Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の冷却式ガスタービン羽根は鋳造された部分(11)と、金属板を成形加工することにより得られる縦スリーブ(14)とを有する。鋳造された部分(11)は各端部に第1開口(19)および第2開口(20)を有する縦空洞(16)を備える縦本体を含み、スリーブ(14)は第1開口(19)の壁面に堅く固定されることにより、空洞(16)内に取り付けられており、スリーブの一端(21)は、ガイド(20)を形成する第2開口内に滑り込み自在である。前記端部(21)はガイド(20)の横断寸法より細い寸法を有する部分(22)を含む。

Claims (8)
- 鋳造された部分(11)と、金属板を成形加工することにより得られる、冷却した空気流を誘導する縦スリーブ(14、14’、14’’)とを備える冷却式ガスタービンエンジン羽根であって、鋳造された部分(11)は、各端部に、空気を供給する第1開口(19)および排気する第2開口(20)を有する縦空洞(16)を備える縦本体を含み、スリーブ(14、14’、14’’)は第1開口(19)の壁面に固定されることにより、空洞(16)内に取り付けられており、スリーブの一端(21、21’、21’’)は、ガイド(20)を形成する第2開口(20)内に滑り込み自在であり、ガイド(20)により誘導される前記端部(21、21’、21’’)は空気流の通路断面の狭窄部(22、22’、22’’)を備えることを特徴とする、冷却式ガスタービンエンジン羽根。
- スリーブ(14、14’、14’’)は、溶接またはろう付けにより第1開口(19)の壁面に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の羽根。
- 狭窄部(22)はスリーブ(14)の端部を折り曲げることにより得られる、請求項1または2に記載の羽根。
- 折り曲げ部は曲線形状部分である、請求項3に記載の羽根。
- 狭窄部(22’)は、スリーブ(14’)の端部に開口(24’)を設けた調整プレート(23’)を締め付けることにより得られる、請求項1または2に記載の羽根。
- 狭窄部(22’’)は、円錐形のチューブ(23’’)を取り付けることにより得られ、この円錐チューブは、断面寸法は縮小しており、スリーブ(14’’)の端部から延びている、請求項1または2に記載の羽根。
- スリーブ(14、14’、14’’)には穴が設けられている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の羽根。
- 鋳造された部分が調整穴を備えている、請求項7に記載の羽根。
