Description

【0001】
Aは、帯状模様付シートS(以下、シートSとする。)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a food container including a container body having a converging part in which an opening is formed at an upper edge and side surfaces converge downward, and a lid for closing the opening of the container body. The present invention relates to a food container having a belt-like pattern on a main body and a lid.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a container with a lid (FIG. 15) in which a paper strip having a certain width is wound from the lid so as to pass through the side of the container and the bottom of the container and reach the lid, is a food container used for instant foods and the like. It is preferably used as a device for bringing out
[0003]
However, wrapping a paper strip around a container with a lid in this way is time consuming and requires a lot of resources for packaging, and when discarded after use, plastic and paper must be separated and discarded. There is a problem that must be.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a food container that has an appearance as if a paper strip of a certain width is wound around a container with a lid without actually winding the paper strip. Is an issue.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve such a problem, the inventor of the present invention has studied a method of applying a belt-like pattern to the lid and the container main body so as to be continuous with each other.
However, the lid body has a converging part whose side surface converges downward and continues to a lid belt-like pattern extending from the one end edge to the other end edge through the center of the lid body provided on the lid body. In order to obtain a container in which a belt-like pattern having the same width as the belt-like pattern is printed from the upper edge of one side of the container body to the upper edge of the other side passing through the bottom surface and facing the upper edge of the one side, the container was manufactured. In the lower part, I found that the width of the band-like pattern seems to gradually spread due to optical illusion.
[0006]
The present invention has been completed based on the findings found by the inventors.
That is, the present invention is a food container comprising a container body having a converging portion in which an opening is formed at the upper edge and the side surface converges downward, and a lid that closes the opening of the container body, The lid body has a belt-like pattern with a certain width extending from one end edge to the other end edge through the center of the lid body, and the side surface of the container body has a belt-like pattern on the lid body. A belt-like pattern extending from the upper edge of one side to the upper edge of the other side facing the one side upper edge is provided so as to be continuous, and the container so that the band-like pattern on the side surface of the converging portion looks a certain width in side view The present invention provides a food container with a band-shaped pattern, characterized in that the width of the band-shaped pattern is gradually narrowed downward.
According to such an invention, the band-like pattern on the side surface of the converging portion appears to have a constant width when viewed from the side, and looks as if the paper band is wound.
[0007]
Preferably, the band-like pattern width of the converging part is a band-like pattern width Wx (mm) at a vertical distance hx (mm) from the upper edge of the container body and a distance Ax (from the vertical distance hx (mm) to the side of the converging part. mm) is satisfied with the formula (1).
Equation (1): W 0 - ( 2Ax / D) × W 0 ≦ Wx ≦ W 0 - (2Ax / D) 3 × W 0
W 0 is the width of the belt-like pattern at the upper edge of the container (mm)
D is the opening diameter at the upper edge of the container (mm)
According to such an invention, the belt-like pattern on the side surface of the converging portion appears to have a certain width in a side view, and can appear as if a paper belt is wound.
[0008]
More preferably, the band-like pattern width of the converging part is the band-like pattern width Wx (mm) at the vertical distance hx (mm) from the upper edge of the container body and the distance Ax from the vertical distance hx (mm) to the side of the converging part. (Mm) is configured so as to satisfy the relationship of Expression (2).
Equation (2): W 0 - ( 2Ax / D) 2 × W 0 × 0.8 ≦ Wx ≦ W 0 - (2Ax / D) 2 × W 0 × 1.2
W 0 is the width of the belt-like pattern at the upper edge of the container (mm)
D is the opening diameter at the upper edge of the container (mm)
According to such an invention, the band-like pattern on the side surface of the converging portion appears to have a constant width in side view, and the effect of making it appear as if a paper band is wound is further increased.
[0009]
Preferably, the pattern width of the belt-like pattern is in the range of 25 to 75% of the maximum diameter of the lid.
In this range, the effects described above can be more remarkably exhibited.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the food container 1 with a strip-shaped pattern of the present embodiment has a container body 5 having an opening formed at the upper edge and a converging part whose side faces converge downward, and the opening of the container body is closed. The lid body 2 is provided.
[0011]
The lid 2 has a circular shape so as to close the opening of the container body 5.
