Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an artificial turf, and more particularly to an artificial turf in which a filament is planted on a surface of a base cloth made of a rough cloth and the like, which has an excellent feeling of stepping and has an appearance similar to natural turf.
Artificial turf is easier to maintain than natural turf. For this reason, it is widely used for indoor and outdoor baseball fields, tennis courts, soccer fields, futsal courts, and the like. However, when artificial turf is stepped on with a shoe, multiple filaments (one by one material forming the turf leaf of the artificial turf) stepped on the shoe sole and applied with force from above fall in the same direction. Along with that, there is a problem that the shoes are also slid easily in the direction of lying down of the filament. Also, if the same part is stepped on many times, the filament may fall over and not return. Therefore, short filaments are generally used so that such a phenomenon is unlikely to occur, but such short filaments do not have a feeling of stepping on like natural turf.
In addition, when a pile falls by stepping on the shoe sole, an artificial turf that attaches a pile of a combination of flat filaments and thread filaments to the base fabric to suppress slipping of the shoe sole after falling Is also considered (see, for example, Patent Document 1). However, the artificial turf described in
There is also an artificial turf in which a high-cut pile having a predetermined color and a low loop pile having a different length from the predetermined color and having a length shorter than that of the high-cut pile are alternately planted (see, for example, Patent Document 2). This is intended to change the surface color of the part to the color of the low loop pile when stepping on the artificial turf, but the uprightness of the high cut pile is also reinforced by the loop pile. . However, although the artificial grass described in Patent Document 2 maintains the uprightness of the high-cut pile to a certain extent by reinforcing the low-loop, the high-cut pile and the low-loop pile fall together in the same direction when exceeding a predetermined value. Still, slipping is not prevented, and the length of both piles is short, so it does not have a feeling of stepping on like natural turf.
However, when manufacturing an artificial turf composed of a long turf filament and a short auxiliary filament as described in Patent Document 3, there are the following problems.
In general, artificial turf supplements a plurality of needles that move up and down, which are arranged perpendicular to the traveling direction of the base fabric, and a thread that is driven to swing in synchronization with the sewing needles and extends from the needles inserted into the base fabric. And a tufting machine including a cutter unit that cuts a yarn assembled to the looper. The length of the filament to be cut is determined by the descending amount of the sewing needle, the position of the looper and the cutter part. Therefore, it is necessary to change the descending amount of the sewing needle and the positions of the looper and the cutter unit for each filament in accordance with the lengths of the lawn filament and the auxiliary filament. For this reason, existing tufting machines cannot be used as they are, and new equipment is required.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide an artificial turf that prevents the artificial turf from falling in the same direction and has a feeling of depression similar to natural turf even with an existing tufting machine. Is to be able to do it.
The artificial turf of the present invention is twisted more than the first filament that is erected on the base fabric, the first pile that is erected on the base fabric, and that is composed of a plurality of first filaments. A second pile of a plurality of strong second filaments, wherein the lengths of the first filament and the second filament in the extended state are substantially the same.
According to such artificial grass, filaments with different twisting strength are used, so the filaments are oriented in various directions. When the filaments are stepped on with the shoes, all the filaments under the shoes are in the same direction. You will never fall asleep. There is also a variation close to natural grass. Furthermore, since the lengths in the stretched state of two types of filaments with different twists are substantially the same, when the filament is sewn into the base fabric by a tufting machine, the amount of lowering of the sewing needle, the position of the looper and the cutter part are determined by the filament It is not necessary to change depending on the type.
The first filament is preferably formed as follows. A step of forming a first twisted yarn by twisting a plurality of first monofilament bodies to form a first twisted yarn by further twisting a plurality of the first twisted yarns; Forming a first original fabric by knitting with a predetermined number of braids per unit length, heating the first original fabric, and knitting the heated first original fabric The filament is formed through the above. In addition, the second filament is preferably formed as follows. That is, a plurality of second monofilament bodies are twisted together to form a second twisted yarn, and a plurality of second twisted yarns are further twisted to form a second twisted yarn, A process of forming a second original fabric, a step of heating the second original fabric, and a heated second original material; A filament that is formed or formed through a process of unraveling the warp.
