この発明は、簡便で安価にポマードを充填したポマード容器を得ることができるポマード容器へのポマードの充填装置及びその充填方法。

【従来の技術】
従来、ポマードを化粧品店等の販売店より購入すると図12に図示したように容器50にゼリー状固溶体のポマード51が充填されていると共にそのポマード51の表面部52がポリエステルシート53で被覆され、更に容器50に着脱自在の蓋体54が施されているものが一般に市販されているものである。

又従来より一般に市販されているポマード51は容器50に充填するに際しては図11に図示したように人手を介して器体50を容器載置板体55に移動載置させ、器体50の容器載置板体55への移動載置に伴って載置板センサー部体56が作動して加熱により液状となり常温でゼリー状固溶体となるポマード51の液状体をノズル体57を介して容器50に充填し、更に液状体のポマード51を充填した容器50を人手を介して移動ベルトのベルト面部58に載置して流出体部59に移動すると共に液状体のポマード51を充填した容器50のベルト面部58上での移動中に2人目の人手を介して容器50に充填した液状体のポマード51の上面をポリエステルシート53で被覆し、更に3人目の人手を介して液状体のポマード51の上面をポリエステルシート53で被覆した容器50を流出体部59に移し、更に液状体のポマード51の上面をポリエステルシート53で被覆した容器50の多数を集めて冷房室等で冷却してゼリー状固溶体のポマード51が充填された器体50を得ることが出来るようにすることは知られている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、従来のポマードを化粧品店等の販売店より購入すると図12に図示したように容器50にゼリー状固溶体のポマード51が充填されていると共にそのポマード51の表面部52がポリエステルシート53で被覆され、更に容器50に着脱自在の蓋体54が施されているものが一般に市販されているものであるが、仮にポリエステルシート53で被覆されていないとすると、ポマード51の表面部52に無数の凹凸模様が表れると共に平滑で美麗な表面部52が形成されず、且又異色の斑点等が表れて販売に適するポマードを得ることが出来ない等の欠点を有するものである。

又従来より一般に市販されているポマード51は、前記したようにポマード51の表面部52に無数の凹凸模様が表れる共に平滑で美麗な表面部52が形成されず、且又異色の斑点等が表れて販売に適するポマードを得ることが出来ない等の欠点を除去するための手段として、容器50にポマード51を充填するに際しては図11に図示したように1人目の人手を介して器体50を容器載置板体55に移動載置させ、器体50の容器載置板体55への移動載置に伴って載置板センサー部体56が作動して加熱により液状となり常温でゼリー状固溶体となるポマード51の液状体をノズル体57を介して容器50に充填し、更に液状体のポマード51を充填した容器50を前記と同じ1人目の人手を介して移動ベルトのベルト面部58に載置して流出体部59に移動すると共に液状体のポマード51を充填した容器50のベルト面部58上での移動中に2人目の人手を介して容器50に充填した液状体のポマード51の上面をポリエステルシート53で被覆し、更に3人目の人手を介して液状体のポマード51の上面をポリエステルシート53で被覆した容器50を流出体部59に移し、更に液状体のポマード51の上面をポリエステルシート53で被覆した容器50の多数を集めて冷房室等で冷却してゼリー状固溶体のポマード51が充填された器体50を得ることが出来るようにすようにしたので、この手段では3人の人手を要して人件費が高くなり、更にポリエステルシート53で被覆するための作業を行う作業者は熟練を要した者でないと作業を適格に行うことができないので人件費がより高くなって商品の販売費が高騰するものであり、又更に熟練者が不足して商品の製造が出来ない等の欠点を有するものである。

