit (not shown), and each storage tube storage unit and the type of the blood collection tube stored therein are stored in association with each other.
The control device E collates information about the type of blood collection tube input from the barcode reader E1 with previously registered information, and collects a blood collection tube containing a blood collection tube that matches the type of blood collection tube input from the barcode reader E1. The motor 9c of the

At present, information on the medical material is displayed in a barcode on the outer packaging box of the medical material. For example, when this is changed to another storage medium such as a wireless tag, the barcode reader E1 Of course, the control device E can be appropriately changed according to the type of the storage medium.
In this way, the type of blood collection tube to be accommodated in the blood collection tube accommodating unit 1 is registered in the storage means of the control device E in advance, and the barcode displayed in advance on the outer box of the blood collection tube to be replenished is read by the barcode reader. And the control device E performs collation to release only the
In addition, when the lock is released, the blood collection tube storage unit 1 is configured to be pushed out a little by the action of the push pin 9b, so that the user can know at a glance which blood collection tube storage unit 1 should be supplemented with the blood collection tube. Therefore, the replenishment work becomes very easy.
As shown in FIG. 4, the blood collection tube storage unit 1 configured as described above is arranged substantially horizontally in an eight-tiered manner.

The direction detection sensor 11b is disposed above the standby roll 11a. The sensor 11b detects the direction of the blood collection tube a on the standby roll 11a and sends the information to the printer 11c.
The printer 11c prints necessary information on the label in accordance with the direction of the blood collection tube a based on the information input from the sensor 11b. Based on information from the control device E, information necessary for blood collection of the patient is printed on the label in characters and barcode.
On the other hand, after the direction of the blood collection tube a is detected by the sensor 11b, the standby roll 11a rotates, and the blood collection tube a is dropped from the standby roll 11a onto the pressurization table 11g. The blood collection tube a is supported at three points by a pressure table 11g, a sticking roller 11f, and an

Next, the configuration of the blood collection tube preparation devices B and C will be described. Since the blood collection tube preparation devices B and C have the same configuration, only the configuration of the blood collection tube preparation device B will be described here.
FIG. 8 is a schematic cross-sectional view of the blood collection tube preparation apparatus B.
As shown in FIG. 8, the blood collection tube preparation apparatus B includes four blood collection

Next, the configuration of the blood collection tube collection device D arranged side by side with the above-described blood collection tube preparation devices A to C will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the blood collection tube collection device D is provided with a
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 9, the

In this state, the blood collection tube a is rotated by rotating the blood collection
The
If there is no problem as a result of the collation, the control device E rotates the blood collection
If there is a problem as a result of the collation, that is, if the information read by the
Thus, not only the blood collection tube preparation devices A to C are operated by the control device E based on the order from the doctor, but also immediately before the blood collection tube a processed by the blood collection tube preparation devices A to C is placed in the tray T ( In this embodiment, by comparing with the order information from the doctor just above the tray T, there is a mistake in processing by the blood collection tube preparation apparatuses A to C and an error in putting the blood collection tube a after processing into the tray T. It can be completely prevented and more accurate preparation of blood collection tubes becomes possible.
Further, after the labeling, the blood collection tube a is transported to a position just above the tray T in the state where it is placed in the blood collection

If there is a problem as a result of the collation, that is, if the information read by the
The above-described process is repeated until all hand-pasted labels are issued when hand-pasted labels are required.
In this manner, not only the blood collection tube preparation devices A to C are operated by the control device E based on the order from the doctor, but also immediately before the blood collection instruction (and the hand-pasted label if necessary) is placed in the tray T, By collating the order information from the doctor with the contents of the blood collection instruction (and hand-pasted label if necessary), it is possible to completely prevent misprinting by the instruction issuance device, and more accurately prepare blood collection tubes become.
