Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an automotive insect repellent plate that is attached to an automobile so as to close a door window, and a method for attaching the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In hot seasons such as summer, such as when taking a nap in a car, it is very hard to sleep because the wind does not pass if the window is closed. However, if the window is opened, the wind will pass, but insects such as mosquitoes will enter the car and disturb sleep. In addition, although it is possible to cool by closing the window, cooling is bad for the health and wastes fuel, which also has an adverse effect on the environment.
[0003]
Thus, various automotive screen doors have been devised so as to be attached to the automobile so as to close the door window (for example, Patent Documents 1 to 3). The automobile screen door described in Patent Document 1 is a net knitted with a thread stretched on a shape retaining frame, and the shape retaining frame is fixed to the door sash from the inside by a hook-and-loop fastener.
[0004]
The screen door for automobiles described in Patent Document 2 also uses a mesh as in Patent Document 1, and covers the mesh on the door sash, and the lower end side is secured to the door from the outside by a magnet, and then the peripheral portion is made of rubber. The string is squeezed inside the door and stopped.
[0005]
The screen door for automobiles described in Patent Document 3 is the same as Patent Document 1, in which a net is stretched on a shape retaining frame, and an insertion portion that protrudes downward from the lower side portion of the shape retaining frame is inserted into the glass intrusion portion of the door. The upper side of the shape retaining frame is attached to the upper frame of the sash from the inside by a magnet sheet.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since all conventional screen doors for automobiles use a net with no thickness formed by knitting yarn, there is a problem that insects that have approached can easily enter. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to make the stitches smaller. However, the smaller the stitches, the worse the ventilation and the more complicated the processing.
[0008]
In addition, all of the conventional automobile screen doors use a net that cannot be retained by itself. The screen doors for automobiles of Patent Documents 1 and 3 need to be provided with a shape-retaining frame that matches the shape of the window, and this shape-retaining frame deteriorates the overall appearance. Furthermore, since the shape of the window varies depending on the vehicle type, it is very inefficient to make a shape-retaining frame for each of them and to put a net on the inside, and there is a problem that the manufacturing cost increases.
[0009]
The screen door for automobiles of Patent Document 2 has a drawback in that a net or a magnet is exposed to the outside of the door, although a separate frame for retaining the net is not required because the door sash is covered with the net. In addition, since these conventional screen doors for automobiles use fixtures such as magnets and hook-and-loop fasteners, there is a problem that the installation work becomes complicated.
[0010]
In view of such a conventional problem, the present invention can secure insect repellent without impairing ventilation, can be mounted in a good manner, can be easily and inexpensively manufactured, and can be easily prevented from being damaged. It is an object of the present invention to provide a window insect repellent plate and a method for attaching a window insect repellent plate that can be easily and quickly attached to an automobile.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides an insect repellent plate for an automobile window that is attached to the automobile 1 so as to close the window 6 of the door 4, and includes an insect repellent plate body 8 made of a synthetic resin and having a thickness capable of retaining a shape alone. A large number of ventilation holes 11 are formed in the insect-proof plate body 8 and occupy an area sufficient to ensure a predetermined ventilation amount, and the ventilation holes 11 are provided on the front end portion and the rear end portion over substantially the entire vertical direction. Is provided with non-ventilating portions 13 and 14 in which is not formed.
[0012]
In addition, the present invention provides a synthetic resin insect-repellent plate 7 having a thickness capable of retaining a single piece and having a large number of ventilation holes 11 attached to the automobile 1 so as to close the window 6 of the door 4. The upper edge of the insect-proof plate 7 is sandwiched from both sides in the inner and outer directions by the upper component of the window 6, and the lower edge is received from the lower by the lower component of the window 6.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 to 5 illustrate a first embodiment of the present invention. 1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes an automobile, which includes a front door 4 and a rear door 5 that open and close the door opening 3 on both left and right sides of the vehicle body 2. The front door 4 and the rear door 5 protrude from the door main bodies 4a and 5a, the sashes 4b and 5b provided above the door main bodies 4a and 5a, and the door main bodies 4a and 5a. , 5a and sashes 4b, 5b are provided with window glasses 4c, 5c for opening and closing each window 6. For example, the left and right front doors 4 are detachably mounted with insect repellent plates 7 inside the window glass 4c so as to close the windows 6.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the insect repellent plate 7 includes a semi-transparent synthetic resin insect repellent plate main body 8 and a reinforcing member 9 that reinforces the insect repellent plate main body 8 and is attached to the front door 4 or the like. Sometimes, the structural member around the window 6 and / or the sealing member 10 can seal the substantially entire circumference of the insect-protecting plate body 8.