この発明は上記の問題点を解決したもので、極めて簡単な手段で容器に充填されて化粧品店等の販売店で販売されているゼリー状固溶体のポマードの表面部が平滑で美麗に形成されていて購入者の購入意欲を助長するものであると共に販売に適するポマードを安価に得ることが出来るようにしたものであり、又更に従来品のように容器に充填されているゼリー状固溶体のポマードの表面部を平滑で美麗に保持するために表面部をポリエステルシートで被覆する等の熟練した作業員を必要とせず、図11に図示して説明した従来の製造装置のようにゼリー状固溶体のポマードが充填された器体を得ることが出来るようにすようにするために3人の人手を要して人件費が高くなることを阻止し、製造工程上での人件費を節減して低廉なポマード製品を販売することができるようにしたポマード容器へのポマードの充填装置及びその充填方法を得ることを目的としたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するためこの発明は、一方先方部1より他方後方部2に亘り、空ポマード容器3の移動体4と、加熱により液状となり常温でゼリー状固溶体となるポマード液5を空ポマード容器3に流入して充填ポマード容器7を形成する流入体6と、充填ポマード容器7の移動ベルト体8と、充填ポマード容器7に流入したポマード液5の表面ゼリー状固溶体層9の数個所にポマード液5よりも小さい比重を有した被覆用油10を滴下させる滴下用ノズル11を設けると共に滴下させた被覆用油10を流動させて充填ポマード容器7に流入したポマード液5の表面ゼリー状固溶体層9の全面を被覆する被覆膜層12を形成する被覆膜層形成体13と、被覆膜層12を備えた充填ポマード容器7を流出させる流出体14とより成ると共に充填ポマード容器7を移動ベルト体8より被覆膜層形成体13、流出体14へと移動させる移動装置体15とを具備し、更に移動体4は一方先方部1の方向は高く流入体6の方向へ低くした空ポマード容器3の容器滑落用載置板16の両側に空ポマード容器3の脱落防止枠17,17を設けると共に低位置に容器滑落阻止片18を突設して形成し、又流入体6は容器滑落阻止片18に係止された空ポマード容器3を手先で把持して移動載置する容器載置板19を設けると共に該容器載置板19に空ポマード容器3の載置に伴って載置板センサー部20が作動して容器載置板19に載置した空ポマード容器3の上部に設けたポマード液5の流出ノズル21を介して一定量のポマード液5を空ポマード容器3に流入して充填ポマード容器7を形成し、又移動ベルト体8は充填ポマード容器7を手先で把持して移動載置するベルト面22を設けて充填ポマード容器7を被覆膜層形成体13の方向へ移動させると共にポマード液5の冷却に伴い表面ゼリー状固溶体層9を形成し、又被覆膜層形成体13はベルト面22に載置された充填ポマード容器7が被覆膜層形成体13に近接したことを移動装置体15の移動センサー部23が検知して作動片24が作動し、滴下用ノズル11の直下に案内し、滴下用ノズル11よりポマード液5よりも小さい比重を有した被覆用油10を滴下させて被覆膜層12を設け、更に作動片24の作動に伴い被覆膜層12を備えた充填ポマード容器7を流出体14に移動するように形成し、又流出体14は充填ポマード容器載置案内板25に隣接した流出板30を設けると共に被覆膜層12を備えた充填ポマード容器7の流出板30からの脱落を阻止する脱落阻止案内枠31,31を設けて形成したものである。

【実施例】
以下図面についてこの発明のポマード容器へのポマードの充填装置の実施例を説明すると、一方先方部1より他方後方部2に亘り、空ポマード容器3の移動体4と、約90度の加熱により液状となり常温でゼリー状固溶体となるヒマシ油、モクロウ等を主成分としたポマード液5を空ポマード容器3に流入して充填ポマード容器7を形成する流入体6と、充填ポマード容器7の移動ベルト体8と、充填ポマード容器7に流入したポマード液5の表面ゼリー状固溶体層9の数個所にポマード液5よりも小さい比重を有したミンクオイル、ツバキ油等の被覆用油10を滴下させる滴下用ノズル11を設けると共に充填ポマード容器7を回転させて数個所に滴下させた被覆用油10を流動させて充填ポマード容器7に流入したポマード液5の表面ゼリー状固溶体層9の全面を被覆する被覆膜層12を形成する被覆膜層形成体13と、被覆膜層12を備えた充填ポマード容器7を流出させる流出体14とより成ると共に充填ポマード容器7を移動ベルト体8より被覆膜層形成体13、流出体14へと移動させる移動装置体15とを具備し、更に移動体4は一方先方部1の方向は高く流入体6の方向へ低くした空ポマード容器3の容器滑落用載置板16の両側に空ポマード容器3の脱落防止枠17,17を設けると共に低位置に容器滑落阻止片18を突設して形成し、又流入体6は容器滑落阻止片18に係止された空ポマード容器3を手先で把持して移動載置する容器載置板19を設けると共に該容器載置板19に空ポマード容器3の載置に伴って載置板センサー部20が作動して容器載置板19に載置した空ポマード容器3の上部に設けたポマード液5の液タンク33と連設した流出ノズル21を介して一定量のポマード液5を空ポマード容器3に流入して充填ポマード容器7を形成し、又移動ベルト体8は充填ポマード容器7を手先で把持して移動載置するベルト面22を設けて充填ポマード容器7を被覆膜層形成体13の方向へ移動させると共にポマード液5の冷却に伴い表面ゼリー状固溶体層9を形成し、又被覆膜層形成体13はベルト面22に載置された充填ポマード容器7が被覆膜層形成体13に近接したことを移動装置体15の移動センサー部23が検知して作動片24が作動し、更に作動片24の作動に伴い被覆膜層12を備えた充填ポマード容器7を流出体14に移動するように形成し、又流出体14は充填ポマード容器載置案内板25に隣接した流出板30を設けると共に被覆膜層12を備えた充填ポマード容器7の流出板30からの脱落を阻止する脱落阻止案内枠31,31を設けて形成したものである(図1〜図10参照)。

