BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a container for a microwave oven, and more particularly to a packaging container that can be heated in a microwave oven while food is hermetically packaged when heated in a microwave oven.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Wrapped in a packaging container such as a cup-shaped container or plastic molded container, distributed in a frozen state or distributed in chilled or normal temperature, and heated and eaten in a microwave oven, for example, soup, milk, milk coffee, milk tea, fruit juice And other foods or frozen foods. Such foods are usually heated or cooked in a microwave oven. However, when food is sealed in a packaging container and heated in a microwave oven, the internal pressure in the container increases due to the expansion of air and the generation of water vapor from the food, and eventually the food scatters due to the container bursting. An unfavorable situation may occur. Therefore, after removing the lid of the container, the mouth of the container is generally covered with a wrap film such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinylidene chloride, or polyvinyl chloride, or an overcap and heated in a microwave oven.
[0003]
The outer layer is made of a heat-resistant thermoplastic resin film, the inner layer is made of a sealant film, and the intermediate layer is a cover made of a laminated plastic film provided with a release agent layer. As described above, a plastic container for heating with a microwave oven containing chilled foods is known (see Patent Document 1 and Claim 6).
[0004]
The conventional container described in Patent Document 1 has a weak laminate strength at the portion where the release layer is provided and the heat seal strength of the release layer portion when the sealing surface is sealed with a seal bar, resulting in microwave heating. In addition, through-holes in which the gas-permeable through-pores such as water vapor are cut off due to the internal pressure generated in the food container and the sealant film layer portion located in the vicinity of the seal surface are cut off along the release agent. And is released from the end face of the packaging material (see Patent Document 1, paragraph “0006”).
[0005]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-9-272180 (Claim 6, paragraph "0006")
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, since the conventional microwave-compatible packaging container is formed, an overcap is fitted to a container body that is composed of a cup-shaped container and a lid, and is sealed with a lid, and the lid and the container flange When the above-described conventional invention is applied to a container whose end face is covered with an overcap, the water vapor passes between the lid and the container flange, and the water vapor emitted from the end faces of the lid and the container flange exceeds its progress. It will be hindered by the inner surface of the cap wall, and it will not be possible to release water vapor smoothly. As a result, there is a risk that the cup-shaped container may deform the shape of the container even if the inner pressure does not drop smoothly and the container does not rupture. Further, when the penetrating pores of the lid are in close contact and the contents are cooled, the container is deformed under reduced pressure.
[0007]
The object of the present invention is that there is no risk of rupture or deformation even if food in a plastic sealed packaging container is put in a container and heated in a microwave oven. It is providing the container for microwave ovens which can utilize a packaging container as tableware without moving to.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention according to claim 1 solves the above-described problem, and includes a container body with a flange and a lid body, and the lid body has a concave contour portion that is recessed inwardly. A flange between the container body and the lid body are sealed along, a V-shaped seal portion is formed, and a part of the flange surface of the container body is exposed outside the seal portion. The gist is a packaging container for a range. In the present invention, the inner contour of the seal portion only needs to be V-shaped, and the outer shape of the recessed contour portion of the lid does not have to be V-shaped.
[0009]
In the present invention, it is desirable to locate the inner protruding end of the V-shaped seal portion in the vicinity of the inner edge of the flange.
[0010]
In the present invention, a film blocking prevention protrusion may be provided on the flange surface in the vicinity of the inner protruding end portion of the V-shaped seal portion to prevent the lid body from sticking to the flange.
[0011]
According to the microwave oven-compatible container of the present invention, frozen food, chilled food, or room temperature circulating food can be enclosed in a packaging container, and the entire container can be heated in a microwave oven. When the food in a microwave-compatible packaging container of the present invention is heated by a microwave oven, water vapor generated in the process of heating by the microwave oven passes between the lower surface of the lid and the flange surface and acts on the protruding end portion of the V-shaped seal portion. At the same time, the stress of the lid body concentrates on the projecting end portion, and the lid body peels off from the projecting end portion due to an increase in internal pressure and a decrease in the sealing strength of the lid body in a high temperature environment, thereby forming a structure that allows ventilation to the outside air. The water vapor is discharged to the outside of the V-shaped seal portion through the tip end portion. At that time, since water vapor is released not to the periphery of the lid but to the flange surface surrounded by the V-shaped seal part inside the lid, it should be applied to the microwave oven with the overcap with a vent hole attached. Can do. In addition, since the container body is not deformed, the packaging container can be used as tableware without being transferred from the packaging container to another container after heating or cooking in a microwave oven.