[0015]
The insect-protecting plate body 8 has a thickness that can be retained by itself, has a shape that substantially corresponds to the shape of the window 6 of the front door 4, and a ventilation portion 12 in which a large number of ventilation holes 11 are formed, Non-ventilating portions 13 and 14 in which the ventilation holes 11 are not formed are provided. For example, a semi-transparent gray vinyl chloride plate having a thickness of 1.0 to 1.5 mm is used as the insect-repellent plate main body 8. As long as the outside can be seen through from the inside, it may be either transparent or translucent.
[0016]
Moreover, the thickness and / or material of the insect-control board main body 8 can also be changed suitably. Furthermore, you may use synthetic resin boards, such as a vinyl chloride board by which processing, such as an ultraviolet cut and an infrared cut, was given. The insect repellent plate body 8 may be opaque. Note that the insect-repellent plate body 8 is made of a rigid synthetic resin plate. Further, it is desirable to use a synthetic resin plate having heat resistance that can withstand temperature rise in the vehicle etc. for the insect-proof plate body 8.
[0017]
The insect-repellent plate main body 8 has, for example, an upper end edge, a front end edge, a lower end edge, and a rear end edge in accordance with the shape of the window 6 of the automobile 1. However, it is needless to say that it may be appropriately formed in accordance with the windows 6 of various automobiles 1.
[0018]
The ventilation portion 12 is provided, for example, over the entire vertical direction at the central portion in the front-rear direction excluding the front and rear ends of the insect-proof plate body 8, and a predetermined amount of ventilation can be obtained over substantially the entire insect-protection plate body 8. ing. The ventilation hole 11 is configured by a hole having a predetermined shape such as a round hole or a square hole, and the diameter thereof is the same as the thickness of the insect-protecting plate body 8 or slightly larger or slightly smaller than the thickness of the insect-protecting plate body 8. . Although the diameter of the ventilation hole 11 is selected within the range of 1.0-3.0 mm, for example, it may be outside this range depending on the size of the target insect. As a result of the ventilation hole 11 being a round hole having a diameter of 1.5 mm, no mosquitoes were allowed to enter. In addition, the ventilation holes 11 are distributed, for example, substantially evenly over the entire ventilation part 12, and are arranged, for example, at substantially equal intervals (for example, 2.5 to 4.5 mm pitch) vertically and horizontally.
[0019]
The non-ventilating portions 13 and 14 are provided on the front end portion and the rear end portion of the insect-proof plate body 8 over substantially the entire vertical direction. The front non-ventilating portion 13 is a see-through portion for allowing the driver to see through the side mirror (door mirror) 15 and has a front-rear width that allows the entire side mirror 15 to be seen through from the driver's seat. The rear non-ventilating portion 14 is formed in, for example, a strip shape in the vertical direction that is narrower than the front non-venting portion 13.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the insect-resisting board body 8 has an insertion portion 17 in which substantially the entire upper edge and rear edge thereof are inserted into the upper and rear attachment portions 16 of the window 6. . The mounting portion 16 is configured by a gap between the waterproof rubber (weather strip) 19 and the interior material 20 that is mounted between the upper and rear structural members of the window 6, for example, on the opening frame 18 side on the peripheral side of the door opening 3. The insect-protecting plate main body 8 is held by sandwiching the insertion portion 17 from both the inside and outside directions, and the insect-protecting plate main body 8 is sealed over substantially the entire upper edge and rear edge. The waterproof rubber 19 and the interior material 20 are continuously provided, for example, from the upper ceiling side of the window 6 to the rear center pillar 21 side, and the gap is formed continuously.
