Description

The present invention relates to a food packaging container that can store foods such as rice, noodles, and various prepared foods, and can top-seal and seal the upper surface of the container containing the foods.

As described in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2005-35550), in a container for packaging food or the like, a sheet or a film lid material is attached to the upper edge of the container body for storage and protection of the contents. It is known that the lid material can be easily peeled off while being sealed by sealing.
Then, as described in Patent Document 2 (Japanese Patent No. 6332489), the applicant includes an inner container (1) and an edge frame (2), and inside the corner of the inner container (1). We proposed a container for food packaging provided with protrusions (13) and (14) extending upward, and as described in Patent Document 3 (Practical New Design Registration No. 3200776), the inner container (1) and the frame material. A recess (2) and a lid (3) are provided, and protrusions (16) protruding upward are provided inside the four corners of the inner container (1), and protrusions (16) can be accommodated at the four corners of the lid (3). We are proposing a food packaging container provided with (31).

Since the food packaging container described in Patent Documents 2 and 3 has the above-mentioned structure, when a plurality of food packaging containers are stacked one above the other, protrusions provided at the corners of the lower inner container are provided. Is in contact with the inner surface of the lower end of the upper edge frame (frame material), and the upper and lower food packaging containers do not shift from each other, so that the stacked state can be easily maintained and easily transported. The food packaging container described in 1 is easy to use because the lid can be held without slipping.
However, since the food packaging container described in Patent Documents 2 and 3 is provided with protrusions inside the corners or four corners of the inner container, a sheet or film lid material as described in Patent Document 1 can be used. There is a problem that the food stored in the inner container cannot be sealed by sealing the upper edge of the container body.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to examples.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view before the film 1 is fixed to the food packaging container according to the embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view after the film 1 is fixed to the food packaging container according to the embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, the food packaging container according to the embodiment is an inner container 2 made of thin plastic and integrally molded, a foldable frame material 3 which becomes a rectangular parallelepiped when opened, and a transparent plastic sheet. It is made of a film 1 produced by.

The inner container 2 has six food storage recesses, large and small, and a hanging portion 5 extending downward is provided on the outer edge of the upper edge portion 4, and the upper edge portion 4 is provided on the outer side of the side wall 6. The ridges 7 are provided in parallel along the line.
The four corners of the upper edge portion 4 are substantially triangular flat surfaces, and an L-shaped protrusion 8 protruding upward is provided near the center thereof, and the protrusion 8 and the outer edge of the upper edge portion 4 are provided with each other. The distance is larger than the thickness of the frame material 3.
Further, there is a flat portion 9 between the protrusion 8 and the inside of the corner portion which is a substantially triangular flat surface, and the ring is continuous with the four straight portions and the four flat portions 9 of the upper edge portion 4. The seal portion 10 (the portion marked with a pattern in FIGS. 1 and 2) is configured.

The frame material 3 is formed by connecting foamed plastic plates in an annular shape, and can be bent at four points so that two foamed plastic plates can be folded in a stacked state.
Further, although not shown, grooves are provided on the inner surface of the frame member 3 in parallel along the upper end portion.
Then, after the frame material 3 is opened from the folded state to form a rectangular parallelepiped shape, the inner container 2 is dropped from above, and the upper end portion of the frame material 3 is formed with the upper edge portion 4, the hanging portion 5 and the side wall 6 of the inner container 2. The container portion can be assembled by inserting the ridge 7 of the inner container 2 into the groove of the frame material 3 while inserting the container into the space between the two, and after the assembly, the inner container 2 is attached to the upper end portion of the frame material 3. It is fixed and the inner container 2 and the frame material 3 are difficult to separate.

The film 1 has a rectangular shape that can cover the entire upper surface of the inner container 2, and has triangular holes 11 near the four corners in order to avoid interference with the protrusions 8 when the film 1 is fixed to the annular seal portion 10. It is provided.
Therefore, when the film 1 is fixed to the annular sealing portion 10, the film 1 does not jump up due to the protrusions 8, and as shown in FIG. 2, the entire film 1 is in a flat state.
When using a food packaging container made of an inner container 2, a frame material 3 and a film 1, first, the inner container 2 is dropped from above the rectangular parallelepiped frame material 3 to assemble the container portion.
Then, after storing the food in the food storage recess of the inner container 2, the film 1 is fixed to the annular seal portion 10 to seal the inside of the inner container 2, and if necessary, cover the inner container 2 with a lid (not shown). Ship.
When a plurality of food packaging containers are stacked and shipped, the upper edge 4 of the inner container 2 of the food packaging container on the lower side and the lower end of the frame material 3 of the food packaging container on the upper side are stacked. Is placed.
Then, since the distance between the L-shaped protrusion 8 and the outer edge of the upper edge portion 4 is set to be larger than the thickness of the frame material 3, the lower end portion of the frame material 3 of the food packaging container on the upper side is below. It is stacked on the upper edge 4 of the inner container 2 without riding on the protrusion 8 of the food packaging container on the side.
Further, since the protrusions 8 of the food packaging container on the lower side are located inside the four corners of the frame material 3 of the food packaging container on the upper side, the upper and lower food packaging containers are stacked without being displaced from each other. It is possible to easily transport a plurality of stacked food packaging containers.

FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating a method of peeling the film 1 from the food packaging container.
When a user who has obtained a food packaging container in which food is stored in the food storage recess of the inner container 2 and the inside of the inner container 2 is sealed by a film 1, first eats the food stored in the inner container 2. It is necessary to peel off the film 1 from the annular sealing portion 10.
Therefore, in the food packaging container of the embodiment, the film 1 is fixed to the annular sealing portion 10, and the film 1 located on the outside of the hole 11 (outside of the protrusion 8) is not fixed to the upper edge portion 4. ing. That is, the film 1 has a fixed portion fixed to the annular seal portion 10 and a non-fixed portion located outside the hole 11.
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3, the user can pick up any of the outer portions (four corner portions of the film 1) of the hole 11 with his / her fingers.
Then, by pulling the pinched film 1 toward the corner of the inner container 2 on the diagonal line, the film 1 fixed to the annular seal portion 10 can be easily peeled off.