[0012]
In the present invention, the container body is preferably an in-mold label injection-molded container or a sheet-molded container formed using an in-mold label forming label having a barrier property.
[0013]
In the present invention, a multilayer injection molded container including a barrier resin layer as the container body can be applied.
[0014]
In the present invention, the lid can be made of a heat-resistant base material layer and a sealant layer. As the sealant layer, an easy peel sealant layer made of modified polypropylene, polypropylene / polyethylene or polybutene, or a modified ethylene acetic acid copolymer can be applied.
[0015]
In the present invention, a high-temperature softening resin layer that has a predetermined strength in a temperature environment of room temperature or lower, but has a predetermined strength that decreases in a high-temperature temperature environment, is at least partially between the heat-resistant substrate layer and the sealant layer. May be provided. In that case, as a material for the high-temperature softening resin layer, a material having a melting point of 60 to 90 ° C., for example, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, or a resin containing polyamide, nitrified surface and polyethylene wax may be used. it can.
[0016]
The microwave-compatible packaging container of the present invention can be applied to foods such as soup, milk, milk coffee, milk tea, fruit juice, curry, miso soup, and other foods such as steamed rice cake, sake, and sake.
[0017]

In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the container body 1 is formed into a flanged one-surface chamfered cup-type container including a body portion and a bottom portion 7 including a flange 4, a conical surface wall 6 a, and a vertical wall 6 b. A partial region 4a of the flange 4 of the main body 1 is formed in an arc shape. As shown in FIG. 3, the lid 2 includes a V-shaped contour portion that is recessed inwardly in a V shape. Reference numeral 8 denotes a seal portion, and a part thereof forms a V-shaped seal portion 9 having a protruding end portion protruding inward. The lid 2 is provided with a gripping piece 10 that is gripped when the lid 2 is removed from the container body. As shown in FIG. 4, the overcap 3 with a vent hole includes a locking portion 13 with the flange of the container body 1, a peripheral wall 11 continuous with the locking portion 13, and a top portion 12 continuous with the peripheral wall 11. A vent hole is provided in the center of the vent hole, and a vent hole closing tongue piece 14 is provided in the vent hole 14 as shown in FIG. FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a state where the lid 2 is placed on the flange 4 of the container body 1 and sealed. The sealing lid 14 shown prevents dust and the like from entering the overcap 3 when the container is stored or transported.
[0019]
The inner protruding end of the V-shaped seal portion 9 is preferably located in the vicinity of the inner edge of the flange. In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, a film blocking prevention protrusion 17 may be provided on the flange surface 4 a in the vicinity of the inner protruding end portion of the V-shaped seal portion 9 to prevent the lid body 2 from sticking to the flange. The film blocking prevention protrusion 17 can be formed in an arbitrary shape such as a circular protrusion, a square protrusion, or a triangular protrusion.
[0020]
FIG. 6 is an enlarged side cross-sectional view showing a state in which the contents 15 are put in the container body 1, sealed with the lid body 2, and the overcap 3 with a vent hole is fitted. Reference numeral 8a denotes a cross section of the seal portion.
[0021]
When the food in a microwave-compatible packaging container of the present invention is heated by a microwave oven, as shown in FIG. 7, water vapor generated in the process of heating by the microwave oven passes between the lower surface of the lid 2 and the flange surface 4a. The lid 2 acts on the inner protruding end of the V-shaped seal portion 9 and the stress of the lid 2 is concentrated on the protruding end, and the lid 2 is moved from the protruding end due to an increase in internal pressure and a decrease in the sealing strength of the lid 2 in a high temperature environment. A structure that peels off and can be ventilated to the outside air is formed. Then, the water vapor 16 is discharged to the outside of the V-shaped seal portion 9 through the protruding end portion 2. At that time, the water vapor 16 is discharged not to the periphery of the lid but to the flange surface surrounded by the V-shaped seal portion 9 and is released to the outside through the vent hole 14 of the overcap 3. You can put it on the microwave while wearing Further, when the food in the packaging container is taken out of the microwave oven and cooled, the air does not enter the packaging container from the outside due to the effect of the film blockage prevention leaf protrusion 5, and the container body 1 is not deformed. The packaging container can be used as tableware without being transferred from the packaging container to another container after heating or cooking over a range.
[0022]
9 shows an example in which the container body is formed into a rectangular container, FIG. 9A is a plan view of the container body, and FIG. 9B is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA shown in FIG. 9A. is there. FIG. 10 is a plan view of the lid. Also in this example, the corner portion of the lid 2 corresponding to the V-shaped seal portion is recessed inward.