[0021]
A cap 17a made of, for example, a soft synthetic resin is attached to the upper end edge and the rear end edge of the insect-proof board main body 8 over substantially the whole. Further, the insect-proof plate body 8 is configured to be elastically deformable in the inner and outer directions so that the insertion portion 17 can be inserted even if the attachment portion 16 is curved in the inner and outer directions, for example. Note that the cap 17a may be omitted when the vent hole 11 is not formed to the vicinity of the upper end edge of the insect-proof plate body 8 and there is a portion without the vent hole 11 on the upper end edge side.
[0022]
The seal member 10 seals against insects entering from the gap with the front door 4, and is provided, for example, on the entire periphery of the insect-protecting plate main body 8 excluding the insertion portion 17, and the front end of the door main body 4a. A front seal member 22 that comes into contact with the mirror support 24 for the side mirror 15 or the front lower portion of the sash 4b from the inside and a lower seal member 23 that comes into contact with the upper surface of the door body 4a are provided.
[0023]
The front seal member 22 and the lower seal member 23 are made of an elastic material such as sponge, and are adhered by an adhesive or the like along the front end edge and the lower end edge of the insect-control board main body 8. The front seal member 22 contacts the mirror support 24 of the door body 4a from the inside on the front side of the window 6, and the lower seal member 23 contacts the door body 4a from the upper side inside the window glass 4c. Yes. In addition, the lower edge part of the insect-proof board main body 8 is received from the lower side through the lower seal member 23 by the door main body 4a which is a lower structural member of the window 6.
[0024]
The reinforcing member 9 is made of an angle material having an L-shaped cross section made of synthetic resin, metal, or the like, and front and rear non-ventilated portions are provided on the inner surface side of the insect-proof plate body 8 so as to be used as a handle for the insect-protection plate body 8. 13 and 14 are fixed in the front-rear direction by an adhesive or the like. Reference numeral 4d denotes a waterproof rubber (weather strip), which is attached to the sash 4b side. In addition, although the reinforcement member 9 is provided in the lower part side of the insect-control board main body 8, you may provide in the upper part, the center part of an up-down direction, etc., and you may provide in multiple numbers up and down. Further, the reinforcing member 9 may be omitted, or a handle may be provided in place of the reinforcing member 9.
[0025]
When attaching the insect repellent plate 7 to the front door 4, first, the front door 4 of the automobile 1 is opened, and the insertion portion of the insect repellent plate body 8 is attached to the upper and rear attachment portions 16 of the door opening 3. 17 is inserted from the lower side and the front side, and the insect-protecting plate body 8 is held by the attachment portion 16. As a result, substantially the entire upper edge and rear edge of the insect-proof plate body 8 can be sealed simultaneously.
[0026]
Next, when the front door 4 is closed, the front seal member 22 and the lower seal member 23 come into contact with predetermined positions of the mirror support 24 and the door main body 4a of the front door 4, and the insect-proof plate main body 8 is interposed via the lower seal member 23. Can be sealed from the lower side, and the front edge and the lower edge of the insect-proof plate body 8 can be sealed by the seal members 22 and 23. Thereby, the attachment of the insect-proof board 7 is completed.
[0027]
In this embodiment, an example is shown in which the insect-proof plate 7 is attached to the window 6 of the front door 4 on the passenger seat side, but it goes without saying that it can be similarly attached to the driver seat side.
[0028]
The insect repellent plate 7 of the present embodiment includes a synthetic resin insect repellent plate main body 8 configured in a plate shape having a thickness capable of being retained alone, and the vent hole 11 is formed in the insect repellent plate main body 8. Compared to conventional screen doors for automobiles equipped with a thin net, it is excellent in insect repellent effect. That is, if the net is not thick, insects such as mosquitoes may pass relatively easily while moving while being held by the net. However, in this embodiment, the ventilation hole 11 is formed in the insect-proof board main body 8 having a thickness that can be retained by itself, and the ventilation hole 11 has a tunnel shape that is longer in the inner and outer direction than a conventional screen door. Therefore, even when an insect such as a mosquito is caught by the ventilation portion 12, it becomes very difficult to pass through the ventilation hole 11, and the passage of the insect can be prevented as much as possible.