The lid 2 is made of thermoplastic resin such as styrene resin, polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyethylene terephthalate resin, polyamide resin, polyvinylidene chloride, and inorganic fine powder on these resins. A resin sheet (film) containing 8 to 65% by weight, or a resin sheet (film) obtained by evaporating aluminum can be used.
Such a sheet (film) can be used as a single layer or appropriately laminated, and in particular, a transparent film laminated on the printing surface of the sheet (film) on which the belt-like pattern 3 is printed, or It is possible to suitably use a material obtained by printing on the back surface of the transparent sheet and laminating the printed surface and an aluminum vapor deposition sheet (film) or a gas barrier sheet (film) such as polyvinylidene chloride.
Moreover, it is preferable that the strip | belt-shaped pattern width given to the cover body 2 is a fixed width | variety in the range of 25 to 75% of the maximum diameter of a cover body.
The container body 5 includes a converging portion whose side surface converges downward, and a collar portion 5c that is disposed on the upper side of the converging portion and extends outward in the radial direction.
The converging part is configured such that the lower part converges while curving downward, and has a so-called bowl shape.
The collar portion 5c serves as an adhesion surface when the lid body 2 is adhered.
The strip-shaped pattern 4 applied to the container body passes through the side surfaces of the collar portion and the converging portion.
The belt-like pattern 4 applied to the container body is the other side surface that passes through the bottom surface from one side upper edge 5a and faces the one side upper edge so as to be continuous with the belt-like pattern 3 printed on the outer surface of the lid 2. A band-like pattern 4 extending to the upper edge 5b is applied, and the band-like pattern width is gradually narrowed toward the lower side of the container so that the band-like pattern 4 can be seen as a constant width in side view.
In addition, the belt-like pattern width given to the container main body and the belt-like pattern width given to the lid body on the one side surface upper edge 5a and the other side surface upper edge 5b are the same.
The belt-like pattern width of the housing portion includes a belt-like pattern width Wx (mm) at a vertical distance hx (mm) from the upper edge of the container body 5 and a distance Ax (mm) from the vertical distance hx (mm) to the side surface of the housing portion. equation (1): W 0 - ( 2Ax / D) × W 0 ≦ Wx ≦ W 0 - (2Ax / D) 3 × W 0 and equation (2): W 0 - ( 2Ax / D) 2 × W 0 × 0.8 ≦ Wx ≦ W 0 − (2Ax / D) 2 × W 0 × 1.2 (W 0 is the pattern width (mm) of the belt-like pattern at the upper edge of the container, and D is the opening diameter (mm) at the upper edge of the container. ) To satisfy the relationship.
[0012]
The container body 5 is made of a thermoplastic resin sheet such as a styrene resin, polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyethylene terephthalate resin, polyamide resin, or polyvinylidene chloride. ) Can be used. On the other hand, a laminated sheet of a sheet obtained by foaming these resins and a non-foamed sheet can also be used. In particular, a laminated sheet of a foamed sheet and a non-foamed sheet is preferable from the viewpoint that heat insulation can be imparted to the container, and in particular, a sheet obtained by laminating a high-impact polystyrene which is the same styrenic resin on a styrenic resin foamed sheet, It is suitable as a container.
The belt-like pattern 4 applied to the container body 5 is back-printed on a transparent non-foamed sheet (high impact polystyrene), and the printed surface and the foamed sheet are laminated.
The belt-like pattern 4 is set and printed in advance so that the belt-like pattern below the container is gradually narrowed when the container is molded so as to satisfy the relationship satisfied by the expressions (1) and (2).
[0013]
Hereinafter, the manufacturing method of the food container with a strip pattern according to the present embodiment will be described by taking a method of manufacturing a container from a thermoplastic foamed resin sheet or the like as an example.
[0014]
FIG. 2 shows a schematic diagram of the manufacturing apparatus.
S in FIG. 3 is a non-foamed resin sheet on which a thermoplastic foamed resin sheet (for example, a foamed polystyrene sheet or the like) and a band-like pattern having a width satisfying the formulas (1) and (2) are printed after the main molding. (For example, a high impact polystyrene sheet or the like) and is fed out from the raw material S1 wound in a roll shape.
The strip pattern is printed in anticipation of deformation during molding.
