Abstract
【解決手段】一対の配管を突合せ溶接するに際して配管内部に供給するバックシールドガスの流量を流量制御器にて一定に制御すると共に、溶接部位よりも下流に位置する配管の圧力損失を予め算出しておき、溶接部位よりも最下流に配置された圧力モニタ並びに圧力損失調整バルブとで溶接部位付近の内圧を調整するようにした。

Claims (2)
- 一対の配管を突合せ溶接するに際して前記配管内部に供給するバックシールドガスの流量を流量制御器にて一定に制御すると共に、溶接部位よりも下流に位置する配管の圧力損失を予め算出しておき、溶接部位よりも最下流に配置された圧力モニタと圧力損失調整バルブとで溶接部位付近の内圧を調整することを特徴とする溶接方法。
- 一つの溶接ラインの下流側に複数の溶接ラインを平行して設けると共に、前記複数の溶接ラインの上流側にバックシールドガスの流量に応じた差圧を1次側と2次側との間に発生させるオリフィスをそれぞれ設け、前記一つの溶接ラインに1台のレギュレーターを設け、前記複数の溶接ラインの全てに一定流量のバックシールドガスを供給することを特徴とする溶接システム。