[0029]
Moreover, in this embodiment, since the ventilation hole 11 becomes a tunnel shape and it is difficult for insects to pass through, the size of each ventilation hole 11 can be made relatively large. Therefore, in spite of the use of the plate-shaped insect-protecting plate body 8 having a thickness that can be retained by itself, a predetermined amount of ventilation can be secured by the ventilation holes 11, and a plate made of synthetic resin can be punched, When the ventilation hole 11 is formed with a drill or the like, the hole can be easily processed. Incidentally, when targeting a specific insect, it was necessary to make the pitch of the warp and weft very small as 1.0 to 1.1 mm in the conventional car screen door, but the insect repellent plate of this embodiment 7, the diameter of the vent hole 11 could be increased to 2 mm.
[0030]
Moreover, since the insect-repellent board 7 of this embodiment uses the insect-resistor board main body 8 made of a synthetic resin that is formed in a plate shape with a thickness that can be retained alone, the conventional insect-protecting board 7 is netted on the retaining frame. It is structurally simple compared to a screen door for automobiles, and can be manufactured by cutting a synthetic resin plate material having ventilation holes 11 in accordance with the shape of the window 6, etc. Can also be good.
[0031]
Further, the insect-protecting plate body 8 has a large number of ventilation holes 11 formed therein, and in addition to the ventilation part 12 occupying an area sufficient to ensure a predetermined ventilation amount, Since the non-ventilating portions 13 and 14 are provided, compared to the case where the ventilation holes 11 are formed as a whole, the front and rear end portions of the insect-proof plate body 8 are broken, for example, the corner portions are missing or the vertical dimension is reduced. It is possible to prevent the front end portion from being broken. For this reason, handling of the insect-proof board main body 8 at the time of attachment or detachment etc. can also be performed easily.
[0032]
Since the front non-ventilating portion 13 forms a see-through portion for seeing through the side mirror 15, the automobile 1 can be safely operated with the insect-proof plate body 8 attached. In addition, the insertion portion 17 of the insect-proof plate body 8 is sandwiched from both the inside and outside directions by constituent members on the upper and rear sides of the window 6, for example, the waterproof rubber 19 on the vehicle body 2 side and the interior material 20, and the lower edge portion is below the window 6. Since the side structural member, for example, the door main body 4a of the front door 4 receives from the lower side, there is no need to separately provide a fixing tool for the insect-insulating plate 7, and the insect-insulating plate 7 can be easily and quickly attached and detached.
[0033]
Moreover, in this embodiment, since the insertion part 17 of the insect-proof board main body 8 is pinched | interposed with the waterproof rubber 19 and the interior material 20, each seal member 22 and 23 of a front end edge and a lower end edge is applied to the front door 4 side. The front door 4 can be opened and closed while the insect-proof plate 7 is attached, and it is possible to get on and off through the front door 4.
[0034]
In the present embodiment, the automobile 1 having the front door 4 with the sash 4b is illustrated, but the sash 4b of the front door 4 is not provided, and the so-called pillared hardtop automobile 1 having the center pillar 21 is provided. Similarly, it can be implemented.
[0035]
FIG. 6 illustrates a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the case where the insect-proof board 7 is attached to the so-called hard top type automobile 1 having no center pillar is illustrated.
[0036]
In this embodiment, the attachment portion 16 is formed by a gap between the waterproof rubber 19 on the upper side of the window 6 on the front door 4 side and the interior material 20, and the insertion portion on the upper edge side of the insect-proof plate main body 8 is formed in the attachment portion 16. 17 is inserted, and a rear seal member 30 is provided on the rear edge side of the insect-proof plate body 8 to seal the space between the rear door 5 and the window glass 5c.
The front seal member 22 and the lower seal member 23 are substantially the same as those in the first embodiment, and the lower edge portion of the insect-proof plate body 8 is received by the door body 4a of the front door 4 from below.