Preferably, the belt-like pattern is printed with a necessary correction after performing trial molding in advance in consideration of deformation at the time of molding.
In addition, in order to make the width satisfying the formula (1) and the formula (2) after molding, it is well known in the art how to print a belt-like pattern on the non-foamed resin sheet in anticipation of deformation during molding. For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 4-219223), and the description thereof is omitted in this specification.
A is a heating means such as a heating furnace provided during the feeding process of the strip-shaped sheet S (hereinafter referred to as sheet S), and the sheet S is plasticized before vacuum forming. B is a vacuum forming apparatus, which has male and female molds 10 and 20 for forming a container, and point clamps 30 and 40 operable independently of the male and female molds 10 and 20, and is a molded product of a container by vacuum forming. C (see FIG. 1) can be sequentially provided. The male and female molds 10 and 20 each have a plurality of molds and can be moved up and down by the cylinder mechanisms 50 and 60.
[0015]
FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the female mold side of the male and female molds. The arrows in FIG. 4 indicate the sheet feeding direction, and 30 is a point clamp on the female mold 10 side and is formed of a rectangular plate, and a female through hole 32 is provided so that the female mold 10 can be inserted. . Reference numeral 30a denotes L-shaped corner ribs formed at each corner of the point clamp 30, and a total of four are attached to each corner. Reference numeral 30b denotes T-shaped side ribs formed on both sides and the front portion of the point clamp 30 in the feeding direction of the sheet S. Three ribs are provided on both sides of the feeding direction of the sheet S, and three on the front portion in the feeding direction. A total of four four are attached. Reference numeral 30 c denotes a cross-shaped crossing rib formed at the center of the boundary portion between the four adjacent female through holes 32, and twelve are attached. 30d is a rod-shaped misalignment prevention rib formed at the rear portion of the point clamp 30 on the sheet S feeding side, and is attached to the rear portion of the sheet S in the feeding direction, and this misalignment prevention rib 30d Misalignment of the rear part of the sheet S during molding is prevented. Although not shown, the male clamp 20 side point clamp 40 also has the same ribs 30a, side ribs 30b, crossing ribs 30c and rod-shaped ribs 30d as the point clamp 30 and the male mold 20 is inserted. Possible male through holes are provided.
[0016]
Thus, the point clamps 30 and 40 are arranged at the boundary portions of the individual molds 10 and 20 without surrounding the molds, and clamp the sheet S to the minimum by the ribs 30a to 30d and 40a to 40d. Therefore, the amount of pull-in at the time of molding can be increased. That is, since the point clamps 30 and 40 clamp the sheet S to the minimum, the point clamps 30 and 40 do not suppress the drawing amount of the sheet S and can be clamped for each individual mold. .
[0017]
Next, a process of forming a molded product using the vacuum forming apparatus B will be described. 5 to 12 are schematic views showing each process during vacuum forming, and 70 shows a clamp needle portion provided in a feeding means such as a chain belt, and clamps both sides of the sheet S for feeding. It is something to be made. In order to manufacture a large number of deep-drawn containers from the sheet S, a state in which at least both sides of the sheet S plasticized by heating in the heating furnace A or the like are clamped by a clamp needle 70 or the like having a feeding means. And is molded into a container through the molding process shown in FIGS.
[0018]
First, the plasticized sheet S is brought into contact with the sheet S by lowering the clamp 30 on the side of the female mold 10 on the upper side from the state of FIG. Next, the lower male mold 20 and the male mold 20 clamp 40 are raised to the sheet S side, and the sheet S is individually shown at the boundary between the male and female molds 10, 20 with both clamps 30, 40. Clamp as shown in 7. Further, the male mold 20 further rises and the sheet S starts to be squeezed along the male mold 20, and the female mold 10 is lowered to the sheet S side to bring the male and female molds closer as shown in FIG. Then, the sheet S starts to be drawn into the space between the two molds 10 and 20, and vacuum suction by both the molds 10 and 20 is started slightly before the male and female molds 10 and 20 are clamped as shown in FIG. Vacuum forming is performed into a molded product shape that becomes a predetermined container C between both molds 10 and 20 by increasing the pull-in. After molding, the vacuum is released, the male mold 20 is lowered, and the lower clamp 40 is lowered as shown in FIG. Subsequently, the upper clamp 30 is raised as shown in FIG. 11, and the female die 10 is raised while ejecting release air from the female die 10 side, and the release of the molded product is completed as shown in FIG. After the mold release, the plurality of molded products C molded at a time are sent to the next process, trimmed by the cutting means, and collected as individual molded products C.