[0023]
Next, the container body 1 will be described. The container main body 1 includes (a) an in-mold label injection molded container formed using an in-mold forming label having a barrier layer, (b) a sheet molded container, or (c) a multilayer injection molded container including a barrier resin layer. Can be configured.
[0024]
FIG. 10 shows an example of an in-mold injection-molded container formed using an in-mold label forming label having a barrier layer. This container is provided with an in-mold label molding label in an injection mold, and when a molding material is injected and molded in the injection mold, the label is attached to the surface of the injection molded product at the same time. It is formed by so-called in-mold label molding, and the injection-molded product has in-mold label molding labels 18a and 18b on the outside thereof.
[0025]
As the injection molded product, one made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate or the like can be applied.
[0026]
The material of the in-mold label forming labels 18a and 18b is generally composed of a printing base layer, a barrier layer, and a bonding layer with an injection resin. Each of these layers can be formed by independently forming a film and performing dry lamination via an adhesive layer, or by coextrusion of a part or all of the layers. Here, the printing base material layer can be omitted depending on the application and purpose.
[0027]
As the barrier layer, polyacrylonitrile resin, saponified ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinylidene chloride film, polyvinylidene chloride coated biaxially stretched plastic film, silica-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film, alumina-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film, MXD6 nylon ( For example, a polyamide or polyamide copolymer containing 90 mol% or more of an amide structural unit formed by a polycondensation reaction of metaxylenediamine and adipic acid.
[0028]
The adhesive layer is not particularly limited as long as it adheres to the injection resin. Usually, a plastic having the same material as the injection resin, or an adhesive resin such as polyethylene containing an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer is coextruded. A plastic film processed or coated is suitable.
[0029]
Each of the above layers is formed according to a conventional method, according to a dry lamination method, an extrusion coating method, or other coating methods.
[0030]
Next, a sheet forming container used as the container body 1 will be described. This container is formed by attaching a softened and melted plastic sheet to a sheet molding die and molding it into a container shape by a differential pressure between vacuum and compressed air.
[0031]
The sheet molding container is made of a plastic sheet such as polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene or polycarbonate, and polyethylene terephthalate is particularly suitable because it is excellent in permeation-preventing properties such as water vapor, oxygen, odor and ultraviolet rays. Further, by providing a plastic sheet in multiple layers and providing an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer layer as an intermediate layer of the plastic sheet, it is possible to further improve the permeation preventive property of oxygen or the like.
[0032]
Next, a multilayer injection molded container that can be used as a container body with a flange will be described. The container wall of the container is composed of three layers of a container inner layer, a barrier layer, and a container outer layer, and a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene and polypropylene can be applied as the container inner layer and the container outer layer. Further, a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a polyvinylidene chloride film, a polyvinylidene chloride-coated biaxially stretched plastic film, or the like can be applied as the barrier layer.
[0033]
Next, the lid 2 will be described. This lid is composed of a heat-resistant base material layer constituting the outer layer and a sealant layer constituting the inner layer.
[0034]
The heat-resistant substrate layer is not particularly limited as long as it has a melting point of 160 ° C. or higher and is generally used as a packaging film for frozen foods, chilled foods, or room-temperature-distributed foods. From the viewpoint of physical properties, transparency, printability, and moisture resistance, a polyethylene terephthalate film, a silica-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film, an alumina-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film, a biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film, a biaxially stretched nylon film and the like can be preferably used.
[0035]
As the sealant layer, an easy peel sealant layer made of modified polypropylene, polypropylene / polyethylene or polybutene, or a modified ethylene acetic acid copolymer can be used.
[0036]
Between the heat-resistant base material layer and the sealant layer, a high-temperature softening resin layer that has a predetermined strength in a temperature environment of room temperature or lower, but decreases in the predetermined strength in a high-temperature temperature environment may be provided in at least a partial region. Good.
[0037]
The temperature below room temperature is usually the environmental temperature at the time of packaging the contents such as food using a packaging container, the environmental temperature at the time of freezing the packaging container with contents after the contents are sealed and packaged, It is the environmental temperature when transporting and storing frozen food. In such a temperature environment, the high-temperature softening resin layer maintains a predetermined strength. On the other hand, the high temperature environment in which the predetermined strength decreases is a temperature applied when a packaging container in which contents such as food are hermetically packaged is heated or cooked in a microwave oven. Below, the intensity | strength of the said high temperature softening resin layer will fall.