The monofilament body refers to a filament that is a bundle of one or a plurality of monofilaments that are cooled in a molten state from a yarn forming die.
By manufacturing in this way, the first filament and the second filament can be twisted, and further, the crystallinity of the first filament and the second filament can be increased by heating, and the dimensions can be increased. Stability can be given. Further, in the step of forming the second raw fabric, the number of braids per unit length of the second filament is made larger than the number of braids per unit length of the first filament, whereby the second filament Can be made stronger than the first filament.
The first filament is formed by performing a step of reheating the first original fabric after the step of heating the first original fabric and before the step of knitting the first original fabric. May be.
As described above, predetermined dimensional stability can be given to the first and second original fabrics by heating. By reheating only the first original fabric, the crystallinity of the first filament can be adjusted in a smaller direction, and the dimensional stability can be made weaker than that of the second filament. As a result, the twist of the first filament can be made weaker than that of the second filament.
It is preferred that the weight per unit length of the first pile and the second pile is substantially the same. According to this, the amount of filaments passed through one sewing needle of the tufting machine can be made the same, and uniform sewing can be performed.
The first pile and the second pile may be arranged in parallel in the same direction, and the first pile row and the second pile row may be spaced apart from each other. Such an artificial turf can be manufactured by passing either the first filament or the second filament corresponding to the row through each of the plurality of sewing needles when manufactured by a tufting machine.
The first pile row and the second pile row may be alternately arranged.
The first filament and the second filament are preferably made of a synthetic resin. As the synthetic resin, a vinylidene chloride copolymer, a vinylidene fluoride copolymer, polypropylene, a propylene copolymer, polyamide, or polyester can be suitably used.
It is preferable to provide a backing material film or layer on the base fabric surface opposite to the side where the first pile or the second pile is erected. The first pile or the second pile can be fixed to the base fabric by the backing material.
It is also preferable to provide an underpad on the base fabric via a backing material. The underpad can absorb the impact on the foot when you step on the artificial turf. The backing material is an adhesive resin, an adhesive resin dissolved in a solvent, or latex. The backing material film or layer is manufactured by coating, extrusion laminating or thermocompression laminating. As the adhesive resin, acrylic resin, methacrylic resin, acrylate resin, methacrylate resin, urethane resin, and epoxy resin can be suitably used. In addition, the suitable form of an underpad is an underpad which foamed resin, an underpad which provides many protrusions and dents, or an underpad which combined these.
In the method for producing artificial turf of the present invention, the first filament is preferably formed as follows. A plurality of first monofilament bodies are twisted together to form a first twisted yarn, and a plurality of the first twisted yarns are further twisted to form a first twisted yarn; and a first twisted yarn Forming a first original fabric by knitting with a predetermined number of braids per unit length, heating the first original fabric, and knitting the heated first original fabric And a first process for forming a first filament comprising: The second filament is preferably formed as follows. That is, a plurality of second monofilament bodies are twisted together to form a second twisted yarn, and a plurality of second twisted yarns are further twisted to form a second twisted yarn, A process of forming a second original fabric, a step of heating the second original fabric, and a heated second original material; A second process of forming a second filament including a step of knitting the anti-knitting, and a plurality of first filaments and a plurality of second filaments are sewn to the base fabric by a tufting machine. And a third process for standingly forming the first pile and the second pile.
According to such a manufacturing method, the first filament and the second filament can be twisted, and further, the crystallinity of the first filament and the second filament can be increased by heating, and the predetermined filament can be obtained. Dimensional stability can be provided. Further, in the step of forming the second raw fabric, the number of braids per unit length of the second filament is made larger than the number of braids per unit length of the first filament, whereby the second filament Can be made stronger than the first filament.
Further, the first process further includes a step of reheating the first original fabric after the step of heating the first original fabric and before the step of knitting the first original fabric. be able to.