[0037]
The rear seal member 30 includes a column member 25 provided in the vertical direction between the insect-proof plate main body 8 and the window glass 5c, a first seal member 26 provided along the rear edge of the insect-proof plate main body 8, And a second seal member 27 provided along the outer surface side of the column member 25. Each of the sealing members 26 and 27 is made of an elastic material such as sponge, and is provided over substantially the entire vertical direction.
[0038]
The column member 25 is detachably fitted on the front end side of the rear door 5 between the upper component of the window 6, for example, the upper waterproof rubber 19 and the door body 5 a of the lower rear door 5. Yes. The first seal member 26 is adhered to the outer surface of the rear end of the non-ventilated portion 14 of the insect-repellent plate body 8 with an adhesive or the like, and contacts the pillar member 25 from the inside to seal between the insect-repellent plate body 8. ing. The second seal member 27 is attached to the outer surface side of the column member 25 with an adhesive or the like, and comes into contact with the window glass 5c of the rear door 5 from the inside to seal between the window glass 5c. The column member 25 is formed in a wedge shape that becomes thinner inward and outward as the lower end of the insect-proof plate body 8 is pushed toward the window glass 5c.
[0039]
Thus, it is possible to attach the insect-proof board 7 of this invention also to the motor vehicle 1 of a type without a center pillar. The rear seal member 30 only needs to seal the insect-protecting plate body 8 over substantially the entire rear edge thereof, and is not limited to this embodiment.
[0040]
FIG. 7 illustrates a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, on the inner side of the window glass 4c of the front door 4, an upper rail 28 and a lower rail 29 are provided on the upper and lower sides of the window 6 in the front-rear direction. Insect-proof board main body 8 is slidably inserted in 29 from the rear side.
[0041]
Each rail 28 and 29 is groove-shaped, the upper rail 28 is provided inside the sash 4b above the window 6, and the lower rail 29 is provided near the inside of the window glass 4c of the door body 4a. . And the insect board main body 8 is slidably inserted into the upper and lower rails 28 and 29 substantially at the upper and lower edges. A front seal member 22 and a rear seal member 30 are provided at both front and rear ends of the insect-proof plate body 8 to seal the front door 4 with the sash 4b or the window glass 4c.
[0042]
In this way, the rails 28 and 29 may be provided in advance on the front door 4 side, and the insect-protecting plate main body 8 may be inserted into the rails 28 and 29 as necessary. In this embodiment, since the insect-proof board 7 including the insect-proof board main body 8 is attached to the front door 4 side, the front door 4 can be opened and closed with the insect-proof board 7 attached. In the present embodiment, the mounting portion 16 that sandwiches the insertion portion 17 of the insect-protecting plate body 8 from both the inside and outside is constituted by the upper rail 28. The insect-protecting plate body 8 is received by the lower rail 29 from below.
[0043]
FIG. 8 illustrates a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the insertion part 17 of the insect-proof board body 8 is inserted from both inside and outside between the waterproof rubber 4d attached to the sash 4b outside the window 6 and the opening frame 18 or interior material 20 that receives the waterproof rubber 4d. It is sandwiched. The lower edge side of the insect-proof board main body 8 is in contact with the upper surface of the door main body 4a of the front door 4 through the lower seal member 23 as in the first embodiment.
[0044]
When attaching the insect repellent plate 7, after opening the front door 4, the lower seal member 23 of the insect repellent plate main body 8 is applied to the upper surface of the door main body 4a of the front door 4, and the outer peripheral side of the insect repellent plate main body 8 is waterproofed with rubber. After hitting 4d from the inside, the front door 4 is closed in that state. Accordingly, the insertion portion 17 of the insect-proof plate body 8 can be held between the inner and outer sides between the waterproof rubber 4d of the sash 4b and the opening frame 18 or the interior material 20 that receives the waterproof rubber 4d, and the entire circumference can be sealed. .
[0045]
In the present embodiment, the insect-protecting plate body 8 is sandwiched from the inner and outer sides between the waterproof rubber 4d and the opening frame 18 or the interior material 20 at substantially the entire circumference above the door body 4a. The portion is an attachment portion 16 for the insertion portion 17 of the insect repellent plate body 8, but only the upper edge side of the insect repellent plate main body 8 is sandwiched by waterproof rubber 4d and the like, and the other portions are sealed in the same manner as in the first embodiment. You may do it. The insect-proof plate body 8 may be temporarily fixed to the waterproof rubber 4d side with an adhesive tape or the like.