[0038]
As the high-temperature softening resin layer, a material having a melting point of 60 to 90 ° C., for example, an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, or a resin made of a resin containing polyamide, a nitrifying surface, and polyethylene wax can be used.
[0039]
When the high-temperature softening resin layer is interposed between the heat-resistant substrate layer and the sealant layer, the sealant layer includes a low-density polyethylene film, an ultra-low-density polyethylene film, a linear low-density polyethylene film, a medium-density polyethylene film, High density polyethylene film, unstretched polypropylene film, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer film, ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer film, ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer film, ethylene-ethyl acrylate Any one or more of a copolymer film, an ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer film, and an ionomer film can be used. In that case, a single-layer sealant layer or a multilayer sealant layer can be formed. The thickness of the sealant layer is usually 20 to 60 μm. This sealant layer is the first time when the food containing the packaged contents is heated in a microwave oven with the high-temperature softening resin layer interposed between the heat-resistant base material layer and the sealant layer. What is necessary is just to have the intensity | strength of the grade which a sealant layer produces a crack by internal pressure, such as water vapor | steam.
[0040]
Also, instead of the high temperature softening resin layer, a polyamide / silicone release varnish “X218PE” (manufactured by Toyo Ink Co., Ltd.), acrylic / urethane “Shrink EX Medium” (Toyo A release agent such as Shellac resin-based edible ink containing calcium carbonate, manufactured by Ink Co., Ltd. or “Rioche” (Toyo FSC Co., Ltd.) may be interposed.

【Example】
One side of a label material consisting of biaxially stretched polypropylene / adhesive / silica vapor-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film / adhesive / sheet seal layer (72 μm thick) with various films bonded together by dry laminating method In addition, an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer was further coated thereon to produce an in-mold label forming label. Using this in-mold label molding label, in-mold label injection molding was performed using polypropylene as the injection resin, and a flanged one-side chamfered cup-type container body as shown in FIG. 1 was produced. On the other hand, the lid is made of a material having a layer structure of nylon 15 μm / ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer saponified product (EVOH) 15 μm / sealant layer (ethylene propylene copolymer olefin resin) 30 μm, as shown in FIG. A lid body including a V-shaped seal portion 9 having a V-shaped contour portion indented into a V-shape and having a protruding end projecting inside the lid body formed along the V-shaped contour portion was formed. 300 cc of soup was put in the container body, and the lid was put on and sealed. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, as a result of heating in a 500 W microwave oven with a polypropylene overcap 3 with a vent hole, water vapor generated in the heating process by the microwave oven after about 2 minutes Passing between the flange surfaces 4a, it acts on the inner protruding end of the V-shaped seal portion 9, and the stress of the lid 2 is concentrated on the protruding end, and the internal pressure rises and the lid 2 is sealed in a high temperature environment. The lid 2 is peeled off from the protruding end due to a decrease in strength, and a structure that allows ventilation to the outside air is formed, and the water vapor 16 is discharged to the outside of the V-shaped seal portion 9 through the protruding end 2 without deformation of the container body. I could warm the soup.

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, the microwave-compatible packaging container of the present invention includes a flanged container body and a lid, and the lid includes a concave contour portion that is recessed inwardly. The flange between the container body and the lid body are sealed along, a V-shaped seal portion is formed, and a part of the flange surface of the container body is exposed outside the seal portion. Therefore, frozen food, chilled food, or room temperature distribution food can be enclosed in the packaging container, and the whole container can be heated in a microwave oven. When the food in a microwave-compatible packaging container of the present invention is heated by a microwave oven, water vapor generated in the process of heating by the microwave oven passes between the bottom surface of the lid and the flange surface and reaches the inner protruding end of the V-shaped seal portion. The lid body stress is concentrated on the tip, and the lid peels off from the tip due to an increase in internal pressure and a decrease in the sealing strength of the lid in a high-temperature environment. . And water vapor | steam is discharge | released outside a V-shaped seal part through a protrusion part. At that time, the water vapor is released not to the periphery of the lid but to the flange surface surrounded by the V-shaped seal portion, and to the outside through the vent hole of the overcap. In addition, after the food in the packaging container is taken out by the microwave oven, the lid body does not adhere to the flange of the container body due to the projection for preventing film clogging, and the container body is deformed by air entering the packaging container from the outside. Therefore, the packaging container can be used as tableware without being transferred from the packaging container to another container after heating or cooking in a microwave oven.