As described above, predetermined dimensional stability can be obtained for the first and second original fabrics by heating, but the recrystallization of only the first original fabric reduces the crystallinity of the first filament. The direction stability can be adjusted to make the dimensional stability weaker than the second filament. As a result, the twist of the first filament can be made weaker than that of the second filament.
The weight per unit length of the first pile and the second pile is preferably substantially the same. According to this, the amount of filaments passed through one sewing needle of the tufting machine can be made the same, and uniform sewing can be performed.
The knitting in the step of forming the first original fabric and the step of forming the second original fabric can be performed by circular knitting. Since the circular knitting does not have a folded portion, the first cocoon yarn and the second cocoon yarn can be knitted uniformly, and a uniform twist can be formed by heating.
The first pile and the second pile can be arranged in parallel in the same direction, and the first pile row and the second pile row can be arranged apart from each other. By doing in this way, when manufacturing with a tufting machine, it can manufacture by passing either the 1st filament or the 2nd filament corresponding to a row to each of a plurality of sewing needles.
Further, the first pile row and the second pile row can be alternately arranged in parallel.
The first filament and the second filament are preferably formed of the synthetic resin.
As described above, since the artificial turf of the present invention does not fall down in one direction when stepped on, the shoe sole can be prevented from slipping and has a feeling of stepping on close to natural turf. In addition, since the lengths of the first filament and the second filament in the stretched state are substantially the same, the needle lowering amount is the same for all the sewing needles. Therefore, the existing tufting machine is also used. And increase in equipment cost can be prevented.
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The
Next, the manufacturing process of the
FIG. 2 is a process diagram showing a process of forming the
(S2)。 The compound is spun and formed through one or more discharge holes of the molding machine to form two types of first monofilament body and second monofilament body of desired thickness that are integrated during winding molding (S2). .
A plurality of first monofilament bodies and a plurality of second monofilament bodies are combined and twisted in the left direction (Z twist) to form a first twisted yarn and a second twisted yarn, and a plurality of first twisted yarns and second twisted yarns, respectively. Are twisted together to form a first mash yarn and a second mash yarn (S3). At this time, the numbers of the first twisted yarn and the second twisted yarn are adjusted so that the weights per unit length of the first and second twisted yarns are substantially equal.
(S4)。 The first mash yarn and the second mash yarn are twisted in the S direction so that the residual torque becomes small in an unloaded state (S4).
(S5)。 The first twisted yarn and the second twisted yarn are spun while applying a predetermined tension to the cone, thereby forming the first spindle yarn and the second spindle yarn (S5).
A circular knitting machine performs circular knitting in which the first spindle yarn and the second spindle yarn are continuously knitted in a certain direction to form a first original fabric and a second original fabric (S6). In this case, the first spindle yarn is knitted at a predetermined number of knittings per unit length, and the second spindle yarn is knitted more than the number of knittings per unit length of the first spindle yarn. Knit with. In the circular knitting, since there is no folded portion, the first spindle yarn and the second spindle yarn can be knitted by a certain knitting method, and each of the
The first original fabric and the second original fabric are put in a heat-setting kettle, and wet heat steam is introduced to perform first heating (S7). By this first heating, the plasticizer is removed from the resin that is the material of the first original fabric and the second original fabric, the crystallinity of the resin is increased, and the dimensional stability is increased.
Only the first original fabric is reheated (second heating) (S8). By this reheating, a part of the crystal of the resin material can be melted again, and the degree of crystallinity can be adjusted in a small direction, thereby reducing the dimensional stability.
The first original fabric that has undergone the first heating and the second heating, and the second original fabric that has undergone the first heating are knitted to form the
Next, a tufting process in which the
When the
Then, sewing is started on the
As described above, the
Thereafter, a
According to the present embodiment, two kinds of
When the
As a synthetic resin, a
When the
Furthermore, the artificial turf of this example also had excellent shock absorption performance. The result of comparing the ratio of rebound when the ball is dropped on the artificial turf of this embodiment with that of the conventional artificial turf is shown below.
As mentioned above, although preferred embodiment of this invention was described, it cannot be overemphasized that this invention is not limited to the said embodiment.