[0046]
FIG. 9 illustrates a fifth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a gap between the sash 4b of the front door 4 and the waterproof rubber 4d attached to the sash 4b is used as an attachment portion 16 into which the insertion portion 17 is inserted. The insertion part 17 is, for example, substantially the whole upper end edge of the insect-proof board body 8 or substantially the whole upper edge and rear edge. The front seal member 22 and the lower seal member 23 are configured in substantially the same manner as in the first or second embodiment. Further, the lower edge portion of the insect-proof plate body 8 is received from the lower side by the door body 4 a of the front door 4.
[0047]
When attaching the insect repellent plate 7, with the front door 4 opened, the insertion portion 17 is inserted into the gap between the sash 4b and the waterproof rubber 4d to hold the insect repellent plate body 8 on the front door 4 side. In this state, the front door 4 is closed. As a result, the waterproof rubber 4d hits the opening frame 18, so that the insertion portion 17 can be clamped from both the inside and outside directions by the sash 4b and the waterproof rubber 4d.
[0048]
10 and 11 illustrate a sixth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a cutout portion 31 that can be put in and out of the hand is formed on the lower side of the insect-repellent plate body 8, and the insect-repellent plate body 8 and the front portion are disposed on substantially the entire periphery of the cutout portion 31. A seal member 32 is provided for sealing between the door 4 and the window glass 4c. Others are configured in substantially the same manner as the first embodiment, for example.
[0049]
The notch 31 is formed in the insect-proof plate body 8 so as to be recessed from the lower end. However, it is sufficient that the notch 31 has a size that allows a hand, for example, to pass tickets and money. Moreover, as shown by a virtual line in FIG. 10, it is desirable that the peripheral edge portion of the cutout portion 31 is formed so as to follow the shape of the upper end side when the window glass 4 c of the front door 4 is lowered.
[0050]
The seal member 32 is an elastic material such as a sponge provided along the peripheral edge of the notch 31, and is adhered to the outer surface side of the insect-proof plate body 8 with an adhesive or the like, and the window glass of the front door 4. It contacts 4c from the inside. Therefore, in this case, the window glass 4c is used as lowered as possible while the notch 31 is closed with the window glass 4c.
[0051]
If the notch 31 is formed in the insect proof plate main body 8 in this way, for example, even when traveling with the insect proof plate 7 mounted, tickets, money, etc. are delivered at toll gates such as toll roads and parking lots. This can be easily done through the notch 31. Note that the cutout portion 31 is normally formed only on the insect-proof plate 7 on the driver's seat side, but may be formed on the insect-proof plate 7 on the passenger seat side.
[0052]
12 and 13 illustrate a seventh embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment exemplifies a package in which a material 37 for the insect-proof plate body 8 is packaged in a packaging bag 36 made of a sheet 34. In addition, you may package materials, such as the reinforcement member 9 and the sealing member 10, together in a package.
[0053]
The material 37 is, for example, a translucent synthetic resin plate material, and includes a ventilation portion 12 in which a large number of ventilation holes 11 are formed and non-ventilation portions 13 and 14 in which the ventilation holes 11 are not formed. It is formed in a horizontally long rectangular shape. It is desirable that the material 37 has a thickness and a hardness that can be easily cut with a scissors, a cutter, or the like.
[0054]
The sheet 34 of the packaging bag 36 is paper or the like, which can sufficiently protect the material 37, and when the insect repellent plate 7 is manufactured by cutting the material 37 in accordance with the shape of the window 6 or the like, as a pattern 38 It can be used. The material 37 is used for aligning the pattern with the material 37 so that the ventilation portion 12 and the non-ventilation portions 13 and 14 are arranged at appropriate positions of the insect protection plate body 8 when the insect protection plate body 8 having a predetermined shape is cut. A display 35 is attached.
