Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle door structure, and more particularly to a synthetic resin vehicle door structure.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a vehicle door made of a synthetic resin is known because of the need for weight reduction and production efficiency improvement. When the door is made of synthetic resin, the flexible member is placed inside the door, specifically the door outer panel, so that the broken door pieces are not scattered or the door is not dropped in the event of a vehicle collision. It is performed between door inner panels (for example, refer to the following Patent Document 1).
On the other hand, a vehicle door, particularly a back door, is generally equipped with many electrical components such as a brake lamp, a wiper motor, and a license plate lamp. Electrical equipment usually requires grounding, but if it is a metal door such as a steel plate, the door body has conductivity, so it can be grounded relatively simply by simply connecting it to the door body. .
However, when the back door is formed of a synthetic resin as described in Patent Document 1, since the synthetic resin is a non-conductor, the electrical component cannot be grounded in the same manner as a metal back door. It is necessary to separately provide a grounding conductor connected to a conductive member such as a hinge that is a connecting portion between the back door and the vehicle body in the back door. However, as described above, when a synthetic resin back door is used, if it is necessary to provide a flexible member for preventing scattering at the time of a collision, the flexible member and the grounding are provided inside the back door. Both the conductor and the conductor are provided, and there is a problem that the cost of the back door is increased and the assembling workability of the back door is deteriorated. Although it is conceivable to route the ground wire of the electrical component to the vehicle body, a process such as holding a long ground wire is required when assembling the back door, and it is difficult to say that the assembly workability is good.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and the problem is that the flexible member provided inside the synthetic resin door is used as a ground for electrical components in order to prevent scattering in the event of a collision. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a synthetic resin door with low cost and good assembling workability.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration. That is, the first configuration of the present invention is as follows.
The vehicle is made of non-conductive synthetic resin and has one end swingably supported via a hinge member provided near the edge of the opening to open and close the opening formed in the vehicle body. In the door structure,
The inside of the door has conductivity, one end is fixed to the hinge portion and the other end is fixed to a predetermined portion inside the door, and is electrically connected to the vehicle body via the hinge portion. A flexible member is provided,
The ground wire of the electrical component provided in the door is electrically connected to the flexible member.
According to the above configuration, the flexible member provided inside the synthetic resin door prevents the door pieces from scattering when the door breaks during a collision or the like, and the flexible member is provided on the door. It also functions as a ground for electrical components. Accordingly, there is no need to separately provide a flexible member for preventing scattering and a grounding member for electrical components inside the door, and it is possible to provide a resin door with low cost and good assembling workability.
The second configuration of the present invention is as follows:
The predetermined portion inside the door to which the other end of the flexible member is fixed is a lock member that keeps the door closed.
When the door is in the closed state, the flexible member is electrically connected to the vehicle body via the lock member.
According to said structure, when a door is in a closed state, a flexible member is electrically connected to a vehicle body via the both ends. Therefore, the electrical component provided on the door can be more reliably grounded. Similarly, when the door is in the closed state, one end of the flexible member is connected to the vehicle body via the hinge member and the other end is connected to the vehicle body via the lock member. It can be increased.
The third configuration of the present invention is:
The flexible member is fixed to the door panel inside the door,
The ground wire is fastened and fixed to the fixing portion of the flexible member to the door panel.
According to the above configuration, when assembling the door, the flexible member can be fixed to the door panel and the ground wire can be fixed to the flexible member in one step, thereby improving the door assembly workability. I can do it.
The fourth configuration of the present invention is as follows.
The door is a back door that is swingably supported via a hinge member provided at an upper edge of an opening provided in a rear portion of the vehicle body.
According to the above configuration, the grounding function of the flexible member is effectively performed for many electrical components with respect to the back door that is usually equipped with more electrical components than the side door. Moreover, since the flexible member is supported via the hinge member provided above, the back door can be prevented from falling when the back door is broken.
According to the present invention, a low-cost and easy-to-assemble synthetic resin door can be obtained by combining a flexible member provided inside a synthetic resin door with a ground for electrical components to prevent scattering in the event of a collision. Can be provided.
Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a door structure to which the present invention is applied as viewed from the rear in a state where the door structure is provided in a vehicle. The present invention is applied to a back door 1 of a vehicle. As is well known, the back door 1 swings in the vertical direction via two
As will be described later, the back door 1 is composed of a non-conductive inner panel 11 (not shown in FIG. 1) formed of a synthetic resin and a non-conductive
The back door 1 composed of the
Further, in a space defined between the
The high-
A
Such joint fastening is similarly performed between the
Therefore, for example, even if the back door 1 is damaged at the time of rear-end collision of the vehicle, the
In addition, the
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. . For example, in this embodiment, the electrical components connected to the
