上記跳込羽根を、弾性変形させるとその反発力でボールを必要距離投射できる弾力を有する弾性材料により形成し、
この跳込羽根に対応させて、拾集機本体のボール導入部下側に、跳込羽根の先端へ当る制止部材を設け、
該制止部材でボールを押して回転する跳込羽根を、先端が制止部材より外れるまで回転方向後方へ弾性変形させて、跳込羽根にボールを回収容器へ跳ね込む反発力を発生させるようにした