[0055]
In addition, as shown by a virtual line in FIG. 13, a pattern line 39 may be preliminarily attached to an appropriate portion such as the inner surface or the outer surface of the packaging bag 36 by printing or the like.
[0056]
In this way, the packaging body in which the material 37 for the insect repellent plate body 8 is packaged is sold, and the customer who has purchased the package cuts the material 37 in accordance with the window shape of the car 1 to produce the insect repellent plate body 8. You may do it. As a result, versatility arises, and costs can be reduced. Further, as shown in FIG. 13, since the sheet 34 can be used as a pattern paper 38, the pattern paper 38 is overlapped with the material 37, and the material 37 is cut along the outer shape of the pattern paper 38 to match the shape of the window 6. Thus, the material 37 can be easily cut.
[0057]
As mentioned above, although each embodiment of this invention was explained in full detail, it is not limited to embodiment, A various change is possible in the range which does not deviate from the meaning. For example, in the embodiment, the insect repellent plate body 8 has an irregular quadrangular shape having an upper end edge, a front end edge, a lower end edge, and a rear end edge. However, the shape of the insect repellent plate body 8 naturally depends on the shape of the window 6 of the automobile 1. Since they are different, the insect-proof plate body 8 may be formed according to the shape, and a seal portion or the like may be provided as appropriate.
[0058]
Further, among the upper end edge, the front end edge and the rear end edge of the insect repellent plate 7, at least the upper end edge is configured as a component on the side of the automobile 1 in the first and second embodiments. The waterproof rubber 19 and the interior material 20, the rail 28 in the third embodiment, the waterproof rubber 4d on the opening frame 18 and the sash 4b side in the fourth embodiment, and the sash 4b and the waterproof rubber 4d in the fifth embodiment. However, they may be sandwiched between other constituent members.
[0059]
Further, the constituent member that sandwiches the upper end edge of the insect repellent plate 7 from both sides in the inner and outer directions may sandwich the insect repellent plate 7 or regulate the upper end edge of the insect repellent plate 7 in the inner and outer directions. The insect-proof board 7 may be held in the automobile 1 together with the constituent members that receive the lower edge portion from the lower side.
[0060]
Further, when the insect proof plate 7 is attached to the automobile 1, the insect proof plate 7 may be held on the front door 4 side or the vehicle body 2 side regardless of whether the front door 4 is opened or closed. The insect proof plate 7 may be sandwiched between the front door 4 and the vehicle body 2 when the door 4 is closed. Ventilation hole 11 may have a square shape, a polygonal shape, an oval shape, an elliptical shape or the like in addition to a circular shape.
[0061]
In the embodiment, the insect-proof plate 7 of the present invention is attached so as to close the window 6 of the front door 4 of the automobile 1, but may be attached so as to close the window 6 of the rear door 5. Moreover, although the passenger car is illustrated as the motor vehicle 1, for example, it cannot be overemphasized that it can apply also to other motor vehicles 1, such as a truck and a light van.
[0062]
【The invention's effect】
The insect repellent plate for an automobile window according to the present invention includes an insect repellent plate body 8 made of a synthetic resin having a thickness capable of retaining a single piece, and a plurality of ventilation holes 11 are formed in the insect repellent plate body 8 and Ventilation portion 12 occupying an area sufficient to ensure a predetermined ventilation amount, and non-ventilation portions 13 and 14 that are provided on the front end portion and the rear end portion over substantially the entire vertical direction and are not formed with ventilation holes 11. Therefore, the insect repellent can be ensured without impairing the air permeability, can be mounted in a good appearance, can be easily and inexpensively manufactured, and damage and the like can be easily prevented.
[0063]
In addition, in the method for attaching an insect repellent plate for an automobile window according to the present invention, a synthetic resin insect repellent plate 7 having a thickness capable of retaining a single piece and formed with a large number of ventilation holes 11 is used for the window 6 of the door 4. When attaching to the automobile 1 so as to close, the upper edge portion of the insect repellent plate 7 is sandwiched from both sides in the inner and outer directions by the upper structural member of the window 6 and the lower edge portion is received from the lower side by the lower structural member of the window 6. The insect repellent plate 7 can be easily attached.
