Abstract
【解決手段】ポリ塩化ビフェニル異性体分析用の混合標準液であって、キャピラリーカラムにおいて、置換塩素数毎に最初と最後に溶出するポリ塩化ビフェニル異性体、ならびに環境試料、燃焼試料、製品試料、および生体試料由来のポリ塩化ビフェニル異性体を含み、総異性体数が50〜100種である前記混合標準液。

Description
しかし、PCBは人体に悪影響を及ぼす物質であることが近年明らかになり、それは廃棄物の焼却によって生成するなど、環境汚染物質として社会的な問題となっている。
また、同社からEPA METHOD 1668A の標準液として主要27種のPCB異性体と35種の内部標準物質を混合した混合標準液が市販されている(非特許文献2)。そして非特許文献3には、溶出範囲確認用PCB標準液とPCB混合標準液を別個に測定してピークを確認する方法が記載されている。
また、PCB分析の前記ニーズの高まりから、近年さらに高精度のものを求める傾向にあるが、精度面においても、従来品では必ずしも十分満足できるものとはいえなくなってきている。さらにまた定量性についても、従来品では、65〜70%程度の定量性しか達成できず、これまた必ずしも満足できるものとはいえなくなってきている。このように簡便性、精度、定量性のいずれについても十分に満足できるPCB標準液が得られていないのが現状であり、これらの改善が強く希求されている。
また、本発明は、環境試料、燃焼試料、製品試料、および生体試料由来のポリ塩化ビフェニル異性体を含む、前記混合標準液に関する。

さらに、本発明は、13Cでラベルされた内部標準物質を含む、前記混合標準液に関する。
また、本発明は、32種の内部標準物質を含む、前記混合標準液に関する。
本発明のPCB異性体混合標準液は、実試料に多く含まれる異性体であるにも拘らず従来の標準液には含まれていなかった、環境試料、燃焼試料、製品試料、および生体試料由来の主要PCB異性体を同時に含むため、従来では目的別にしか分析することができなかった実試料を、本発明では目的を問わず一時に分析することができる。
また、従来のPCB異性体分析では、せいぜい65〜70%の定量性しか有さなかったのに対し、本発明のPCB異性体混合標準液は、総PCBを80%以上の精度で定量することを可能とする。
以上のように、本発明のPCB異性体混合標準液は、総PCBの簡便かつ高精度な分析を可能ならしめるという、従来品からは予測し得ない格別な効果を奏するものである。
また、内部標準物質の濃度としては、GC−MS測定における各異性体の感度および微量分析の観点から5〜100ng/mlが好ましく、10〜50ng/mlがより好ましい。
本発明の混合標準液を用いて分析できる実試料は、環境由来として大気、用水、排水および土壌等、燃焼由来として飛灰およびばいじん等、製品由来としてカネクロルおよびアロクロル等、PCB絶縁油、染料、生体由来として血液および唾液などが挙げられる。さらに、経時的に変化したPCB、代謝により変化したPCB、分解処理により変化したPCBをも分析することができる。
表2にはカネクロル、アロクロルの主成分を示した。
〔実施例1〕
PCB異性体混合標準液の調製
63種の各異性体を表1に示す濃度比で、10μg/mlまたは20μg/mlの濃度となるように、各異性体標準品をそれぞれの純度を考慮して秤量し、メスフラスコに入れ、ノナン溶媒で63種の標準原液を調製した。これら63種の標準原液を、各異性体が2または1μg/mlとなるようにメスフラスコで混合し、ノナン溶媒で異性体混合標準原液を調製した((1))。この異性体混合標準原液をノナン溶媒で希釈して、濃度の異なる(それぞれの異性体濃度が、(2)400または200ng/ml 、(3)100または50ng/ml 、(4)20または10ng/ml 、(5)4または2ng/ml 、(6)0.8または0.4ng/ml )5種類の異性体混合標準液を調製した。
そして、前記(2)から(6)の異性体混合標準液または(1)の異性体混合標準原液のそれぞれと内部標準混合液とを1:1の割合で混合し、表1に示す濃度のPCB異性体混合標準液を調製した。
Claims (6)
- ポリ塩化ビフェニル異性体分析用の混合標準液であって、キャピラリーカラムにおいて、置換塩素数毎に最初と最後に溶出するポリ塩化ビフェニル異性体を含み、総異性体数が50〜100種である前記混合標準液。
- 環境試料、燃焼試料、製品試料、および生体試料由来のポリ塩化ビフェニル異性体を含む、請求項1に記載の混合標準液。