[0019]
As described above, the point clamps 30 and 40 are used to clamp the sheet S to the minimum at the boundary between the male and female molds 10 and 20, and the point clamps 30 and 40 suppress the pull-in amount of the sheet S. Therefore, the sheet S can be clamped and a large amount of the sheet S can be drawn. Thereby, it is possible to obtain a molded product C on which a band-shaped pattern whose band-shaped pattern width is gradually narrowed toward the lower side of the container.
[0020]
As another method, for example, there is a method in which a label printed with a predetermined strip pattern as described in Japanese Patent No. 3212096 is integrally formed with a foamed resin container.
[0021]
Specifically, a continuous sheet on which a label shape including a band-like pattern having a width satisfying the above formulas (1) and (2) is formed after the main forming is punched with a label-shaped hole of a label punching device. The step of positioning and supplying the plate at the punching position, punching the label shape, and then fixing the label to a label cradle having means for fixing the label at the punching position, the position of the label being fixed A process of supplying a label to a predetermined position of the pseudo male mold through the label cradle, pressurizing and depressurizing air holes provided in the label cradle to inject a pressurized gas into the pseudo male mold Winding, sucking from the air hole provided in the pseudo male mold and fixing the label to the pseudo male mold, after matching the pseudo male mold with the label fixed with the female mold for foam molding, foaming The process of sucking from the air hole provided in the female mold and stopping the suction of the pseudo male mold or pressurizing from the air hole of the pseudo male mold to transfer the label to the inner surface of the foam molding female mold cavity and fix it tightly The step of opening the pseudo male mold and the female mold for foam molding in a state where the label is tightly fixed to the inner surface of the cavity, and the foamable resin after clamping the male mold for foam molding and the female mold for foam molding There is a method of manufacturing a food container with a strip-shaped pattern through a step of filling the particles and heat-foaming molding to integrate the label and the container simultaneously with the molding of the foamed resin container.
[0022]
【Example】
As shown in FIG. 13, with respect to a container body whose vertical distance hx (h0 to h5) from the container upper edge is Ax (A0 to A5), the container body passes from the one side upper edge to the bottom edge to the one side upper edge. The band-shaped pattern was applied so that the width of the band-shaped pattern applied up to the upper edge of the other side surface was Wx = W 0 − (2Ax / D) 2 × W 0 satisfying the formula (2).
Table 1 shows the values of Ax and Wx at the vertical distance (h0 to h5).
In addition, the belt-like pattern at this time is shown in FIGS.
The container had an upper edge opening diameter D = 180 mm and a height of 75 mm. The belt-shaped portion was colored orange and the other portions were orange.
(Table 1)
x hx (mm) Ax (mm) Wx (mm)
0 0 0 70.0
1 15 10 69.1
2 30 15 68.0
3 45 20 66.6
4 60 31 61.6
5 75 45 56.7
As shown in Table 1, by gradually narrowing the width of the band-shaped pattern toward the lower part of the container, the band-shaped pattern applied to the container body can be seen as a constant width in side view.
[0023]
As a comparative example, a food container with a belt-like pattern was produced by the same method as described above so that the width of the belt-like pattern was constant at W = 70 mm (FIG. 14 (b)).
(Table 2)
x hx (mm) Ax (mm) Wx (mm)
0 0 0 70.0
1 15 10 70.0
2 30 15 70.0
3 45 20 70.0
4 60 31 70.0
5 75 45 70.0
In the container of the above-mentioned comparative example, the band-shaped pattern looked wide from the bottom of the container and did not look like a container wound with a band having a constant width.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since it looks as if a paper strip having a certain width is wound around a container with a lid, it is possible to bring out a high-class feeling equivalent to that when a paper strip is wound.
In addition, there is no need to wind the paper strip around the container, and no need to separate and dispose of plastic and paper, and further, an effect of not requiring much resources for packaging can be obtained.