又更にこの発明の頭髪のカール形成方法の実施例を説明すると、空ポマード容器3を手先で把持して容器載置板19に移動載置する工程と、次に容器載置板19に空ポマード容器3の載置に伴って載置板センサー部20が作動して容器載置板19に載置した空ポマード容器3の上部に設けた加熱により液状となり常温でゼリー状固溶体となるマード液5の流出ノズル21を介して一定量のポマード液5を空ポマード容器3に流入して充填ポマード容器7を形成する工程と(図3a参照)、次に充填ポマード容器7を手先で把持して移動ベルト体8のベルト面22の一方に載置して充填ポマード容器7を他方の被覆膜層形成体13を設けた方向へ移動させると共にポマード液5の冷却に伴い表面ゼリー状固溶体層9を形成する工程と、次にベルト面22に載置された充填ポマード容器7が被覆膜層形成体13に近接したことを移動装置体15の移動センサー部23が検知して作動片24が作動し、充填ポマード容器載置案内板25の中央円穴26内に設けると共に滴下用ノズル11の直下に位置する回転体27の上面部28に充填ポマード容器7を充填ポマード容器載置案内板25の表面部29を滑らせて被覆膜層形成体13に案内する工程と、次に滴下用ノズル11よりポマード液5よりも小さい比重を有した被覆用油10を滴下させ(図3b参照)て回転させて被覆膜層12を設ける工程と(図3c参照)、次に作動片24の作動に伴い被覆膜層12を備えた充填ポマード容器7を流出体14に移動する工程とよりなるものである。

一方先方部1より他方後方部2に亘り、空ポマード容器3の移動体4と、加熱により液状となり常温でゼリー状固溶体となるポマード液5を空ポマード容器3に流入して充填ポマード容器7を形成する流入体6と、充填ポマード容器7の移動ベルト体8と、充填ポマード容器7に流入したポマード液5の表面ゼリー状固溶体層9の数個所にポマード液5よりも小さい比重を有した被覆用油10を滴下させる滴下用ノズル11を設けると共に滴下させた被覆用油10を流動させて充填ポマード容器7に流入したポマード液5の表面ゼリー状固溶体層9の全面を被覆する被覆膜層12を形成する被覆膜層形成体13と、被覆膜層12を備えた充填ポマード容器7を流出させる流出体14とより成ると共に充填ポマード容器7を移動ベルト体8より被覆膜層形成体13、流出体14へと移動させる移動装置体15とを具備し、更に移動体4は一方先方部1の方向は高く流入体6の方向へ低くした空ポマード容器3の容器滑落用載置板16の両側に空ポマード容器3の脱落防止枠17,17を設けると共に低位置に容器滑落阻止片18を突設して形成し、又流入体6は容器滑落阻止片18に係止された空ポマード容器3を手先で把持して移動載置する容器載置板19を設けると共に該容器載置板19に空ポマード容器3の載置に伴って載置板センサー部20が作動して容器載置板19に載置した空ポマード容器3の上部に設けたポマード液5の流出ノズル21を介して一定量のポマード液5を空ポマード容器3に流入して充填ポマード容器7を形成し、又移動ベルト体8は充填ポマード容器7を手先で把持して移動載置するベルト面22を設けて充填ポマード容器7を被覆膜層形成体13の方向へ移動させると共にポマード液5の冷却に伴い表面ゼリー状固溶体層9を形成し、又被覆膜層形成体13はベルト面22に載置された充填ポマード容器7が被覆膜層形成体13に近接したことを移動装置体15の移動センサー部23が検知して作動片24が作動し、滴下用ノズル11の直下に案内し、滴下用ノズル11よりポマード液5よりも小さい比重を有した被覆用油10を滴下させて被覆膜層12を設け、更に作動片24の作動に伴い被覆膜層12を備えた充填ポマード容器7を流出体14に移動するように形成し、又流出体14は充填ポマード容器載置案内板25に隣接した流出板30を設けると共に被覆膜層12を備えた充填ポマード容器7の流出板30からの脱落を阻止する脱落阻止案内枠31,31を設けて形成したことを特徴とするポマード容器へのポマードの充填装置。On the other hand, from the front part 1 to the other rear part 2, the moving body 4 of the empty pomade container 3 and the pomade liquid 5 which becomes liquid by heating and becomes a jelly-like solid solution flows into the empty pomade container 3 to fill the filled pomade container 7.
